Kusuma Family

Kusuma is a cold-hearted man with almost no feelings. He was just busy thinking about the company and did not hesitate to sacrifice many people. He was originally married to a hotel heiress named Ayuni.

Kusuma never really loved Ayuni. During her marriage to Ayuni, Kusuma also had a relationship with Resti, Evan's biological mother. Others know Resti as Kusuma's mistress. They are rarely seen in public places. Kusuma hid it in the suburbs.

Resti is not a healthy woman, she has two children, Hans and Evan. He had no choice but to follow Kusuma, because he loved her. They live more than enough because Kusuma provides all the necessities in the luxury category. Luxury house, car, driver and etc. Only the status of a legal wife was not granted by Kusuma even though Ayuni died giving birth to Dizzah, she still did not legally marry Resti.

Kusuma was surprisingly legally married to Lestari. The first woman he knew and disappeared. Kusuma managed to find Lestari after years of searching for her.

One of the things that Evan and Keira never understood at that time was very young.

Keira did not approve of the marriage. He did not know Kusuma and did not understand how his mother could quickly take the marriage for granted. Evan also curses their marriage, knowing that his mother loves Kusuma very much. Her mother even willingly accepted abuse as a mistress for years, but when she thought she could finally become a legitimate wife, Kusuma actually married Lestari.

Evan and Keira meet for the first time at Kusuma's house, as he follows his mother who comes to see Kusuma with tears. Evan recognizes Keira as the daughter who caused his mother to be hurt, he also sees Keira's hatred for the marriage. The two meet again at the same school as new students.

As a sign of protest to Kusuma, Resti deliberately moved closer to Kusuma. However, he accidentally transfers Evan to the same school as Keira. Resti and Lestari hardly ever meet, but Keira and Evan often meet without their parents knowing. Almost every day they plan a good life and get out of Kusuma's circle. The two even hoped that Kusuma could soon die so that their lives could be normal again.

Kusuma is not a good person, he almost never shows affection for the children of women who are nearby. Not to Hans and Evan, not to Keira. He simply assigned his accomplices to give the children a decent life.

"Don't you say you have a sister?" ask Evan one day.

Keira nodded. "Mom said for now my sister can't stay with us."

"Why?" ask Evan in wonder. Keira shrugged her shoulders, she herself did not understand.

"Dad knew?" ask Evan carefully.

Keira shrugged her shoulders again.

"Stop that..."

Keira doesn't understand the adult world at all.

"You call him dad?" ask Keira.

Evan nodded.

"He's not my father. But ever since I was a kid, my mom told me to call him dad even though he never responded."

"Then why do you keep calling him dad?"

"To please my mother. I don't want to call him Dad."

"Where's your brother?"

"School in America. Dad told her to go to school there."

Keira pensive. "He will also send me there" he said.

"I can't even go anywhere." Evan said.

"Why can he manage our lives at will?" ask Keira annoyed.

"Because he's Kusuma. Because our mother gave him the chance to rule their lives."

"My mom has no choice." Keira defends her mother. He always heard Lestari's apology that they had no choice.

"My mother is bound here because she loves that heartless man too much. Why then could your mother not have a choice? Did Mr. Kusuma love your mother?" ask Evan.

Keira sniffed her shoulder again.

"I don't know."

"I don't think you're a person who can love someone else" Evan said suspiciously.

Keira allowed in his heart. There is no love in Kusuma's life.

"Then why are you here?" Evan wondered for himself. Likewise with Keira, he does not understand why his mother could marry Kusuma, a stranger they never met for life

Returning to the present, Dizza and Keira were walking down the shopping corridor. They're choosing a place for lunch.

"It looks good there!" Dizza pointed to a fast food restaurant. Keira. He almost never argued whatever Dizzah's will. Not because of fear of Kusuma, but Keira did love Dizza, even loved him very much.

When Keira entered Kusuma's house for the first time, Dizza was not there. Dizza lived in Singapore from birth because he did not know Resti, Hans, or Evan. No family has ever told Dizza about them. Neither did Evan, he never knew Dizza. He only learned from his mother that Kusuma had a biological child with Ayuni named Dizzah.

A year after Lestari's marriage to Kusuma, Dizza returned home with Martha, Ayuni's loyal assistant who Kusuma later fired. Since childhood Dizzah was often sickly, therefore he became too spoiled, especially because Lestari and Keira always obeyed his will.

"Sir, what message?" Dizza nudged Keira who looked busy staring at the screen of his phone.

"Whatever, same with you." Keira answered without enthusiasm.

Dizza was busy ordering the menu at the cashier. Keira gets busy on her phone and starts typing a name in the internet search field. Evan.

Keira erases his search and laughs at his stupidity. He didn't even understand what he was looking for.

"Aren't there any problems at the office?" ask Dizza.

Keira shook her head and ate the fries at the table.

"You just order this?" keira asked as she stared at the fries, two pairs of chicken, and one soft drink.

Dizza laughs. "Son said the same to me. Because I can't eat much, so I'll just order one so we're both not fat!"

Keira laughed in response.

"Okay, but please order Sister ice cream." Keira ordered Dizza to stand up.

