اِلَى حَضْرَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاَلِهِ وإِخْوَانِهِ مِنَ الأَنْبِيَاءِ وَالمُرْسَلِيْنَ وَالأَوْلِيَاءِ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِيْنَ وَالصَّحَابَةِ وَالتَّابِعِيْنَ وَالعُلَمَاءِ العَامِلِيْنَ وَالمُصَنِّفِيْنَ المُخْلِصِيْنَ وَجَمِيْعِ المَلَائِكَةِ المُقَرَّبِيْنَ، ثُمَّ اِلَى جَمِيْعِ أَهْلِ القُبُوْرِ مِنَ المُسْلِمِيْنَ وَالمُسْلِمَاتِ وَالمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالمُؤْمِنَاتِ مِنْ مَشَارِقِ الأَرْضِ إِلَى مَغَارِبِهَا بَرِّهَا وَبَحْرِهَا خُصُوْصًا إِلَى آبَائِنَا وَأُمَّهَاتِنَا وَأَجْدَادِنَا وَجَدَّاتِنَا وَمَشَايِخِنَا وَمَشَايِخِ مَشَايِخِنَا وَأَسَاتِذَتِنَا وَأَسَاتِذَةِ أَسَاتِذَتِنَا وَلِمَنْ أَحْسَنَ إِلَيْنَا وَلِمَنْ اجْتَمَعْنَا هَهُنَا بِسَبَبِهِ شَيْءٌ لِلهِ لَهُمُ الْفَاتِحَةُ
That is, “For the honorable Prophet Muhammad SAW, all his family, and his brother from among the prophets, apostles, guardians, martyrs, pious people, friends, tabi'in, ulama al-amilin, he said, the sincere writer-cleric, all the angels of Muqarrabin, then all the gravediggers of Muslims, Muslims, Mukminins, Believers from East to West, both at sea and on land, in particular our father, our mother, and so on, our grandfather, our grandmother, our teacher, the teacher of our teacher, our ustadz, our ustadz teacher, those who have done us good, and for the gravedigger/it is the spirit that is the cause of our gathering here. We refer to Allah and his reward to them.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ. اَلرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّيْنِ. اِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَاِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِيْنُ. اِهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الَّمُسْتَقِيْمَ. صِرَاطَ الَّذِ يْنَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوْبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّيْنَ. اَمِينْ
That is, “I seek refuge in God from the devil that is cast out. In the name of Allah, the merciful, the merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. The most loving, the most loving. Who controls the day of vengeance. To You we worship. And to You we ask for help. Show us the straight path, the path of those whom You have bestowed favor upon them, not the path of those who have been wronged and not their way of being lost. May you grant our request.”
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ، يٰسۤ، ۚ وَالْقُرْاٰنِ الْحَكِيْمِۙ، اِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَۙ، عَلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيْمٍۗ، تَنْزِيْلَ الْعَزِيْزِ الرَّحِيْمِۙ، لِتُنْذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّآ اُنْذِرَ اٰبَاۤؤُهُمْ فَهُمْ غٰفِلُوْنَ، لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلٰٓى اَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ، اِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِيْٓ اَعْنَاقِهِمْ اَغْلٰلًا فَهِيَ اِلَى الْاَذْقَانِ فَهُمْ مُّقْمَحُوْنَ، وَجَعَلْنَا مِنْۢ بَيْنِ اَيْدِيْهِمْ سَدًّا وَّمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَاَغْشَيْنٰهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُوْنَ، وَسَوَاۤءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَاَنْذَرْتَهُمْ اَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ، اِنَّمَا تُنْذِرُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الذِّكْرَ وَخَشِيَ الرَّحْمٰنَ بِالْغَيْبِۚ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِمَغْفِرَةٍ وَّاَجْرٍ كَرِيْمٍ،اِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْيِ الْمَوْتٰى وَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُوْا وَاٰثَارَهُمْۗ وَكُلَّ شَيْءٍ اَحْصَيْنٰهُ فِيْٓ اِمَامٍ مُّبِيْنٍ، وَاضْرِبْ لَهُمْ مَّثَلًا اَصْحٰبَ الْقَرْيَةِۘ اِذْ جَاۤءَهَا الْمُرْسَلُوْنَۚ، اِذْ اَرْسَلْنَآ اِلَيْهِمُ اثْنَيْنِ فَكَذَّبُوْهُمَا فَعَزَّزْنَا بِثَالِثٍ فَقَالُوْٓا اِنَّآ اِلَيْكُمْ مُّرْسَلُوْنَ، قَالُوْا مَآ اَنْتُمْ اِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَاۙ وَمَآ اَنْزَلَ الرَّحْمٰنُ مِنْ شَيْءٍۙ اِنْ اَنْتُمْ اِلَّا تَكْذِبُوْنَ، قَالُوْا رَبُّنَا يَعْلَمُ اِنَّآ اِلَيْكُمْ لَمُرْسَلُوْنَ، وَمَا عَلَيْنَآ اِلَّا الْبَلٰغُ الْمُبِيْنُ، قَالُوْٓا اِنَّا تَطَيَّرْنَا بِكُمْۚ لَىِٕنْ لَّمْ تَنْتَهُوْا لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْ وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُمْ مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ اَلِيْمٌ، قَالُوْا طَاۤىِٕرُكُمْ مَّعَكُمْۗ اَىِٕنْ ذُكِّرْتُمْۗ بَلْ اَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّسْرِفُوْنَ، وَجَاۤءَ مِنْ اَقْصَا الْمَدِيْنَةِ رَجُلٌ يَّسْعٰى قَالَ يٰقَوْمِ اتَّبِعُوا الْمُرْسَلِيْنَۙ، اتَّبِعُوْا مَنْ لَّا يَسْـَٔلُكُمْ اَجْرًا وَّهُمْ مُّهْتَدُوْنَ، وَمَا لِيَ لَآ اَعْبُدُ الَّذِيْ فَطَرَنِيْ وَاِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ، ءَاَتَّخِذُ مِنْ دُوْنِهٖٓ اٰلِهَةً اِنْ يُّرِدْنِ الرَّحْمٰنُ بِضُرٍّ لَّا تُغْنِ عَنِّيْ شَفَاعَتُهُمْ شَيْـًٔا وَّلَا يُنْقِذُوْنِۚ، اِنِّيْٓ اِذًا لَّفِيْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيْنٍ، اِنِّيْٓ اٰمَنْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَاسْمَعُوْنِۗ، قِيْلَ ادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ ۗقَالَ يٰلَيْتَ قَوْمِيْ يَعْلَمُوْنَۙ، بِمَا غَفَرَ لِيْ رَبِّيْ وَجَعَلَنِيْ مِنَ الْمُكْرَمِيْنَ، وَمَآ اَنْزَلْنَا عَلٰى قَوْمِهٖ مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖ مِنْ جُنْدٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاۤءِ وَمَا كُنَّا مُنْزِلِيْنَ، اِنْ كَانَتْ اِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَّاحِدَةً فَاِذَا هُمْ خَامِدُوْنَ، يٰحَسْرَةً عَلَى الْعِبَادِۚ مَا يَأْتِيْهِمْ مِّنْ رَّسُوْلٍ اِلَّا كَانُوْا بِهٖ يَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ، اَلَمْ يَرَوْا كَمْ اَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُمْ مِّنَ الْقُرُوْنِ اَنَّهُمْ اِلَيْهِمْ لَا يَرْجِعُوْنَ، وَاِنْ كُلٌّ لَّمَّا جَمِيْعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُوْنَ، وَاٰيَةٌ لَّهُمُ الْاَرْضُ الْمَيْتَةُ ۖاَحْيَيْنٰهَا وَاَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهَا حَبًّا فَمِنْهُ يَأْكُلُوْنَ، وَجَعَلْنَا فِيْهَا جَنّٰتٍ مِّنْ نَّخِيْلٍ وَّاَعْنَابٍ وَّفَجَّرْنَا فِيْهَا مِنَ الْعُيُوْنِۙ، لِيَأْكُلُوْا مِنْ ثَمَرِهٖۙ وَمَا عَمِلَتْهُ اَيْدِيْهِمْ ۗ اَفَلَا يَشْكُرُوْنَ، سُبْحٰنَ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ الْاَزْوَاجَ كُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنْۢبِتُ الْاَرْضُ وَمِنْ اَنْفُسِهِمْ وَمِمَّا لَا يَعْلَمُوْنَ، وَاٰيَةٌ لَّهُمُ الَّيْلُ ۖنَسْلَخُ مِنْهُ النَّهَارَ فَاِذَا هُمْ مُّظْلِمُوْنَۙ، وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِيْ لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَّهَا ۗذٰلِكَ تَقْدِيْرُ الْعَزِيْزِ الْعَلِيْمِۗ، وَالْقَمَرَ قَدَّرْنٰهُ مَنَازِلَ حَتّٰى عَادَ كَالْعُرْجُوْنِ الْقَدِيْمِ، لَا الشَّمْسُ يَنْۢبَغِيْ لَهَآ اَنْ تُدْرِكَ الْقَمَرَ وَلَا الَّيْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِ ۗوَكُلٌّ فِيْ فَلَكٍ يَّسْبَحُوْنَ،اِلٰى رَبِّهِمْ يَنْسِلُوْنَ، قَالُوْا يٰوَيْلَنَا مَنْۢ بَعَثَنَا مِنْ مَّرْقَدِنَا ۜهٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ الرَّحْمٰنُ وَصَدَقَ الْمُرْسَلُوْنَ، اِنْ كَانَتْ اِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَّاحِدَةً فَاِذَا هُمْ جَمِيْعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُوْنَ، فَالْيَوْمَ لَا تُظْلَمُ نَفْسٌ شَيْـًٔا وَّلَا تُجْزَوْنَ اِلَّا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُوْنَ، اِنَّ اَصْحٰبَ الْجَنَّةِ الْيَوْمَ فِيْ شُغُلٍ فٰكِهُوْنَ ۚ، هُمْ وَاَزْوَاجُهُمْ فِيْ ظِلٰلٍ عَلَى الْاَرَاۤىِٕكِ مُتَّكِـُٔوْنَ ۚ، لَهُمْ فِيْهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَّلَهُمْ مَّا يَدَّعُوْنَ ۚ، سَلٰمٌۗ قَوْلًا مِّنْ رَّبٍّ رَّحِيْمٍ، وَامْتَازُوا الْيَوْمَ اَيُّهَا الْمُجْرِمُوْنَ، اَلَمْ اَعْهَدْ اِلَيْكُمْ يٰبَنِيْٓ اٰدَمَ اَنْ لَّا تَعْبُدُوا الشَّيْطٰنَۚ اِنَّهٗ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِيْنٌ، وَاَنِ اعْبُدُوْنِيْ ۗهٰذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيْمٌ، وَلَقَدْ اَضَلَّ مِنْكُمْ جِبِلًّا كَثِيْرًا ۗاَفَلَمْ تَكُوْنُوْا تَعْقِلُوْنَ، هٰذِهٖ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِيْ كُنْتُمْ تُوْعَدُوْنَ، اِصْلَوْهَا الْيَوْمَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْفُرُوْنَ، اَلْيَوْمَ نَخْتِمُ عَلٰٓى اَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتُكَلِّمُنَآ اَيْدِيْهِمْ وَتَشْهَدُ اَرْجُلُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوْا يَكْسِبُوْنَ، وَلَوْ نَشَاۤءُ لَطَمَسْنَا عَلٰٓى اَعْيُنِهِمْ فَاسْتَبَقُوا الصِّرَاطَ فَاَنّٰى يُبْصِرُوْنَ، وَلَوْ نَشَاۤءُ لَمَسَخْنٰهُمْ عَلٰى مَكَانَتِهِمْ فَمَا اسْتَطَاعُوْا مُضِيًّا وَّلَا يَرْجِعُوْنَ، وَمَنْ نُّعَمِّرْهُ نُنَكِّسْهُ فِى الْخَلْقِۗ اَفَلَا يَعْقِلُوْنَ، وَمَا عَلَّمْنٰهُ الشِّعْرَ وَمَا يَنْۢبَغِيْ لَهٗ ۗاِنْ هُوَ اِلَّا ذِكْرٌ وَّقُرْاٰنٌ مُّبِيْنٌ ۙ، لِّيُنْذِرَ مَنْ كَانَ حَيًّا وَّيَحِقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى الْكٰفِرِيْنَ، اَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا اَنَّا خَلَقْنَا لَهُمْ مِّمَّا عَمِلَتْ اَيْدِيْنَآ اَنْعَامًا فَهُمْ لَهَا مَالِكُوْنَ، وَذَلَّلْنٰهَا لَهُمْ فَمِنْهَا رَكُوْبُهُمْ وَمِنْهَا يَأْكُلُوْنَ، وَلَهُمْ فِيْهَا مَنَافِعُ وَمَشَارِبُۗ اَفَلَا يَشْكُرُوْنَ، وَاتَّخَذُوْا مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ اٰلِهَةً لَّعَلَّهُمْ يُنْصَرُوْنَ ۗ، لَا يَسْتَطِيْعُوْنَ نَصْرَهُمْۙ وَهُمْ لَهُمْ جُنْدٌ مُّحْضَرُوْنَ، فَلَا يَحْزُنْكَ قَوْلُهُمْ ۘاِنَّا نَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّوْنَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُوْنَ، اَوَلَمْ يَرَ الْاِنْسَانُ اَنَّا خَلَقْنٰهُ مِنْ نُّطْفَةٍ فَاِذَا هُوَ خَصِيْمٌ مُّبِيْنٌ، وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلًا وَّنَسِيَ خَلْقَهٗۗ قَالَ مَنْ يُّحْيِ الْعِظَامَ وَهِيَ رَمِيْمٌ، قُلْ يُحْيِيْهَا الَّذِيْٓ اَنْشَاَهَآ اَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ ۗوَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيْمٌ ۙ، ِۨالَّذِيْ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِّنَ الشَّجَرِ الْاَخْضَرِ نَارًاۙ فَاِذَآ اَنْتُمْ مِّنْهُ تُوْقِدُوْنَ، اَوَلَيْسَ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ بِقٰدِرٍ عَلٰٓى اَنْ يَّخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُمْ ۗبَلٰى وَهُوَ الْخَلّٰقُ الْعَلِيْمُ، اِنَّمَآ اَمْرُهٗٓ اِذَآ اَرَادَ شَيْـًٔاۖ اَنْ يَّقُوْلَ لَهٗ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ، فَسُبْحٰنَ الَّذِيْ بِيَدِهٖ مَلَكُوْتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَّاِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ اَحَدٌ. اَللهُ الصَّمَدُ. لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُوْلَدْ. وَلَمْ يَكٌنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا اَحَدٌ
