4. Getting to Know Closer

A few days after the family meeting made Gilang and Amanda finally inevitably have to get to know more closely. All of that is not without reason, they must know each other better before finally being united.

Bhaskara deliberately told Gilang to meet with Amanda. At first Gilang refused because he was not ready. But after his grandfather pretended to be sick and would not live long, Gilang finally wanted to obey his grandfather's orders.

Slowly but surely Gilang tried to find Amanda's name on his phone. He got Amanda's number from his mother. Bhaskara tells Risma to ask Silvia for her mobile number.

A while ago,

"Risma, call Silvia and try to get Amanda's mobile number for Gilang" Bhaskara's grandfather said.

"Yeah, I'll call Silvia right away" said Risma who immediately called Silvia in the living room.

Risma immediately used the house phone when contacting Silvia who was in the living room.

Tut's.. Tut's..

After a while of waiting it finally connected.

'Hello jeng how are you?'

'Good news, how's it going?'

'I'm good too. Oiya I'd like to have Amanda's mobile number?'

'Sure jeng, later I will send via whatsapp yes.'

'Well then, thank you very much Jeng. I hung up on him, yeah.'

'Jeng together, by!'

The call ended, not long after Risma got a message from Silvia containing Amanda's mobile number. Without waiting for a long time Risma immediately sent the number to Gilang.

In different places Gilang is being preoccupied with some of his work. Since then he has been busy checking and signing agreements with other companies.

But not how long was the sound of a message coming into his phone.

"Mom, what's the matter with sending a message?" muttered Inner Gilang who immediately opened his phone.

"Amanda's number? Did Grandpa send it to me?" muttered Inner Gilang again monologue.

He immediately saved the number. But Gilang still has not contacted Amanda because he felt confused what to send a message. It felt really embarrassing if he had to send a message to Amanda.

But in the midst of his daydream Gilang suddenly remembered his grandfather who fell ill a few days ago. Bhaskara's grandfather gets sick when Gilang does not want to obey his wishes.

Finally, although a little forced Gilang tried to send a short message to Amanda through whatsapp application. Not long after Amanda even replied to a message from him.

Gilang tries to take Amanda to dinner at a very special place. Although quite embarrassed but Gilang must try to make the event succeed. Fortunately Amanda was finally willing to accept Gilang's invitation.

Did not feel the clock home office has arrived, now is the time for Gilang to immediately rush home. An hour later, he finally arrived home.

"Grandfather's granddaughter is home?" greet Bhaskara when she sees her grandson has just come home with a knotty smile.

"Yes cake," Gilang replied as he rushed into his room. But a few minutes later Gilang came out again with a different look. The clothes he uses are now more relaxed and look cool but still look neat and handsome.

"Where are grandfather's grandchildren going? It's handsome like this" asked Bhaskara who saw his grandson so handsome and fragrant.

"Grandfather knows me, today I have an appointment with Amanda" Gilang replied.

"Didn't Grandpa hear wrong?" ask Bhaskara enthusiastically.

"No cake, I'm actually going to meet with Amanda right now" Gilang said.

"Well good luck then," cried Bhaskara while chuckling.

While Gilang just gave his thumbs up from a distance. At a very high speed Gilang immediately rushed towards Amanda's house to pick her up.

Although a little awkward but Gilang must learn to be brave.

"I've been waiting in front of the house" said Gilang who immediately contacted Amanda.

Moments later, Amanda arrived in front of the house. She was stunned when she saw Amanda who looked different that night. Amanda looks graceful wearing a long red dress and scattered hair.

"Is this really Amanda?" tanya Gilang made sure of what she saw.

"It's me, why?" reply Amanda who was confused with Gilang.

"Ti, no. You look very different" said Gilang.

"Yes, please come in, then" said Gilang who immediately opened the car door for Amanda.

"Thank you" Amanda said as she entered the car.

"Sama-sama," said Gilang who half ran towards his wheel.

Gilang immediately drove his vehicle at high speed. I don't know why it felt so nervous to be next to Amanda. Yesterday, he felt ordinary.

"Where are we going?" ask Amanda who broke Gilang's daydream.

"Don't know, do you have any good place recommendations?" ask Gilang back.

"Mmh, I'm up to you. After all, being abroad for a long time makes me not know many good places" Amanda replied.

"Alright then I have a good place recommendation in my opinion," said Gilang who immediately increased the speed of his car.

Amanda just nodded as a sign of agreement. He did not talk much with Gilang's choice. Amanda just followed where Gilang went. Having met a few times doesn't make them awkward.

Maybe for now they have met 3 times. Is this a sign that they are fighting? I don't know if time will answer. A few minutes later they arrived at a restaurant that was quite beautiful and luxurious.

That place looks so romantic. Many couples were seen in that place. Gilang also circulated his gaze looking for the right place for the two of them.

"How about we sit there!" show Gilang who asked Amanda for her approval first. It was a beautiful place for both of them. From there Gilang can see a pretty beautiful view.

"Byeah, can" said Amanda who immediately tailed behind Gilang.

They finally sat at the table. It was so beautiful and romantic too. Not a few couples in that place. Again Gilang felt awkward when dealing with Amanda.

Likewise with Amanda, but he tried to melt the atmosphere.

"Well this place is good too, you seem to be the romantic type of guy, yes" said Amanda who praised Gilang.

"Ah this is just a coincidence. I've never been to places like this before" Gilang said.

"I guess you're used to taking beautiful women to places like this" Amanda said.

"No, I'm not that kind of man. It is precisely the first time I brought a girl as beautiful as you to a place like this," said Gilang who did not take his eyes off Amanda.

Amanda who heard that was immediately embarrassed and her cheeks looked red. For only this time did he also go with men to a place like this. Previously Amanda always refused to be betrothed, but this time somehow he could not refuse it.

"Excuse me!" said Gilang who called one of the waitress to order food.

"Please sir, madam," said the man, who handed him a menu book. In the book there are various types of food that arouse the taste.

"I ordered a steak" said Gilang.

"I'm the same then" Amanda said.

" Good sir, madam. Then for the drink?" ask waitress before she actually leaves.

"Orange juice only," they replied in unison.

"Well don't-don't you guys are a match," said the waitress who immediately rushed away.

While Amanda and Gilang only look at each other because they feel embarrassed. They felt misbehavior when the waitress said that.

A few minutes later, their order finally arrived. They immediately ate the existing food.
