Olivia is seen walking slowly from the kitchen, carrying a tray containing two cups of milk coffee.
Alzam who saw the wife of distress immediately woke up and approached her. The young man then took over the tray from Olivia's hand and led her towards the living room.
“This drink, Pah,” said Alzam, while presenting the drink.
“Wah... This rare moment. Olivia's first milk coffee made for Papah. Is it safe? Can be drunk, right?” papah Abi Goda.
“Papah, iii... Yes it can. It's perfectly safe. Homemade son time doubt anyway. Tega bener,” sulking Olivia.
Papah Abi and Alzam chuckled at the grievances that came out of the woman's lips.
Olivia then sat down next to her husband, with arms that embraced the friendly arms of Alzam. Likewise with the husband who patted the back of the wife's hand gently.
Seeing that, Papah Abi felt calm. She is convinced that Olivia is happy to live with her modest husband, although she currently lives in a small house with minimal facilities.
He drank milk coffee made by Olivia, which made his eyebrows wrinkled, as if he felt something strange with the taste.
Seeing that, Alzam then drank his coffee, and felt that the drink was so salty. It seems, Olivia was wrong to put salt in the coffee, and not sugar.
“Ehm, Papah want to add cream? Let me add yah,” bargain Alzam.
“Eh, do we have cream?” ask Olivia.
“There's. I would never buy. You are here aja temenin Papah, let me replace the added cream yah,” exclaimed Alzam.
“Oh, okay,” says Olivia.
The young man then brought back two cups of salted coffee to the kitchen, and threw out the contents, then made another new one without Olivia's knowledge.
He didn't want his wife to be embarrassed and became a hatchet to try. Papah Abi really feels lucky to get a daughter-in-law like Alzam.
The young man loved Olivia so much, not only with her possessions, but her care and treatment of the princess was so good.
“You seneng stay here, Liv?” ask Papah Abi.
“Seneng dong, Pah. It's really seneng. Why emang?” ask Olivia.
“Ngak papa's. Papah is just aja. You forgot to play at home, it turns out here cool together. Papah left out,” whining Papah Abi.
“Ih, Papah what the hell. Ugly vows if you sulk like that. The car auto. Hahahaha..,” says Olivia.
Papah Abi laughed with his own jokes. Shortly after, Alzam returned with two cups, and was filled with new coffee.
“Diminum, Pah,” Exclamation Alzam.
“Still yes, Zam,” sahut Papah Abi.
“So why not thank you Oliv, Pah? Papah cheating. Now the cake is more affectionate with Mas Al deh than his own son,” complained Olivia.
“Ih, Oliv what the hell? I swear that it is so ugly. Beautiful auto cross,” timpal Papah Abi, reversing the words of his daughter earlier.
The three men laughed together, inside the simple rented house.
While in the middle of the conversation, Olivia suddenly felt hungry. He also remembered that they were just going to make fried rice, but Papah Abi was coming, so the two did not cook dinner.
When her stomach was no longer able to compromise, Olivia interrupted her husband's conversation with his papa.
“Mas, so make no nasgor?” ask Olivia.
“Astaghfirullahalazim says. I forgot, Liv. You must be lagerkan? Let me make it first. Papah also ate here aja yes, Pah,” aja Alzam.
“I'm coming. You sit here first or there watching TV. I want to learn to make nasgor too,” whine Olivia.
Alzam was confused. She didn't feel good about having to let her in-laws wait by themselves, while they were both busy in the kitchen.
Realizing this, Papah Abi got up from his seat and walked inside.
“Where's the TV? Let Papah wait for you to cook while looking at the ball. Is that right, Zam?” ask Papah Abi.
“There, Pah. Alzam setelin in the premier league channel. Or maybe Papah likes another league?” ask Alzam.
“There, Pah. Bentar Alzam replacein first,” sahut Alzam.
The young man then changed the TV channel to the requested channel. After the in-laws watch the ball, they return to the kitchen to cook dinner that was delayed.
With painstaking and patient, Alzam directed Olivia to do step by step how to make fried rice that she knew, according to the recipe that had been taught by Bu Aminah.
Olivia diligently studied it, and followed the directions given by her husband. It took much longer than usual for Alzam to cook the dish, but the young man continued to guide Olivia until she finished cooking.
The condition of the kitchen was so messy, only to serve three servings of fried rice with beef eggs.
The cooking process of fried rice passed quite smoothly. However, when making cow's eye eggs, began a drama in which Olivia failed to make it because the eggs became charred and stuck to the pan, so that the shape was messy.
“Yah's... Kok ugly very stingy eyes cow,” lamented Olivia.
“Ngak papa's. It can still be eaten. This one made me. You make it again for you Papah. Or let me just?” fresh Alzam.
“Ngak. Let me just. This time it can be,” said Olivia.
“InsyaAllah,” error Alzam.
“Iya, God willing,” says Olivia.
The amateur chef broke the egg back into the pan with a tablespoon of oil.
Every time the egg breaks will be rowdy, because Olivia was disgusted when her fingers were stuck with the egg white liquid that was still raw, so that he can not get a good egg yolk shape because it must break when poured.
Seeing the interaction and condition of the two young people, Papah Abi also held back laughter, especially when he saw Olivia's expression when flipping the egg on the pan.
The princess looked so solemn, with both eyebrows almost fused together. This made Papah Abi hold back his laughter.
After a long time grappling with a skillet and spatula, finally three servings of fried rice with beef eggs, ready to be served. Well, although not really a cow's eye, but rather a blend of scrambled eggs and omelet into one.
The two prepared a simple dinner, on a thin carpet they used to sit on in front of the TV, then the three had dinner together.
“This is Papah's son who cooked?” ask Papah Abi.
“Iya, Pah. Enjoy Oliv's cooking?” ask Olivia back.
“Pantes tastes kek gini,” says Papah Abi.
Olivia then spooned the rice and put it in her mouth. He tried to taste the food and look for his mistakes
“Enak, Pah. Nothing strange,” said Olivia.
“Who said your cooking is not delicious and strange. It's delicious. It was just the fate of the eggs. The fry is not great,” tease Papah Abi.
“Biarin, the important one is enforces?” ask Olivia.
Everybody laugh. They also eat with simplicity, but full of familiarity. When it was over, Papah Abi, Alzam and Olivia watched the ball together until ten p.m.
After that, Papah Abi came home because it was too late and did not want to disturb his son and daughter-in-law.
