Margaret unintentionally followed Fabian out of her apartment. She managed to follow Fabian's steps to the apartment unit that was once inhabited by her husband's ex-lover.

Initially Margareth suspected, Fabian again played crazy with Rania but it turns out the assumption was wrong. Fabian was chatting with a woman who called him Om.
