Six months later
"Hey Bro, it's a success for the trial tomorrow", Jaka who just entered the room patted Abhimanyu's shoulder who had just closed his laptop.
Abhimanyu smiled, "Yes, success is also made, Lo. No way, Bro, we're at the end of college" Abhimanyu's gaze looked up. For a moment he reminisced, reminiscing about the early days of himself and Jaka in college.
"Yes, it's a new feeling yesterday that we entered campus. Eh, the year is tomorrow already a candidate for former students only".
"Oh yeah, Bi, about Anika, how is it?".
Abhimanyu looked at Jaka, "Where is Jak?".
"Ck, don't pretend to forget. Are you sure your heart has changed?".
Abhimanyu smiled faintly. Yes, she couldn't deny her feelings all along for Anika despite the last time she interacted with her six months ago, when the girl was sick.
Four years of college is certainly not a short time. Although he was not too close to Anika, but somehow the girl felt so special to Abhimanyu.
"Gue don't know, Jak. I dare not expect much of my own feelings" Abhimanyu let out a long sigh.
"Bi, we're going to college soon. I'm sure you have a great chance to get Anika's heart. Marriage is direct", jaka joroh lightly.
Abhimanyu threw the pen in his hand, "Don't be crazy. You think that marriage cake to buy fried beans what, not that easy. After all, I'm the same Anika, it feels a lot different in every way".
Jaka scrunched his forehead, "Ck, what do you mean? treasure business? believe me, Bi, Anika is not that type of woman. I'm sure".
Abhimanyu only smiled faintly. Yeah, he actually knows that. Anika is different from most of the women she knows. The girl always appeared simple and never discriminated people. But Abhimanyu is not sure enough to fight for her, let alone Rendra, the man she also knows desperately wants Anika, just like her.

"Sir, there is Rendra tuh", Laras pops his head from behind the door of Anika's room.
Anika who was reading the draft script looked at Laras confusedly, "Rendra? search me?".
Laras nodded his head.
"What kind of race is he here for?", asked Anika again still reluctant to move from her seat.
"Where do I know, Nik. Gih there, he waited in the living room, pity you know", replied Laras.
"Temenin me Nik. I don't want to see you both" Anika stood up from her seat.
Again, Laras nodded his head. The two girls then walked to the living room.
Rendra sat quietly. He stared out the window to calm his heart.
"Sorry wait a long time, Dra", Laras who first voiced.
Rendra turned her face away from the window, she stared at the arrival of Laras and Anika with a sigh.
Anika and Laras sit next to each other on the sofa opposite Rendra.
"You looking for me, Dra? what is it?", asked Anika directly.
"I ..."
"Eh sorry, I went to the kitchen first to make a drink", Laras cut off Rendra's words.
Anika smiled faintly and nodded her head. The barrel went out of the living room.
"Eee .. gini, Nik. Earlier I was sorry that this might be so sudden for you and yes, the time is not right. But I can't delay this much longer" Rendra began to open the conversation.
Anika stared seriously, waiting for the next sentence.
"What the hell is it, Dra?", asked Anika impatiently.
Rendra seemed to take a deep breath, "Son, you don't want to marry me?".
Anika was surprised by the question she had just heard.
Again, Rendra took a deep breath, "Yes, I mean, I asked, you want to not marry me?. Honestly, Nik, I've loved you for a long time. I do not think for you to keep us dating, I want when there is an opportunity like this, I take you seriously for marriage", explained Rendra full of confidence.
Anika was silent, her head slightly lowered. He was shocked and did not understand the situation he was facing at the moment.
"Ehm .. sorry to bother, this is to drink first, Dra", Baras came and served two cups of tea at the table.
Rendra smiled faintly, "Please, Race", he sipped tea on the cup.
Laras chose not to speak because actually he had heard the words of Rendra earlier.
"Sir, sorry, I know this is very sudden. But I'm serious about what I say, Nik. We are graduating from college soon and I have also met with both of your parents to convey this. They don't matter with my good intentions, they return everything to you" Rendra said.
Anika's feelings and thoughts suddenly grew confused. It was like being struck by a lion bolt. The sudden arrival of Rendra and all his words made him not know what to say or respond to.
For a moment, the atmosphere in the living room was silent until the ringing of the phone broke the silence.
The barrel closest to the phone on the table immediately picked it up.
"Hallo, oh yeah, Om. Yes, it's here, for a moment Laras call first yes", Laras seemed to put the phone on the table.
"Sir, your father called" said Laras approached Anika.
Anika glanced at Laras for a moment, then moved closer to the phone.
The mood was silent again. Only the voice of Anika who occasionally answered 'yes' and 'but'. He received a call from his father.
"Yes, Dad, okay. Greetings to Mother Dad. Pray for Anik's hearing tomorrow smoothly" Anika said at the end of her phone call.
After the call was over, Anika again sat on the same sofa as Laras. In front of him Rendra was still sitting quietly, looking at Anika seriously.
Anika was seen letting out a long sigh, "I'm sorry for making the wait. Dad just explained everything to me. I just found out that our parents are good friends. Dad also said that both of your parents had also met them and ..", Anika's voice was hanging.
Laras glanced at his best friend, while Rendra who actually already knew everything still seemed calm in front of Anika.
"And I'm actually very surprised by all this. But I don't want to disappoint Mom and Dad. So, well, after graduation, we will get married", replied Anika heavily.
The barrel widened both of his eyes. He could not believe what he had just heard.
"Sir, seriously? you want to marry Rendra?", she's uncontrollable.
Anika glanced towards Laras, she tried to smile and nodded her head.
"Quick that? you sure?", again, Laras still doesn't believe.
Anika could only answer him with a nod of her head. He held tightness in his chest.
"Thank God, I'm glad to hear your answer. I promise to prepare for our marriage as soon as possible and I promise to be a good husband to you. Thank you for giving me a chance" said Rendra Sumringah.
"Yes", only that short answer could Anika give.
.
.
This afternoon the sky is cloudy and drizzling. The events of three hours ago still overshadowed Anika's mind, even her tears melted down her sweet face.
"Sir, if you don't feel the same way as Rendra, why don't you refuse the wedding anyway?", Laras looked at Anika with sadness.
"I can't resist, Ras. As you heard earlier, my parents were good friends with Rendra's parents and they helped my father's business a lot that had problems yesterday. Father and Mother hope big I can repay the good services of the Rendra family", Isak Anika.
"Reply for good service? the way you married her? that's called a reward? I don't understand the thoughts of your parents, Nik", said Laras frontal.
Honestly Anika was also not out of thought with this state of affairs. Only this time his parents were pressuring him so much for something he didn't like. But because Anika thinks the affection of her parents is beyond anything, sacrificing a little for her is okay.
"Ras, you pray for me yes let me strongly go through everything forward" Anika tightly grasped Laras' hand. It looks like he needs support.
Laras returned the grip and gave Anika a hug.
"I'll always support you, Nik. Whatever happens, I am always there for you" said Laras sincerely in his arms.
