"Doctor Bian!!"

Fabian who was sitting at his desk while evaluating his work was turning his head when someone called him. Not only Fabian who turned his head, Raka also Gerry who happened to also work desk each also turned his head.

"The patient's conscious, Doc." Said the nurse giving information to Fabian. "But there's a little problem. The patient can't speak the same way moving his left hand."

Fabian who heard the nurse's explanation without further ado rushed to the VVIP room where the patient he had operated on was.

Raka smiled happily at the news. It means that Fabian's surgery failed and he's leaving this hospital.

"Why is Doctor Raka smiling?" Gerry asks when he accidentally sees Raka smiling as Fabian gets into trouble performing the surgery.

"No what. Something funny in the sosmed." Raka shows a video of a successive accident abroad to Gerry.

"A accident like that you say is funny." Gerry stared in disbelief at Raka's thought. "Or are you happy that Fabian has a problem handling his operation?" Guess Gerry who has known for a long time Raka who does not like Fabian and always wants to drop Fabian's career.

Raka just shrugged her shoulders indifferently. He did not answer yes or no. There's no way he'll justify Gerry's guess, which Gerry will run over and say the no-no.

"Honestly, Doctor Raka. I'm sorry I helped you set Bian up." Raka stared intently at Gerry. Even his two hands immediately clenched tightly.

"Bian gets into trouble, Aurel loses his love, Love loses his Papa, and a girl who doesn't know anything becomes a victim until she gets pregnant." Raka immediately stood up from her seat and hardened her jaw holding back the anger of Gerry's confession. He looked around which fortunately there was no one other than the two of them.

"I know you didn't like Bian. But you shouldn't do something like that to your own co-workers. What if I told you the truth that it was her ex-in-law who asked me to put a stimulant drug into Bian's drink or go straight to Aurel. What are they gonna do to you?" Gerry boldly pulled the corner of his lips and also pulled his eyebrows up to return Raka's gaze.

"I also know that you like Maura, the girl who was victimized by your own actions." Ejek Gerry who knows all this time Raka likes Maura.

"Don't you because you've contributed to the Abrisam family, you'll easily get everything. I also know you've been aiming for the vice-director position, but unfortunately it was Bian who got the chance." Gerry still with a mocking smile at Raka.

Raka laughed and sat back in her chair. "Everything you say is true." Raka looked back at Gerry. "But now your friend is in trouble and will soon be out of here." Raka smiles happily imagining Fabian out of the hospital and maybe his doctor's degree will be revoked forever.

"We don't know the next news yet. Who knew it was only a temporary effect due to the influence of the dope." After saying that, Gerry left and left Raka who was again seen holding back anger.

"I hope not because of the effects of drugs, but because of an error in the operation process." Please Raka who does not want success on Fabian.

For some reason since Fabian has separated from his sister, Aurel, Raka's dislike of Fabian has become increasingly common. Especially considering Fabian's closeness with Maura lately made his heart heat up. Why should Maura be the impingement of Fabian nabsu and not a ja lang, thought Raka who was upset because the person she liked all this time actually became his victim

"If anything happens to my husband, I'll sue you and this hospital." The patient's wife was angry at Fabian who was examining the condition of the patient who several hours ago he had surgery.

Fabian just kept quiet, he focused on examining the patient. The left hand that he said could not be moved, he raised and moved it slowly. "Can you hold my finger?"

The patient shook his head weakly, his finger so limp. Let alone to hold, lift or move just can not. It feels like numbness.

"I'm going to analyze it again, it's just a side effect." Said Fabian who went straight out of the VVIP room.

The patient's family did not accept it, they were furious to hear what Fabian had to say so easily. Andre is also the neurologist chasing Fabian while the two nurses calm the patient's family.

"Did you forget something during Doctor Bian's surgery?" Andre asked when he saw Fabian was still outside the VVIP room.

Fabian looked at Andre for a moment and then looked at the neurologist who had also joined him in the operating room. He still remembered everything he had done on the operating table earlier. He did nothing wrong, nor did he forget something that was missed during the operation process.

Fabian looked back at Andre and shook his head slowly. He sure didn't forget something because he still remembered the incident on the operating table. What patients experience only because of the effects of drugs.

"But the patient's blood pressure dropped." Tomi said considering the patient had experienced blood pressure drops.

"That's a natural thing to happen and it only lasted not ten minutes." Timpal Fabian fast.

Andre patted Fabian's shoulder slowly. "We're going to have a meeting. Evaluating the results of your work also analyzes the patient's illness." Fabian just looked down. Surely everyone will turn on themselves here. For the most likely the medical degree will be revoked due to an error on the operating table.

"Doctor!!" Excited the nurse who just came out of the VVIP nursery. "The patient's hands are moved. The patient can talk." The nurse told me.

Not waiting any longer, Fabian and the others went straight into the VVIP room. Fabian calmly held the patient's left hand and lifted it. He smiled as the patient's hand responded and held back.

"Thank you Doctor!" Patient's words. The voice is clear and unobtrusive.

Fabian nodded and smiled. It turns out that it was true what he was thinking. The reaction was due to the effects of drugs not because he made a mistake during the operation.

"Doctor Bian!! Can we talk for a minute." Fabian looked at Andre and nodded. He followed the director of the hospital as well as the uncle of Maura. They stopped in a hospital hallway that looked lonely.

"Thank you, you didn't disappoint me this time." Of course Fabian was confused by Andre's remarks. What was the meaning of this time that Andre said. Did he ever disappoint Andre, Fabian thought.

Andre chuckled lightly at the confusion on Fabian's face. "Yesterday I was disappointed in you for what you did to my nephew." Fabian nodded faintly, he finally understood what he meant this time around. It was because of Maura.

"For the deal I said yesterday. I hope you agree to it soon." Andre looked expectantly at Fabian.

"Sorry before, Doctor Andre. It's not that I disagree, but that there are more deserving of me. I've only been working here for three years and I'm still learning. You better give it to the other, the more competent." Fabian rejected the deal they had made before. "I'm sorry." Fabian looked down politely and passed away.

Fabian could have accepted the deal. But he did not accept considering Raka had been eyeing the position of deputy director. Although he knew Raka had always considered him a rival all along, Fabian did not care. He is like now on his own efforts, his own efforts.

"My goal is to become a doctor because I want to help and save the sick, not to pursue positions or ranks."
