Chapter 34

"Doctor Raka!! Can you come with me for a minute?"

Raka who just came out of the inpatient room is writing a patient health report. He lifted his head looking at Gerry who had just reprimanded him. He smiled as he looked at Gerry's eyes on him.

"For that patient, please check his blood pressure every hour or two." Raka said to the nurse who had accompanied her to control the patient. He also gave the report he filled out earlier to the nurse.

"All right, Doc." The nurse received the report book and went on with her duties.

Raka looked at Gerry, without saying anything the two went towards a deserted passage that many people did not pass through.

Gerry who walked first then turned around and attacked Raka suddenly when they felt they were in a safe and quiet place. Raka's body hit the wall with the collar of her shirt strangled by Gerry.

Raka just kept quiet and smiled at Gerry who looked very upset and angry at him. He glanced at Gerry's hand still holding the collar of his shirt. It could have been Raka fighting back and avenging Gerry, but he did not and just kept quiet waiting for Gerry's next reaction.

"I've done what you want, but why are you making rumors all over the hospital." Gerry said with emotion. He looked at Raka. He did not care whether Raka was his senior or his superior. Raka's own arbitrary actions make Gerry careless.

"Gossip!!" Raka repeats by raising her eyebrows as a sign that she does not understand what Gerry is saying. "What rumors? I don't know." Raka questioned the gossip that Gerry meant.

"You don't have to pretend you don't know, Raka." Gerry pulls the collar of Raka's shirt firmly. "You're the one who's spreading rumors about Fabian and Maura." Accuse Gerry of Raka.

"Why are you accusing me, Doctor Gerry? What are the rumors about them?" Raka asked calmly releasing Gerry's hand on the collar of his shirt, but Gerry clutched tightly onto Raka's shirt collar.

"You're the one who spread rumors about Maura's miscarriage and Fabian's company while doing the act. You also spread the rumor that Bian was cheating on Maura until Maura got pregnant and ended Fabian's divorce with Aurel." Gerry's murmur was very sure that Raka had made the rumor. Recalling the time of Maura's miscarriage she also accidentally saw and heard a conversation between Andre and Bryan and some doctors and nurses who handle Maura.

Raka laughed and forcibly took off Gerry's hand clutching the collar of his shirt. He lowered his head and rubbed the tip of his eyes which almost let out tears from laughing. "Isn't that a fact." Raka looked at Gerry. "You also know about it and you're the main culprit." Raka smiled as she said that made Gerry growled.

"But you're behind it all." Gerry's reply did not accept Raka calling it the cause of the problem that Fabian got.

"Where's the evidence?" Raka asked casually with a slanted smile.

Gerry closed his eyes tightly with both hands clenched tightly. "Stupid." Umpat Gerry in his heart beratai himself because he did not have evidence that Raka who asked him to put drugs in Fabian drinks. He opened both his eyes and stared intently at Raka who was still smiling mocking him. "I have no proof. But sooner or later the crime you committed will be exposed." Said Gerry who was sure Raka would definitely get his reply.

After saying that, Gerry left Raka who still looked relaxed as if he had no mistakes. "I'm sure you're the one who spread the news to Raka, because Doctor Andre and Mr. Bryan had warned those involved in taking care of Maura during the hospital yesterday." Gerry murmured in his heart.

"evil." Raka laughed remembering what Gerry said earlier. However, a few seconds later the laughter changed with a red face holding back anger. "I never committed a crime. I only do what I have to do when what I want I don't get."

In the general department section, Fabian was seen sitting in silence. He who was nearly twenty-four in the operating room was directly requested to the general department room after finishing with his duties. He was not even given time to rest even if only for a short time.

There is also Andre and some hospital staff in the general department. There was also a nurse who was crying because she was constantly reviled by various questions.

"Are you sure your phone is missing?" Ask a general department staffer, his name is Lusi.

"But the rumor was spread through your cell phone, Susi." Timpal Lusi while showing his laptop that contains IP address search data number that has spread news about Fabian and Maura. And it was the IP address on Susi's phone that first spread the news.

"Where's the evidence?" Ask Lusi. "Can you prove that your phone is missing?" Ask again.

