Between Love Tucked in Grief

Tone packed his things into a suitcase. He recalled his conversation with Evan, the day after Mrs Lestari met him. Nada complained about Mrs Lestari who suddenly told her to go abroad. Evan looked very angry.

"You go abroad. I will take care of all your needs. You continue to study there, believe me I can support you." Evan convinced Nada.

"It's not the cost of living I was thinking about. I don't know, it's like you're all hiding something."

Evan grabbed Nada's hand.

"Nad, trust me this time. You are my only family at the moment. You'll be safe away from us."

Tone looked at Evan and then hugged him.

"Will my brother come after me? Will you get married and leave me there?"

"I'll catch up with you as soon as all the trouble here is over."

Tone took off his embrace.

"The woman... Does Brother still love her?" Tone asked hesitantly.

Evan did not answer. Nada knows that her conjecture is correct and she hates Keira even more.

"Why did you bring all that insignificant stuff?" Evan surprised Nada.

He checked the suitcase and took out an item he thought was not important. A nagging tone then returned the rabbit picture glass.

"This will remind me of my brother. Older brother must have just visited."

Evan ruffled Tone's hair and sat down on the chair. This time it was Evan's turn to remember his conversation with Baskoro.

"Uncle, I told you, don't disturb Nada!"

Baskoro laughs.

"You watching me?" ask Baskoro.

Evan clenched his hand. He did not expect that his uncle was following Nada and considered him a threat.

"He has nothing to do with our problems." Evan said firmly. He hides the fact that Nada is actually Zea, Lestari's biological child.

"All right....." Baskoro smoked a cigarette and exhaled his smoke.

"Uncle will not bother him. Get rid of him for a while so as not to interfere with our plans."

Evan looked at Nada's face that looked innocent, not understanding the problems that were going on.

Keira walked over with doubt. He has no purpose. He turned off his phone because Bara repeatedly called. Keira remembered Evan's explanation.

The fire left part of his face injured, he underwent plastic surgery. Nada lives with her adoptive parents and shortly thereafter has an accident resulting in memory loss. When her adoptive parents die, her aunt throws Nada into the same orphanage as Evan.

Why did you make sure Zea was a victim?

Keira didn't get the answer, neither did Evan.

Keira stands in front of Nada's house, for the last time she wants to meet Zea before Evan sends Nada abroad. He wanted to come in but hesitated.

Right now, he hates you guys so much.

Keira seemed to hear Evan's voice in her head.

Keira sees Nada coming out of the house, Keira rushes away but it is too late because Nada sees her.

"What else do you want to come here?" tanya Nada was angry.

"I....." Keira didn't know what to say.

"Do you want to be sure if I'm gone or still living here?" ask Tone ketus.

"No."

Keira wanted to shout that sentence, but it stuck in her throat.

"I just want to see if you're okay" Keira replied sincerely and then she walked away.

"Wait." Tone calling Keira.

Nada and Keira sat facing each other. Keira looked at Nada's face in silence. His mind drifted into their childhood.

"I'm going to go." Tone opens the conversation. Keira just shut up.

"You must have heard from your mother."

"My mother misunderstood." Keira tried to explain.

Laughing tone is disparaging."Misunderstand it? Let's just say that, after all, I have no interest in you guys anymore."

Nada looked at Keira's face, and for some reason she seemed to remember something, Nada held her head, trying to remember.

"Why you?" ask Keira to worry.

Tone stared at Keira sharply.

"Every time I see you, my head hurts. It may be true that we cannot meet again."

Keira remained silent.

Every time I see you, I feel sick and sinful. I can't even apologize.

Keira.

"May you find happiness in a new place" Keira said slowly

Tone looked at Keira's face, then a glimpse of the memory flashed through his mind.

"*Sister, help me..."

"Sister, don't leave me*.. "

Tone shook his head.

"All right, we end up here. If one day we meet again, then don't rebuke each other."

Tone stretched out his hand, Keira just glanced.

"I'm not forgiving you. I hate you guys especially you."

Keira stared at Nada's face which lightly uttered a word to Keira like an arrow piercing her heart.

"Ka..mu. mem..ben.ci..ku?" ask Keira.

"Then should I like you?" ask Nada.

"You're the one who ruined Evan's past even to this day you've always disturbed his eyes so much that he can't even think of me as a woman."

Keira.

"Do you like Evan?"

"I love her..."

Once again Keira felt her heart as if it had been pierced by a sharp arrow. Pain, even if it does not bleed and kill.

"Huh? But how...." Keira.

"I'll never forgive you if you go back in Evan's life!"

Tone pulled out his hand and stood up.

"Good bye!" exclaiming Nada as it passed left Keira filled with many thoughts.

I will never forgive you if you go back to Evan's life.

The words of Nada and Evan seemed to play Keira.

L loved her.

Keira does not believe that her beloved little sister can love the same person she once loved.

Dizza's been driving around looking for Keira. He is almost desperate but he worries about Keira who he thinks has no purpose to live. He was afraid Keira would do dangerous things or be attacked by danger.

"Non, where else?" ask the driver who accompanied Dizza.

"Don't know. Just look for the possibility of a place that Brother used to go. Don't you remember taking you anywhere all this time?"

"Non Keira almost never asked me to drive her, Non."

Dizzah grumbled to himself.

"Non Dizza why don't you just take a break? Didn't Miss just get kidnapped?" The driver asked in surprise.

"How can I rest if I haven't found my brother??I don't even know if he's been eating or not yet, whether he's healthy or not!"

Dizza shouted hysterically making their driver speechless. The driver only realized that Kusuma's biological son loved his half-brother very much.

"Non, it's in front of Miss Keira.." Suddenly the driver slowed down the speed of the vehicle.

They put their eyes on them to see more clearly. Sure enough, they saw Keira walking alone.

Dizza asked the driver to stop, he was just about to open the door when he saw a car stop next to Keira. A man got out of the car.

They are seen talking seriously and the man pulls Keira's hand to get into the car.

Dizza squeezed her skirt.

"Go home sir." Dizza asked the driver to go home.

"I said, go home!"

Dizza half-stomped, her driver was frightened and then immediately stepped on the gas without asking again.

Dizzah looked out the street outside the window.

He couldn't have seen it wrong. That man was Evan.

How could Brother go with Brother Evan?

Dizza wanted to throw away his prejudice but the more he wanted to deny it, the more anxious his heart became.

Keira is not arguing with Evan, she only complies when Evan forces her back into the apartment. His heart was too tired even just to argue. He had no energy to even imagine what danger was following him when he was with Evan. He thought only of Zea. His heart was really hurt.

Evan looked at the face of the woman he once loved. If time can be turned, he does not want to get to know Keira so that he does not need to feel guilty when hurting the woman.
