Still at the restaurant while enjoying their breakfast. Fabian and Maura look like the perfect couple. The men look handsome and the women look beautiful. Moreover, Maura smiled occasionally and laughed at the joke that came out of Fabian's mouth. It turned out that a Fabian could joke as well, Maura thought.

"Wait a minute!" Fabian said as he reached into his pants pocket to pick up the phone that had vibrated earlier. He saw Nanda's name calling him.

"Yes, what's wrong?" Fabian asked after picking up the phone from Nanda.

"Nda? Who is Nda?" Maura asked in her heart. He was so curious as to who was called Nda the same Fabian. "Mother? The dinda? The nanda? Kanda or who?" Maura just kept guessing who was called Nda the same Fabian. Moreover, he vaguely also heard that the one who called Fabian was a woman, his voice sounded even though it was not so clear. Moreover, Fabian was seen silently listening carefully to what the woman conveyed in the phone.

"All right, I'll be there now." Fabian ended the phone call from Nanda. Without putting his phone back in his pants pocket, Fabian looked at Maura. "I'm sorry I couldn't keep you eating until you're done. I'll go first." Fabian stood up from his seat after saying goodbye to Maura. Not forgetting he also paid for their food before finally actually leaving Maura alone.

"Who exactly was that phone call? Why did Fabian go so hastily?" Murmured Maura who was upset because she was left to leave Fabian just like that after getting a call from a woman.

Maura who was upset, put her spoon also fork with a caesarean. He was no longer happy to continue his morning breakfast. "Sucks." Grouser Maura.

Bryan's daughter decides to follow Fabian. Half-runningly he followed where the young doctor with the status of a widower went. Fortunately Fabian left on foot, so Maura could catch up with the man easily despite having to after running because of Fabian's wide footsteps, different from him.

Maura stopped her footsteps when suddenly Fabian stopped and turned her body. Maura smiled wryly while scratching the back of her head that did not itch because she felt caught following Fabian.

"If you want to come along. Don't sneak around from behind." Fabian said that sounded cold. "Here!!" His command extended his hand to Maura who was standing not far away from him.

With doubt Maura stepped forward towards Fabian. He was embarrassed to be caught following quietly.

Without a word, Fabian grabbed Maura's hand because the woman did not want to welcome a helping hand from him. The two went hand in hand in silence. Maura herself had no idea Fabian was going to take her anywhere. He also did not dare to ask considering that Fabian had just seemed to be in a hurry to leave. There must be something urgent going on right now.

"Why come here?" Maura's inner step when following the footsteps of Fabian turned to the side of the resort where he was staying. Where in the middle of that place there is construction being stopped.

"Dian!"

Maura turned her head when a woman called Fabian. He looked at the woman from head to toe. "Beautiful, but I'm much prettier than her." Mura mumbled softly commenting on the appearance of the woman who approached her as well as Fabian.

"Why can this be again? Didn't you say yesterday they agreed to continue construction?" Fabian asked in a high tone. He seems to be angry at the moment.

Maura was shocked, because this was the first time she heard Fabian speak in a high tone of voice. What the hell is it? Why does Fabian look so angry? Maura asked in her heart what was happening to Fabian right now.

Maura closed her own mouth while remembering something. He stared at the unfinished building but had been left behind by his contractor. "So this is where I meant last night." Maura muttered in heart.

"I don't know either. No workers came today. I've also contacted the contractor, but they can't be reached. And Billy is currently going to their office. Hopefully he can meet with his superiors as well as his person in charge." Timpal Nadia who seemed to be dizzy with what had just happened with his project.

Fabian closed both of his eyes by taking a deep breath and he exhaled slowly. Twice he was deceived by the contractor and made the construction of his resort had to be delayed again even though it had been more than a year.

"If you may know, whose resort will be built this belongs to?" Maura asked curiously. He looked at Fabian as well as Nanda alternately.

"You??" Tanya Nanda looked at Maura's appearance which looked simple, but what she was wearing was all branded goods. Who the hell is that woman, Nanda thought. Especially when he saw Maura coming with Fabian hand in hand. "Is he Bian's girlfriend?" Guess Nanda in my heart.