Susi looked at her phone on the table. Her phone was checked, but her IP number and address were different. They think Susi has two cell phones. Though Susi only has one phone that she just bought yesterday also with her number.

"Doctor Anggie." Susi mumbled when she remembered who the person who could prove that her phone was indeed lost. "Doctor Anggie who accompanied me yesterday bought a new cell phone. He also knew that my old phone was missing." Susi said quickly. He looked at Lusi as well as Andre alternately, his tears had not fallen anymore.

"Call Doctor Anggie over here!" Andre ordered the other staff to immediately inhabit Anggie.

It wasn't until ten minutes before Anggie arrived at the general department room. He was shocked when he saw the atmosphere so tense, there was Fabian also a nurse he knew, Susi. Anggie sat down as instructed.

"Doctor Anggie, do you know nurse Susi?" Susi asked Anggie who was immediately taken by Anggie.

"I know you, Mom. Susi is a nurse who often helps me on duty." Anggie answered honestly without any hesitation.

"Do you also know that Susi's phone is missing?" Ask Lusi again and be taken into doubt with Anggie.

Not that Anggie hesitated, but he felt strange why Susi's lost phone he also had to be asked and why should also be called to the general department of everything.

"Are you the one who accompanied Susi to buy a new phone?" Anggie feels weird now when asked like that. Instead of answering, he looked at Susi who seemed to have cried. He also looked at Fabian who seemed to be leaning with his eyes closed without making a sound, seemingly exhausted.

"Doctor Anggie!" Call Lusi.

Anggie reflexes looking at Lusi as her name is called. He nodded quickly. "Yes, I accompanied Susi to buy a new phone as well as a new number yesterday." Answer Anggie. "What's wrong, Miss Susi?" Ask Anggie curiously.

"You're friends, aren't you Maura?" Andre and Anggie asked in affirmation. "You must have known what the news spread yesterday was like?" Anggie nodded faintly. He finally understood why he was called here. It turns out that the gossip problem spread yesterday. It's only fair that Fabian is here, his mind. Then, why is Susi here too? Anggie's inner self questions Susi's existence in the general department. "The news was spread through Susi's cell phone."

"AH!!!" Anggie was startled, staring at Andre in disbelief. He did not listen wrongly, his mind. "But how can? Susi only yesterday did not know that there was gossip because her phone was missing. Is it possible that Susi's phone was misused by someone else to make this news?" Guess Anggie who somehow his brain can be immediately invited to cooperate after being shocked.

Andre and Lusi were also some of the other staff staring at each other and some were whispering to each other. Looks like they're questioning whether or not Anggie's guess is right.

"It can be." Fabian was silent. "Maybe that person wants to drop my name or maybe the surname of Abrisam." Reciprocity. From yesterday he had thought that way. There must be people who don't like her or Abrisam's family, so taking advantage of Maura's miscarriage is news and gossip. But strangely why the rumor was only spread in the hospital, not out. That's what makes Fabian until now keep thinking. Fortunately when he was in the operating room he could concentrate, if not already finished his career.

Andre looked at Fabian, what Fabian had also crossed his mind. If that is true, who is behind all this and what is the motive of the perpetrator.

"You go back to work." Andre's orders were just like that to Anggie and Susi. He already knew the answer now even though he did not know who the spreader of the rumor was.

Anggie also Susi nodded and said goodbye to resume their work

"Doctor Fabian." Fabian opened his eyes and sat back up straight while looking at Andre who had called out to him. "Do you know what it means to have you called here?" Andre asked and was immediately taken in by Fabian.

Andre stood up from his seat, "I leave it to you." Andre said to the general department staff and passed away because it was none of his business anymore.

"Sorry Doctor Fabian, for a while our doctor's license was revoked for a while." Lusi told Fabian. "Hopefully in the future Doctor Fabian will respect and not commit immoral acts that will affect your career." Fabian nodded in understanding. His act of drunkenness and harassing a woman until pregnant out of wedlock is immoral acts that are not worth forgiving. He will accept the decision he has made for himself.

The practice license was revoked for a while no problem for him, but for a career as a doctor Fabian will continue to maintain it because so the doctor is his desire and ideals.