That is, “By mentioning the name of Allah who is all-loving, all-loving. Say, ‘He is almighty. God is the God of all things. He was not born and was not begotten. And no one is equal to Him.’”
لاَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ اللهُ وَاللهُ اَكْبَرُ
That is, “There is no god worthy of worship except Allah. God is great.
6 بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. قُلْ اَعُوْذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ. مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ. وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ اِذَا وَقَبَ. وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَاثاتِ فِى الْعُقَدِ. وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ اِذَا حَسَدَ
That is, “By mentioning the name of Allah who is all-loving, all-loving. Say, ‘I take refuge in the Lord who rules the dawn of the evil of His creatures. Of the evil of night when it is dark. And from the wickedness of the sorcerer women who breathed their breath on the gusset. And from the evil of the spiteful when he snores.’”
. لاَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ اللهُ وَاللهُ اَكْبَرُ
That is, “There is no god worthy of worship except Allah. Allah is great.”
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. قُلْ اَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ. مَلِكِ النَّاسِ. اِلَهِ النَّاسِ. مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ. الَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُوْرِ النَّاسِ. مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ
That is, “By mentioning the name of Allah who is all-loving, all-loving. Say, ‘I take refuge in the god of men, the king of men. A human being, from the evil whisper of a demon who used to hide. Who whispers evil into the bosom of man. From demons and humans.’”
. لاَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ اللهُ وَاللهُ اَكْبَرُ
That is, “There is no god worthy of worship except Allah. God is great.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. المّ. ذَلِكَ الكِتابُ لاَرَيْبَ فِيْهِ هُدَى لِلْمُتَّقِيْنَ. الَّذِيْنَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيْمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنْفِقُونَ. وَالَّذِيْنَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِمَا اُنْزِلَ اِلَيْكَ وَمَا اُنْزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ وَبِالْاَخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ. اُولَئِكَ عَلَى هُدًى مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ، وَاُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ .
That is, “By mentioning the name of Allah who is all-loving, all-loving. Alif lam mim's. This book has no doubt about him. As a guide to those who fear. Those who believe in the unseen, who establish the prayer, and spend some of the sustenance that we have given them. And those who believe in the Book of the Qur’an which has been revealed to you (Muhammad SAW) and the books which have been sent down before, and they are convinced of the Hereafter. They are the ones who are guided by their Lord. They are the lucky ones.”
