"What time is it back to kosan?", asked Jaka in an interrogating style.
"Four one", replied Abhimanyu shortly.
"Ck, overtime continues. You don't love what the health of Lo, Bi. I've seen you work really hard lately. Again after what deposit?", ledek Jaka who has now sipped his black coffee.
Abhimanyu refused to answer his friend's question. He still chose to lay his body on the floor. The sleepiness still weighed on both eyes. After the dawn prayer, even Abhimanyu chose to sleep again. This morning she woke up to an interrogation from Jaka.
"Good thing today we don't have a lecture schedule, Bi. You can be satisfied sleeping in kosan" said Jaka again.
"What time is it, Jak?", Abhimanyu asked.
"Hour eight", replied Jaka shortly. He was too focused on enjoying a cup of black coffee duet with warm fried food from Mbak Sinta stall behind the boarding house.
Abhimanyu immediately sat himself down and leaned against the wall.
"Gue wants his coffee dong".
"So this is mine. You make it yourself", Jaka pulled his cup.
"Please, Jak, I'm another mager" said Abhimanyu lethargic.
"Ck, because I'm kind and not arrogant, I make coffee for Lo. Wait not to go anywhere", Jaka finally moved out of the room to the kitchen.
Before long, Jaka had returned with a black coffee cup that was still steaming. The smell of coffee is increasingly strong in Abhimanyu's room.
"Well steady, my eyes are bright now" Abhimanyu said as he stylizedly widened his two eyes.
"Eating with fried food. I'm sorry to see Lo, Bi. If Lo again needs money, the same story me, only time I can help" said Jaka carefully.
Abhimanyu smiled, "Thank's, Jak. Mother in the village yesterday called me, he said he could not send money because it had not been harvested. I said it's okay because I still have my savings here. I'm sad, Jak, it should be after the father died, I as the only son who is responsible for my life and mother" Abhimanyu's view glares somewhere.
"So that's why you work so hard to date every day?" asked Jaka.
Abhimanyu nodded his head slowly.
"Gue has no other choice, Jak. Currently only from this work I can connect life here and can save a little. I feel sorry for my mother if my college, the provision must also be my own responsibility", replied Abhimanyu sad.
Jaka smiled thinly. This is not the only time they speak from heart to heart. Jaka knows the figure of Abhimanyu. Besides being smart, his best friend is also hardworking and very responsible. Many times he told me how he wanted to become a businessman to make his mother happy in the village.
Jaka himself is actually a village boy, he also studied with a scholarship. The difference is, Jaka's parents are still complete and economically the family is still better than Abhimanyu. From the beginning they met on campus as freshmen, both of them had a good relationship and even decided to live in the same boarding house. Jaka and Abhimanyu have always supported each other in every way.
"Bi, anyway if Lo needs my help, do not hesitate, yes. For me, you're already a sibling. Difficult to be happy, we live together", Jaka tried to encourage Abhimanyu.
A faint smile was painted on Abhimanyu's lips. He feels lucky to have a best friend like Jaka.
"Thank's, Jak. Oh yeah, last night after the workshop, I met there Anika", Abhimanyu changed the subject.
"Oh yeah? why do girls wander through the night?", Jaka was curious.
"Lo's mind don't travel, Jak. He said he was hungry last night, so he couldn't sleep. Finally he invited me to eat fried rice in Mas Cahyo's tent near the front clinic" explained Abhimanyu honestly.
"Wih crazy, brave too yes he ngajak Lo. I think the issue about Anika who is indifferent to the opposite sex is really. You know, it's just gossip".
"Gue already said, that's the head do not travel first. Last night I was hungry because I didn't eat from college. I am worried that Jak if Anika biarin eats alone, outside anyway, midnight again", said Abhimanyu after he swallowed a fry.
Jaka's smile expands, "Tumben Lo cares about women, usually stupid times. Don't tell me you like Anika" Todong Jaka.
"Well don't just say. I'm just worried, try Lo so I, I'm not worried to see my own friends running around midnight and she's a girl", replied Abhimanyu defend himself.
Jaka's laughter exploded, "Worried as well as liking it thinly different, Bi. But it's okay, I support it if Lo wants to hold Anika. She's a good girl, as long as I've known, I've never heard anything bad about Anika other than she's indifferent to the opposite sex, that's all".
"As far as you go, Jak wants to think about what. Nyesel I told you about Anika Sama Lo", Abhimanyu sipped his coffee again.
"Let's see, Bi. I'm sure sooner or later Lo must have the same taste of Anika", Jaka still teases Abhimanyu.
"will not. My relationship is the same as he's just a friend. Even if there is another relationship, he's my customer, that's it", Abhimanyu got up from his seat and grabbed a towel hanging behind the door.
Again, Jaka chuckles at Abhimanyu's changing attitude and lets his best friend go to the bathroom.
"Ck, Abhimanyu Adyatama base, thought I just knew Lo yesterday what. Believe the same words, sooner or later Lo must like the same Anika" said Jaka himself.
.
.
"Sir, last night Lo really so looking for food out?", asked Laras who just came down from the top floor. He just finished drying his laundry.
"Know ah", answered Anika lazily. Apparently he was still upset because last night Laras was reluctant to accompany him for food outside.
"Geez, Nik, sorry I slept last night. Original, I'm tired. You know for yourself I went back to boarding at what time. The meeting at the set drained my energy and mind, so I was sleepy" said Laras, who now feels guilty.
"Yes, I understand. No need to talk about it, race. I'm angry at you just kidding", Anika replied casually.
"Ih, you're good at acting, Nik. I've messed up seeing you manyun from the morning", Laras pinched Anika's arm.
"Awww, sick, Ras", Anika complained and tried to reply to Laras's tweet. Now the two best friends are laughing.
"You ate alone all night dong Nik outside?", asked Laras after he could control his laughter.
"No. Last night I ate with Abhimanyu", replied Anika innocently.
"What's? how can? don't tell me you made a deal with him?", search Laras.
"No. I accidentally met him. Last night he just came back from the workshop and starved me and cake. Yes, I have ajakin aja eat together in Mas Cahyo tent", explained Anika.
"There is progress. Finally my best friend can also walk with men", as well as Laras who got another pinch from Anika.
"Sick, Nik", Baras rubbed Anika's pinch on her shoulder.
"Yes, your comment is original".
"Oh, not origin, this is reality. It's good if you can walk with Abhimanyu, a miracle", Laras still teases Anika.
"You mind don't go anywhere, Race. Last night was not what you imagined", Anika left Laras who was still chuckling because of her story.
