Lutfi Gilang's

Lutfi Gilang's
25. Boss Cafe

i

The ringing of the smart phone woke me from the sleeping flowers. I take a sitting position, catch my breath, and rub my eyes. Then see who called me.

"Unknown number. It might be important."

I answered that call. "Hallo," said I.

"Finally get contacted, too" replied a woman's voice.

"Do I need to shut it down?" my thinking.

I haven't come to a conclusion yet, the voice is back. "Where are you?!" sound in there.

"Who is this, huh?" I'm back with nanya.

"Claras. Where are you?!" He repeated the question.

Oh.... "Mesh, man,"

"Hmmm...." he muttered. "I'm waiting for you at nine in the night in—"

"Why ask for malem?" many me raid.

I heard him snort. "What time do you think it is?!" He snaps.

I looked towards the watch on my right arm. And I flinched. Eight o'clock at night! How long have I been sleeping?

"Udah, anyway I wait at Cafe Jangkung at nine o'clock. I'll send you the address." he said in a hurry.

"What about tomorrow?" I tried to bargain.

"I'll be out of town tomorrow, for a week. There's no more time. If you want, you can wait for me to keep paying the fine." He explains.

"Yes, I'll wait at nine." I said.

"Okay," he answered and then closed the phone.

I took a deep breath. Feeling very lazy to meet him, let alone these nights. If only I hadn't overslept, if only I hadn't slept at all, and if it hadn't been Clara my partner wrote it wouldn't have been this troublesome.

While grumbling my bad luck, I got up from the bed and purged myself and performed the qadha 4 fardhu prayer that I had left behind.

Qadha here means to perform the prayer after the stipulated time limit. This can only be done under certain conditions.

The first condition, late to perform prayer outside intentional. Like oversleptness, or forgetfulness, then only realized after the prayer time has passed. In this condition, the person is required to perform prayer immediately after he is conscious.

In this stipulation is the hadith of Anas bin Malik, that the Prophet shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said: "Now who forgets to pray or fall asleep so that he missed the prayer time, so his redemption was that he immediately prayed when he remembered." (CHR. Bukhari and Muslim).

Well, from this point on, it fits with my condition right now. I accidentally overslept and missed 4 hours of fardhu prayer, so I rushed to make up for it with prayer.

Mengqadha four times of prayer has also been practiced by the Prophet Muhammad during the war that made him leave the 4 times of prayer, namely Dzhuhur, Ashar, and others, Maghrib and Isha during the Khandaq war in the fifth year of the Hijri.

From Nafi’ of Abi Ubaidah ibn Abdillah, Abdullah said: "Verily the polytheists have occupied the Prophet. so that he could not perform four prayers during the Khandaq war until the night was very dark. Then he ordered Bilal to chant adhan continued iqamah. So the Prophet Muhammad did the Dzuhur prayer.

Then Iqamah again and he did the Ashar prayer. Then Iqamah again and he did the Maghrib prayer. And then iqamah again and he did the Isha prayer." (CHR. At-Tirmizy and AnNasa’i).

Furthermore, for the second and third conditions you can find out for yourself by studying with Ustadz or Ustadzah, do not start at Mbah Google. I could misunderstand again.

I also do not need to write in detail because this book about my story is not religious explanations in detail.

If any of you do not approve of my way of worship, I hope you act wisely and keep your faith without forcing me to conform to your beliefs.

Because all this time, I worship based on my beliefs that already have clear information of source and sanadnya. Which of course I got from my teachers, both at school and in the cottage.

Okay, stop arguing, we continue the story.

I got to where Clara showed me, but I didn't expect her to take me to a place like this, Cafe I mean.

From the past, Lutfi and I have always avoided dim places like cafes because most bad kids like to play there. And, maybe Clara is a bad woman, or indeed the habit of Jakarta people hanging out at the cafe?

With a heavy heart, I stepped in. Then one of the servants opened the door and threw a friendly smile while greeting: "Welcome to Cafe Jangkung, please. How many people?"

