34. Clarissa
Miya is awakened by the morning sunlight that enters her room. The pain in his body was still felt even though it was not as painful as before. The girl opened her eyes and she saw Adelina smiling at him, then she remembered her uncle."Uncle Fabian, ''he called. Miya tries to get up, but Adelina forbids her.
"Fabian is fine. Last night Fabian was conscious. Doctors said Fabian would be out soon, as the head wound was not too severe. Two more days maybe Fabian's got home.''
"Thank God!"
Miya was able to breathe a sigh of relief again. At first he had worried about his condition, if Fabian would not survive, considering that his heart ached and felt the world before him would collapse. Deep in the corner of his heart the feeling he had always denied all this time finally had to find the truth of his feelings for his uncle. Miya must admit she has fallen in love with him. The girl blushed in embarrassment and her face reddened in light of the first kiss she gave Fabian.
"It's good to see you're okay. Yesterday I was worried about your situation''. Adelina sat on the bedside.''I'm grateful Fabian saved you in time before Misty got even wilder and threw you away.''
"What caused Misty like that?''.
"Until now there is no known cause, but Misty has been treated. It looks like there was a sharp object that injured his stomach.''
Adelina clasped Miya's hand, stroked her slowly."Miya, do you hate Fabian? I beg you not to hate him maybe my brother has done you much wrong, but don't hate him.''
"I don't hate him. I couldn't possibly hate him after he tried to save me.''
"Really?''
Miya nodded slowly.
"thank you. You know, Fabian told me everything about his feelings for you, I forced him to tell me everything, because since he came here, my brother has suffered a lot and I was worried about him. Did you know when he realized the first person he asked was you. He has never loved a woman as much as his love for you including Clarissa.''Adelina looked at Miya with her gentle gaze.
Miya's heart warms and soars happily. He never thought Fabian loved him so much. Then he remembered Clarissa and was intrigued to find out their past.
"Is there anything I want to ask you?"
"What?"
Miya was hesitating."It's about Uncle Fabian's ex-wife."
"Why?"
"How dare that man accuse my brother. That's not true. Fabian didn't kill Clarissa, '' no angry Adelina.
Miya breathed a sigh of relief, because what was accused to Fabian was not true.
"So Fabian hasn't said anything to you yet huh?"
Miya shook her head.
"It started about 4 years ago. I actually did not agree with my sister getting married quickly to Clarissa, because Fabian did not know her very well, but after they got married, my sister's life looked happy. Clarissa's a pretty girl is also smart and most importantly she loves my sister. But Clarissa wasn't who I thought she was. Clarissa's vices began to appear one by one. The woman works just having fun outside and wasting a lot of money.
He hardly ever paid attention to Fabian. His duty as a wife, he just left it. It continued for months. They decided to separate the rooms. My sister intends to ask Clarissa to account for her actions. She wanted Clarissa to turn herself in to the police even though my sister didn't want to, but this was all for her own good, and Fabian called her to speak. There was Clarissa's mother. They didn't know I was there at the time. I hid hearing their fierce conversation and ended up in a fight. Fabian and his mother Clarissa told him to turn himself in to the police.
The woman did not want to do so and the incident happened. In a heated argument Fabian accidentally pushes Clarissa until she falls to the table causing an urn placed on the table to fall on her head. The woman was bleeding a lot from her head. Fabian and his mother Clarissa were very panicked. My sister went to call an ambulance, and Clarissa's mother went to ask for help. I came out of the hiding place and went to my room to calm down. I was also very scared at that time.
By the time the ambulance arrived Clarissa was dead and from then on my sister had always blamed herself. Fabian repeatedly said that if he could control his anger and be more gentle, Clarissa would not die. After the death of his wife, he closed his heart to women, not wanting to be disappointed again. "Will uncle Fabian forgive me, because I doubted him? All this time I felt guilty for him. Maybe he was angry, because I had doubted him and didn't believe him.''
"My brother must have forgiven you and I'm sure he's not mad at you. Go!'' Miya hugged Adelina.''Thank you!''Adelina just nodded. Miya immediately went to the hospital to see him. [ ]