Staring at the long queue, Dizza grumbled.

"Come on baby ...." Keira pleads. Dizzah had to obey. Keira smiled smugly managed to expel Dizza in the queue so that she could start the search for her curious raaaa.

Dizza just stood up, all of a sudden....

BRACKET!

"Geeh!"

"Ouch!"

A girl was hit by a chair that Dizza had pulled because she wanted to stand up. As a result the trays brought down fell apart, drinks in spilled glasses soaked Dizzas skirt.

Keira stood up in shock.

"If you look around!" Dizza rebuked the girl who was picking up the fallen tray.

"If you want to stand, look around!" the girl rebuked.

There was a war of words as the two blamed each other. Dizza was angry because her skirt was wet.

"Let's go home" Keira persuades Dizza. Dizza still can't take it, and so does the girl. Both returned to mouth.

Keira looked at the girl's face and remembered her face.

"Dizza, let's go home." Keira immediately withdraws Dizza's hand because she does not want to be trapped in a war of unstable girls.

"You?" The girl who is none other than Nada recognizes Keira as a Perverted Couple.

Keira eventually recognizes Nada as the delivery boy, but she says nothing, even acting as if she never met.

"Do you know him?" ask Dizza.

Keira glanced at Nada at a glance then took Dizza to leave before saying a sentence that made Nada growled.

"It doesn't matter."

"NOT IMPORTANT!" Tone repeats the words Keira said. The difference, if Keira said it flatly, but Nada said it while shouting.

Evan closed his ears in annoyance. This is the fifth time Nada has reported this.

"Who exactly is the woman you mean?" asked Evan annoyed. He did not understand the story Nada was telling emotionally.

Tone simply emphasized repeatedly, "The woman was arrogant once saying NO IMPORTANT!"

Tone sat in front of Evan, took a breath and told his story from the beginning. Evan listened half-heartedly then returned to the part Keira said that annoying sentence.

"What do I ask, who is that woman?" ask Evan out of stock patiently.

Tone looked at Evan. "I haven't said it?"

Evan throws a pea shell at Nada's face in response.

"Women of Perverted Couples whose engagement is in the TV news!" Jerit Nada pissed.

Evan chokes on the beans and hastily drinks.

"You see him again?" ask Evan.

Tone in upset breath.

"Keira?" reset Evan.

Tone nodded again.

Evan's face hardened. "He's arrogant?"

"So, which rich man isn't arrogant?" tanya Nada was upset.

"I don't" replied Evan indifferently.

"No exception. After all, Big Brother is not as rich as them," Nada sneered with a laugh.

Evan throws the pea skin again, trying to master his emotions when he hears Keira's name.

"I'll prove that when you get rich you don't have to be arrogant!"

"Aaaaaawww I'm really impressed!" Nada sneered in annoyance.

"Prove it by marrying me when you're rich!" Connect diplomatic tone with dramatic style.

Evan looked at her with annoyance. He stood up and poured all the nuts into Nada's lap.

"Where to go and find the rich!" evan said annoyed, then he left Nada who screamed because his house was dirty with nuts and skin.

Evan was enjoying a cup of coffee in the corner of the mall.Not far from where he was sitting, four women who were no longer young were chatting familiarly. Evan watched them while pretending to play his phone.

"This bag is not sold in Indonesia. My husband bought it last week in Paris. There are only 20 in the world, but none in Indonesia."

"Well, it looks good. I couldn't afford it because Nadia didn't give me a chance to go to Paris."

"What's wrong with Nadia?"

"Obviously, he's operating his nose back in Japan and forcing me to accompany him!"

The four women laughed.

"Mrs Kusuma, will your daughter's wedding be held any time soon?" ask a woman who hasn't said much in the first place.

"Hmm, we're talking about it. But it's probably gonna be a closed party."

The three women looked disappointed.

"But I make sure you will come" continued Lestari who was greeted by the joyful cries of her three friends.

"Sorry, I have to go now. I have an appointment with Doctor Merlin," Lestari said suddenly.

Before leaving, he placed three small paper bags on the table.

"I'm sorry I forgot to give it to you guys for being busy with yesterday's engagement. This is the gift I promised to bring from Morocco."

One of the women opened the bag and was aghast.

"You're a fraud, you bought it here, not Morocco!"

Lestari laughed, especially when her three friends were amazed at the chain of bracelets she carried.

"You really gave this to us?" ask one of the others.

Lestari. "I'm sorry I didn't get to buy anything there. I bought this instead, hopefully worth it," he said humbly.

The women hit his arm.

"You're crazy! It's more than worth it!"

Lestari smiled and said goodbye, letting the three friends stunned at the diamond-adorned bracelet she gave.

Evan stuck out his leg as Lestari almost passed him. Lestari stopped and a man asked Evan to put away his leg which came out too far from where he was sitting.

Evan looked at Lestari who was throwing away her face and wearing her sunglasses. The man in front of Lestari again asked Evan not to block Lestari's path. Evan pulled his foot while making a note in his heart.

"What if I put you back in the starting position? You won't even be able to walk away from my feet in this place!"