. وَاِلَهُكُمْ اِلَهٌ وَّاحِدٌ لاَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ هُوَ الرَّحْمَنُ الرَّحِيمُ
That is, “And your Lord is the Almighty God. There is no god worthy of worship except Him who is merciful, most merciful.”
اللهُ لاَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَىُّ الْقَيُّومُ، لاَ تَاْ خُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ، لَّهُ مَا فِى السَّمَوَاتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ، مَنْ ذَا الَّذِى يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ اِلاَّ بِاِذْنِهِ، يَعْلَمُ مَا بَينَ اَيْدِيْهِمِ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ، وَلاَ يُحْيِطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ اِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ، وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضَ، وَلاَ يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمُا، وَهُوَ الْعَلِىُّ الْعَظِيْمُ
That is, “Allah, no one is worthy of worship except the One who lives eternally stands alone. Not sleepy and not sleeping. What is in the heavens and the earth. No one can give shafa’at on His side except with His permission. He knows what is in front of them and behind them. They know nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. The seat of God covers the heavens and the earth. He did not feel heavy guarding both. He's almighty, supreme.”
اَسْتَغْفِرُاللهَ الْعَظِيْمَ *
3 Means, “I beg pardon to Allah the Almighty.” (3 times). (God) There is no god but the living One, awake. I repent to Him.”
. اَفْضَلُ الذِّكْرِ فَاعْلَمْ اَنَّهُ لَااِلَهَ اِلَّا اللهُ، حَيٌّ مَوْجُوْدٌ
That is, “Fine-well zikir–know–is a pronunciation ‘La ilha illallah’, no god but Allah, a living substance and ujud.”
لَااِلَهَ اِلَّا اللهُ، حَيٌّ مَعْبُوْدٌ
That is, “There is no god other than Allah, a living substance and worshiped.”
لَااِلَهَ اِلَّا اللهُ، حَىٌّ بَاقٍ الَّذِيْ لَا يَمُوْتُ
That is, “There is no god but Allah, an eternal substance that will not die.”
لَااِلَهَ اِلَّا اللهُ
That is, “There is no god other than Allah.” (33 times). 16. Two Sentences of the Shahadah.
لَا اِلَهَ اِلَّا اللهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَّسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
اَلَّلهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، اَلَّلهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمْ
2x Means, “Yes Allah, bestow prayer for Sayyidina Prophet Muhammad SAW. O Allah, bestow prayers and greetings for him (Prophet Muhammad SAW). (2 times)”
اَلَّلهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمْ
That is, “Yes Allah, bestow shalawat for him (Prophet Muhammad SAW). My Lord, bestow prayers and greetings on him (Prophet Muhammad SAW).”
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ.* 10 سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، سُ
⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ This means, “Holy glory of God and by praising Him. Glory be to Allah and praise Him (10 times). Glory be to Allah and praise Him. Most Holy is Allah, Most High, and praises Him.
. اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى حَبِيْبِكَ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلِّمْ *3 اَجْمَعِيْنَ
That is, “Yes Allah, add mercy and welfare to Your beloved, that is our leader, Prophet Muhammad, family, and his companions all. (3 times). Al-Fatihah.” 20. Surat Al-Ahzab verse 56.
اِنَّ اللهَ وَمَلاَئِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ، يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ آمَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيْمًا
That is, “Really Allah and His angels prayed for the prophet. O you who believe, recite the prayer for him and salute him.”
اَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْمِ. بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ. اَلرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّيْنِ. اِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَاِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِيْنُ. اِهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الَّمُسْتَقِيْمَ. صِرَاطَ الَّذِ يْنَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوْبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّيْنَ. اَمِينْ
That is, “I seek refuge in God from the devil that is cast out. In the name of Allah, the merciful, the merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. The most loving, the most loving. Who controls the day of vengeance. To You we worship. And to You we ask for help. Show us the straight path, the path of those whom You have bestowed favor upon them, not the path of those who have been wronged and not their way of being lost. May you grant our request.” The Tahlil Prayer or the Spirit Prayer This tahlil prayer or spirit prayer contains a request that Allah receive all recitations of the Qur’an and dhlil remembrance as an addition to charity for the spirit of prayer. This prayer also consists of His supplication of forgiveness and mercy for the spirit of the blessed sepulcher.
اَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْمِ. بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنْ الرَّحِيْمِ. الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ حَمْدَ الشَّاكِرِيْنَ حَمْدَ النَّاعِمِيْنَ حَمْدًا يُّوَافِى نِعَمَهُ وَيُكَافِىءُ مَزِيْدَهُ، يَا رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ كَمَا يَنْبَغِيْ لِجَلَالِ وَجْهِكَ وَعَظِيْمِ سُلْطَانِكَ. سُبْحَانَكَ لَا نُحْصِى ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ، فَلَكَ الحَمْدُ قَبْلَ الرِّضَى وَلَكَ الحَمْدُ بَعْدَ الرِّضَى وَلَكَ الحَمْدُ إِذَا رَضِيْتَ عَنَّا دَائِمًا أَبَدًا
That is, “I seek refuge in God from the demon cast. In the name of the merciful God, the most merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord calls upon all nature as praise to the grateful, praise to the one who obtains the same favors, praise to Him, and praise to which it is possible. Our Lord, praise be to You only as worthy of Your glory and glory.”
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ علَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى اَلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ
That is, “Yes Allah, add mercy to our leader, namely Prophet Muhammad SAW and to his family.”
اللَّهُمَّ كَمَا خَصَّصْتَنَا بِكِتَابِكَ الكَرِيْمِ وَهَدَيْتَنَا إِلَى صِرَاطِكَ المُسْتَقِيْمِ، أَصْلِحْ بِهِ مِنَّا جَمِيْعَ مَا فَسَدَ وَطَهِّرْ بِهِ مِنَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ
That is, “Yes Allah, as the People glorify us with Your glorious Scriptures and guide us to the straight path, so give convenience to us as a substitute for mafsadat and purify us of visible and hidden dirt.”
اللَّهُمَّ اشْرَحْ بِالقُرْآنِ صُدُوْرَنَا وَيَسِّرْ بِهِ أُمُوْرَنَا وَعَظِّمْ بِهِ أُجُوْرَنَا وَحَسِّنْ بِهِ أَخْلَاقَنَا وَوَسِّعْ بِهِ أَرْزَاقَنَا وَنَوِّرْ بِهِ قُبُوْرَنَا
That is, “Yes Allah, with the Qur’an expand our hearts, ease our affairs, multiply our rewards, improve our morals, expand our sustenance, and light our graves.”
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ وَاَوْصِلْ وَتَقَبَّلْ ثَوَاَبَ مَا قَرَأْنَاهُ مِنْ الْقُرْاَنِ الْعَظِيْمِ وَمَا هَلَلْنَا وَمَا سَبَّحْنَا وَمَا اسْتَغْفَرْنَا وَمَا صَلَّيْنَا عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَدِيَّةً مِنَّا وَاصِلَةً وَرَحْمَةً نَازِلَةً وَبَرَكَةً شَامِلَةً اِلَى حَضْرَةِ حَبِيْبِنَا وَشَفِيْعِنَا وَقُرَّةِ اَعْيُنِنَا سَيِّدِنَا وَمَوْلَانَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاِلَى حَضَرَاتِ جَمِيْعِ إِخْوَانِهِ مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَالْمُرْسَلِيْنَ وَالْأَوْلِيَاءِ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِيْنَ وَالصَّحَابَةِ وَالتَّابِعِيْنَ وَالْعُلَمَاءِ الْعَامِلِيْنَ وَالْمُصَنِّفِيْنَ الْمُخْلِصِيْنَ وَجَمِيْعِ الْمُجَاهِدِيْنَ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ
That is, “Yes Allah, make it, convey it, and accept the reward of our recitation of the Quran, tahlil reading, tasbih reading, istighfar, and our prayer reading as a continuous gift from us, the grace that descends, the grace that descends, and equal blessing to our beloved, our intercessor, our pleasure, our leader and our master, our helper, our pleasure, that of Prophet Muhammad, all prophets and apostles, guardians, shuhada, pious people, friends, tabi’in, scholars who practice their knowledge, sincere writer scholars, all mujahid in the way of Allah, and the angels muqarrabin.”
وَنَخَصُّ خَصُوْصًا إِلَى...(فلان/فلانة، وأهل هذا البيت، وأقرباؤهم
That is, “Submit the reward of all that we read in particular for (name names) the deceased/almarhumah in question, his family the whole house, and his relatives.”