"What are all these cafes?" my thinking. "I'm looking for people" I said.

"Friends or a couple?" ask the waiter again.

I was confused to answer. I mean Clara's not my friend. I don't even know him at all. But.... "Workers," Yeah! That's the most appropriate answer I think.

"Re-co-workers?" The waiter confused me. "I'm sorry about who, huh?"

"Hmmm.." I muttered. "Andu Banu,"

"Oooh.. well, let me drop you off." take the waiter.

I agreed with a nod. Stepping behind the waiter. Then I saw a woman sitting on a round table with a diameter of approximately 50 cm and the chairs facing each other.

"Please" said the friendly waiter.

I nodded, then the waiter left and carried out his duty, again.

"On time" said Clara surprised me who was busy observing the contents of the cafe. "Please sit down."

I'm shaking. Then put the contract resignation statement on the table. "Please sign it" I said, putting a ballpoint pen on it.

He accepted, read, and closed it. "I'd like to sign this, if you'd like to sit down and explain why you refuse to write with me."

I looked away, looking back at him. Very do not want to sit together with him, especially if there are people who think we are dating. Don't make!

"Tio with Mas Beni, didn't you say anything?" I did it without facing him.

"I want to hear from you, right,"

Hearing Clara's answer just now made me even more upset, and feeling useless if I didn't comply, would only make my time longer with her. So, I turned my body, facing him. Even though my eyes were looking the other way.

"Sit down, it's not good to talk standing up."

I snorted in annoyance. Pulling up a chair and slamming yourself on it.

"What message do you want?" He offered.

Unrespondingly. "I still need to, so please quickly sign the affidavit."

He breathed. Drink order. Then I could feel that he was looking at me sharply. "Explain," he asked. "is it wrong for me to be like you? You refuse to write with me."

"There's a special reason, I don't like writing with girls, other than Lutfi." I'm explaining.

"Lutfi?" He's nanya.

"Yes. My fiancee,"

"Your engagement? Are you engaged?!" tanyanya slightly exclaimed.

He flinched, then signed the affidavit. Then give it to me.

I accepted, and I checked the contents. It's true that he hasn't signed. I don't want to go back to see him, for the second time. Especially under the same conditions as now.

"I signed it, really."

Unrespondingly. I got up and was shocked after hearing the voice of a man shouting: "Sir Gilang!" The voice is clearly known to me. It belongs to Adit. He was my student and Lutfi. Aditia Yuda Kartika, her name.

Back when our High School we taught Adit and his friends to practice scouting at his Elementary School. And coincidentally, this Adit is very close to us. Even we ourselves already consider Adit as a sister. Yes, although the height reaches 182 cm or more even.

You know what I mean. Is your sister higher than her brother? His name is sister, it should be smaller, right?

"What's wrong here?!" He was but angry. "The girl again. Oooh,"

I haven't had time to answer, Adit has again exclaimed: "Sister Gilang cheated, huh?!" While breaking the table.

I was shocked to hear it. Get up, and stand before him. "Don't just anyone get dit!" I said I denied Adit's statement.

"What about?! The proof is there. Sis Gilang again sat both with this girl. Kak Lutfi's eyesight again is brilliant, so gini, huh? Like themselves! Dating another girl!" He's still screaming.

It's not usually Adit like this. I mean the Adit I knew was never angry, he never even once yelled at me. But this time, he turned into someone else. Being a man I don't know.

"Did I make a fatal mistake?" my thinking.

"I'm doing my job again, Dit. Novel." I said trying to explain.

"Where, people take care of the work at the Cafe, the malls again!" He denies it with a high tone.

"Ah, yes..this is all my fault, because I fell asleep from morning until malem, I so have to go to cafe malem-malem." whispered my heart.

"Well, no more time?! Sampe must meet the mallem-malem at the cafe. Cafes are mostly places for bad people. Make teenagers who are looking for a couple. Kak Gilang even deliberately played to the cafe."

Hearing Adit's statement just now I actually want to yell: "Well.... already know that, why did you go to the cafe too? !" But it only speaks in my heart. Not coming out by mouth.