"I'm Maura, Fabian's friend." With a smile, Maura introduced herself to Nanda as Fabian's friend.

Fabian only glanced at him when Maura only considered him a friend. He did not want to argue with Maura because he was holding back his emotions to not get angry because the construction of his resort had to fail again and again.

"Is this resort yours, Bi?" Maura asked looking at Fabian. He could guess from Fabian's current expression that it was true that the resort that failed in its construction was indeed Fabian's even though the man had not answered.

Fabian nodded faintly by closing his two eyes. He was confused about how else now to make the building that has not been so it stands sturdy like the resort next to him. Moreover, his finances are now starting to thin.

Seeing the nod of the head from Fabian made Maura remember something. "Bi, I want to talk to you alone. There's one thing you should know." Maura said with a serious look in Fabian's eyes.

"What?" Fabian asked with a frown returning Maura's gaze in confusion.

"Come with me!" Maura pulled Fabian's hand without any protest from Fabian. He took Fabian to the beach.

"What do you want to talk about, Ra?" Fabian asked lazily. Not lazy with Maura, rather he is lazy to discuss something that is not important because his mind is currently in chaos because the construction of his resort failed again. He hoped that Maura would understand him at this moment.

"Do you have any enemies?" Maura asked looking at Fabian who was standing before her.

Fabian shook his head slowly. "I don't know." Fabian replied that he felt he had no enemies, but he did not know anyone else who knew him.

"Bi!! Last night I called." Maura said softly which made Fabian immediately return Maura's gaze. "Dad's been investigating the rumor spread in the hospital. The rumor was deliberately spread to one of your co-workers." What Maura said did not make Fabian surprised, because he himself had guessed that the rumors about them that spread were indeed people who worked in the hospital. But he did not know for sure who was the one who had spread the rumor. Moreover, he did not feel that he had any enemies in the hospital.

"Who is he?" Fabian asked curiously. He wanted to know who exactly was the person who had spread the gossip news and what was the motive of that person doing all this.

"Your ex-in-law and your co-worker. Doctor Raka." Maura revealed that made Fabian immediately speechless. "Did he do that because he wanted revenge on you? She's Aurel's sister, your ex-wife. Didn't he accept you divorcing his sister, so he did this to you." Guess Maura who inexplicably had such thoughts.

"Are you the one who asked your father to investigate the news?" Instead of answering Fabian just asked Maura back.

Maura nodded. "Yes. When Anggie told me about the rumor, I asked Dad to investigate it secretly." Maura replied honestly without anything she covered up. "This is the proof." Maura pulled out her cell phone and opened the email Bryan sent her last night.

Fabian picks up Maura's phone and he sees a video depicting Raka finding a mobile phone, as well as a video of Raka talking to someone to cancel the Malibu Resort's co-development contract, the Malibu Resort is owned by Fabian.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Fabian asked who was like being angry because he only knew this information, but from earlier he was with Maura.

Maura lowered her head, "sorry.!" Maura lirih. It wasn't that he didn't want to tell Fabian right then and there, but he was embarrassed to meet Fabian considering what they did last night. Earlier, when the two had breakfast together, he also forgot to tell and only remembered earlier after seeing the construction of an unfinished resort.

"It!" Fabian returned Maura's phone. "Other times if something like this goes off, don't keep it to yourself." Fabian gave a warning to Maura.

"Are you angry with me?" maura asked looking at Fabian with a sad face. He was afraid that Fabian was really mad at him.

"Who's angry with you" Fabian said as he rubbed Maura's head. "I'm not angry with you. I'm just upset with Raka." continued Fabian by returning Maura's gaze. "Thank you for telling me, investigate the news as well. Say thank you to your father too."

Maura smiled happily because Fabian was not angry at her. Spontaneously he hugged Fabian's body tightly. "Thank you you for not being angry with me." said Maura happily, she even closed her eyes as she hugged Fabian's body.

"It was so good to see him curling my body. Are you addicted?!" jeered Fabian with a small smile.

"Not really. I just want to find peace." Maura said with a smile and the same position, hugging Fabian tightly.