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْزِلْ فِيْ قَبْرِهِ الرَّحْمَةَ وَالضِّيَاءَ وَالنُّوْرَ، وَالبَهْجَةَ وَالرَوْحَ وَالرَيْحَانَ وَالسُّرُوْرَ، مِنْ يَوْمِنَا هَذَا إِلَى يَوْمِ البَعْثِ وَالنُّشُوْرِ، إِنَّكَ مَلِكٌ رَبٌّ غَفُوْرٌ.
That is, “Yes Allah, descend on his grave (deceased fulan) grace, light, light, joy, pleasure, fragrance, and happiness from this day until the day of revival and resurrection. Truly, you are the ruler, the all-forgiving god**.”
That is, “Yes Allah, give forgiveness, affection, affection, and forgiveness to them (men). O Allah, grant forgiveness, compassion, pardon, and pardon for them (women). O Allah, grant mercy and forgiveness to the two-sentence sepulcher, la ilha illallah, Muhammadur rasulullah.”
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ قُبُوْرَهُمْ وَقُبُوْرَهُنَّ رَوْضَةً مِنْ رِيَاضِ الجِنَانِ، وَلَا تَجْعَلْ قُبُوْرَهُمْ وَقُبُوْرَهُنَّ حُفْرَةً مِنْ حُفَرِ النِّيْرَانِ
That is, “Yes Allah, make their graves both Muslim and Muslim as a garden of paradise. Do not make their graves a pit of hell.”
اللَّهُمَّ يَا مُيَسِّرَ كُلِّ عَسِيْرٍ، وَيَا جَابِرَ كُلِّ كَسِيْرٍ، وَيَا صَاحِبَ كُلِّ فَرِيْدٍ، وَيَا مُغْنِيَ كُلِّ فَقِيْرٍ، وَيَا مُقْوِيَ كُلِّ ضَعِيْفٍ، وَيَا مَأْمَنَ كُلِّ مَخِيْفٍ، يَسِّرْ عَلَيْنَا كُلَّ عَسِيْرٍ، فَتَيْسِيْرُ العَسِيْرِ عَلَيْكَ يَسِيْرٌ، اللَّهُمَّ يَا مَنْ لَا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى البَيَانِ وَالتَّفْسِيْرِ، حَاجَاتُنَا إِلَيْكَ كَثِيْرٌ، وَأَنْتَ عَالِمٌ بِهَا وَبَصِيْرٌ.
That is, “Our Lord, O Substance that eases those in trouble, O Substance that fills those who are heartbroken, O Substance that accompanies those who are in solitude, o Substance that suffices the poor, O Substance that strengthens the daif, O Substance where there is peace from all fear, ease all obstacles that trouble us. While ‘upa’ difficult reversal becomes easy for You is something easy. Our Lord, O Substance that does not need explanation and interpretation, our desire for You is so much. While you are all-knowing and all-seeing over it.”
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَلِوَالِدِيْنَا وَارْحَمْهُمْ كَمَا رَبَّوْنَا صِغَارًا وَلِجَمِيْعِ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ وَالْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ الأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأَمْوَاتِ مِنْ مَشَارِقِ الْاَرْضِ إِلَى مَغَارِبِهَا بَرِّهَا وَبَحْرِهَا، خُصُوْصًا إِلَى آبَاءِنَا وَاُمَّهَاتِنَا وَأَجْدَادِنَا وَجَدَّاتِنَا وَأَسَاتِذَتِنَا وَمُعَلِّمِيْنَا وَلِمَنْ أَحْسَنَ إِلَيْنَا وَلِأَصْحَابِ الحُقُوْقِ
⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ Allah, forgive those who believe, those who believe, those who believe, those who live, those who have died, those who spread from east to west, on land and at sea, especially the father, who is dead, mothers, grandparents, ustadz, teachers, those who have done good to us, and those who still have rights to us.”
رَبَّنَا يَا اللهُ اسْتَجِبْ دُعَاءَنَا مِنْ كُلِّ حَاجَاتِنَا. رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِى الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً، وَفِى الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً، وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ، سًبْحَانَ رَبَّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُوْنَ، وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِيْنَ. اَلْفَاتِحَةْ …
That is, “Our Lord, O God, fill our prayers regarding our wishes. Our Lord, give us good in the world, and good in the Hereafter. Glory be to your Lord, Lord of the glory of all that they describe. May prosperity be for the apostles. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. (read Surat Al-Fatihah).”