"Dit," I said, patting him on the shoulder, "I'll be clear. You don't have to scream. Not as good as other customers, the same one who has a cafe too."

"I have a cafe!" the excitement surprised me back.

"Are you now the boss of the cafe?" I am full of pride.

"Yes! Whyyy?! Don't believe?!" He's still snapping.

I'm tickled. He endured it and congratulated. "Waaah. I can't believe you have your own business now. I'm proud of you, Dit."

"I-iya Brother, thank you" he said in a lower tone this time. "Eh, hold on! Don't get into the topic, huh?! This who?!" Adit snapped back irritating me.

"Ah... bummer!" My heart grumbles.

"Gue Clara," he said before me. "why do you sewot?! Dateng-dateng straight nyolot." The woman met as if waving the flag of the beginning of the war.

"As far as I am! My mouth! Lah, what are you cheating on with Sister Gilang?! He has a fiancee! Don't whack!" gerutu Adit's.

"Deliver?" Clara. "Say who?"

"This is Brother Gilang!" Adit still exclaims.

"Gue knew him Danu, not Gilang!" Clara dodged.

"What does this mean, anyway?!" Just bring it to me. "Pake all pseudonyms! Brother Gilang is really insolent, huh?! How dare you betray Kak Lutfi!"

Ouch.... "It's all a misunderstanding, Dit. I can explain." I said trying to calm him down.

"There's something to explain again!" snapped it. Adit really put on a wrathful face. "Everything is clear! Kak Gilang play with other girls, malem-malem, keep his acquaintances using pseudonyms. That's totally outrageous, brother!"

"We don't have any relationship, Dit." I explained. "You can refer yourself to the person directly, if we don't have any relationship."

Adit stared intently at Clara.

The woman bowed. "We-we don't have anything to do with it,"

"Well, right.." whispered my mind.

"But I like you Danu!" Clara exclaimed to shock me.

"Well?!" I'm shocked.

"No, what did I say too?! Brother Gilang cheated!"

"He likes me, but that doesn't mean I'm cheating on him, Adiiit!!!" My heart growls.

I don't speak without reason. My body is starting to limp. My throat is dry, and it hurts a lot when I use it to talk. So I'm more silent.

"Andu, I like you! I've really liked you for a long time." Clara again exclaimed.

"Silent you're the mood-destroying woman!" My heart snapped. I wanted to silence her red mouth because I mostly wear lipstick.

"Your engagement's gone. Yes, forget him! There's still me here who cares about you Danu."

"Basic brash woman!" furious Adit while dousing Clara's head with a drink on the table.

I was surprised, but not much action. More precisely I pecked due to back pain that spread violently throughout the body.

Aye! Like stiff, numb.

Splak up!

Clara responded quickly by slapping Adit's cheek and saying: "You're the brash one!" Then pull my hand. "Andu, let's get out of this crazy cafe."

Adit swiftly stopped him. "You're the one that got you out of here!"

Clara still looked at me.

"I said: 'Get out of here!!!'" snapped Adit hard and loud. Echoed the entire room and certainly spread to all places around his cafe.

With a forced face, Clara picked up her milky bag and left the cafe, leaving me for granted after she caused a tremendous misunderstanding.

"Ah, she really bothered me." My heart is back together.

Adit directed his two eyeballs glaring at me. "Explain, Brother!"

I'm silent. Unable to answer.

"Explain, Brother!" He nodded with a louder voice.

Adit lifted my collar tightly upwards with a face full of anger. "I said: "Jelasiiin!!!" the thrill was exactly like when he became the leader of the August 17 ceremony at the District level.

Loud, jarring, and making penging.

I was eager to answer and explain all these misunderstandings to him, but what power, the body I can't control. And....

Brug!

His fist landed right on my right cheek. Bounced me against the table until the wood was badly damaged. Next in a blurred vision, I saw people approaching. Some of the waiters tried to stop Adit from continuing his heroic actions. I was fainting.
