Brim over

Roman's gaze locked onto Kinara with his trademark smile, going about his job.

"There are still many things I don't know about you, it makes me more reluctant to turn away" he said in his heart, raising his wrist. The hour hand shows time to rest. Immediately swing a step, approaching the figure of the girl in front there.

"Evan asked for a toy, but I don't know where to buy it" he said.

"What toys?" kinara's voice sounded reluctant.

"It's.." Roman showed me his phone screen.

"Let's go home from work I bought it," replied Kinara.

"Now, he's afraid to close up if he's malem. Kasian him, just a toy," he insisted.

"Now, I'm with you" Roman added.

Kinara nodded, "yes.."

Roman smiled to win, hoping that the uneasy togetherness could melt Kinara's heart slowly.

"In that shop, next to the black cafe," he pointed out when the place they were headed to was already visible. Roman also reduced the speed of his car, turning the steering wheel in the direction Kinara pointed out. And then down together.

"Please Mba, what kind of toy do you want?" greet the shopkeeper was friendly, yet his eyes looked mischievous.

"Lego Mas, but this rich one," at once Kinara forgot the picture.

"Mas, that picture," on Roman.

"Oh.. a minute," as he reached into his phone from his pocket. "This is Mas" while showing the phone screen.

"Oo this one happens to be new, the latest output. Let me show you," the servant replied with a glance at his eyes that could not be separated from Kinara. And Roman knows that.

"Please Mba, make a scene of what to make adek," it seems that the waiter's curiosity is growing.

"Make a child, our child," Roman interrupted with a sharp look and a firm sentence.

"Oo, sorry," the waiter shrieked no longer daring to flirt.

"Get the hunt, I don't feel at home here for long" Roman ordered.

Kinara with a flat gaze grabbed a large pack of the toy.

"Why just take one?" protest Roman again.

"And this is all Evan asked for," he answered briefly immediately to the cashier. Roman soon followed, grabbing the parcel from Kinara's hand.

"Let me take it" he said without looking, heading straight for the cashier. Took two hundred thousand pieces from his wallet.

"I'm hungry, accompany me to a meal" a request he hadn't asked for much time. No response from Kinara.

"This time alone," grabbed Kinara's hand, leading her towards the cafe next door. Kinara finally complied.

"Don't just this time, I want to always.it's always you who accompany me at all times" Roman's inner hope.

A cup of hot ekspress boils with a distinctive aroma, while in front of it a glass of lemonade looks fresh and soothing. Two very different things, maybe just like their hearts.

"Next time don't have to come to the store again, I don't like," Roman's attitude began to be overprotective, forgetting he was nobody.

Kinara just smiled wryly, "if I don't want to eat, I want to go back to work" he said, not responding to Roman's remarks

But almost simultaneously the waiter brought two plates of pasta that they had ordered.

"There's still time, eat first!" reply Roman who then quickly devoured the food.

Unlike the case with Kinara who just roll the pasta with his fork.

"If you don't like other pesen," said Roman.

Once again Roman smiled, he was so patient in the face of Kinara's current attitude.

"When I'm gonna go home, I'm gonna see Evan."

"You go first, I go back alone" Kinara refused.

"Alright." replied Roman sound resigned. They again enjoyed bribe after mouthful of pasta until it was almost finished.

The rest of the sausage stuck to Kinara's mouth, making Roman's hand reflexively wipe it.

"Stopped..," at once Kinara dodged back and grabbed the tissue wiping itself.

"Sorry," said Roman.

At the same time, a person who had just entered stared at the scene with his cold face.

"We just sit there" said one woman, writhing on the man's arm. The voice forced Roman to turn his head.

"Jay? Who's that girl?" a question he only kept in his heart.

"Cepet out, we're going home now," Roman didn't want Kinara to see the sight, which might hurt him.

Kinara nodded, then sipped a glass of water, "let's go.."

Just as he was getting up, a waiter with hot coffee hit him to the ground and partially hit his arm. Which is certainly the center of attention of the entire room.

Jay who saw the incident immediately intended to help him, but the woman held him back.

"So she? Beautiful," said the woman cynically.

"It looks like you first, someone has already interrupted him. That guy, is he his girlfriend or the father of his son?" ledeknya again. Jay also undoes his intentions, again sitting quietly without a word.

While Roman was still babbling scolding the cafe waitress.

"Let's go back," guided Kinara's hand towards the toilet. It was at that moment that Kinara's gaze was locked on one corner, where there was a man she knew very well with other women. His heart felt torn. It feels like just yesterday Jay fought for it with all his heart, in an instant inversely proportional.

Roman continued to drag him to the toilet, to a sink. Pouring the gasoline faucet water there was Kinara's hand splashed with hot water earlier.

"Cry if it hurts, don't hold it by yourself" he said without looking at Kinara's face.

"There is nothing I need to cry about," replied Kinara briefly, covering her inner void.

Roman was still holding Kinara's arm, still washing it for almost a quarter of an hour.

"It's still hot? Hopefully not mbekas," while gently rubbing the arm Kinara.

Kinara immediately pulled it, "we're back now," going first.

There was no conversation during the trip, Kinara chose to stare out the window of the car holding clear details that she did not want to show Roman. While Roman was only focused on his steering wheel, many times turning aside ensured Kinara's state. Choosing doesn't talk about Jay, because it'll only hurt him.

"Thank you" Kinara said as she pushed the door to her left as they arrived.

But Roman held back the injured wrist, "your body has not fully healed, be careful" she said gently with a deep look.

Kinara only nodded weakly, trying to pull his hand from Roman's check. But Roman is still holding him back, "i'm not giving up yet" he said.

Kinara just looked at him coldly, then immediately moved out leaving Roman still staring at his disappearance.

*****

Day after day kept changing, even though time was slow to go. Jay is getting away, though not disappearing. There is no clarity on what their relationship will be like. Kinara still chose silence, maybe this was the end. Trying to come to terms with reality without ever knowing Jay is stuck in a difficult place. Carrying its own burden.

Sorry othor made Jay a sad boy here, but take it easy Jay still will not be replaced...
