34. Back home

Marinka steps gontai into aunt mouli's house. His body was a little limp and his head was a little dizzy. The house looks very quiet. Marinka has the keys to the house because she used to visit there. When a few steps from the main door his steps came to a halt. He hesitated to step foot, so he just stood there. He's a little traumatized by David. So he chose to stay near the door.

"You've come? ". Aunty Mouli who looks down the stairs. Marinka smiled and nodded.

" Yes auntie ".

" You sick? Why is your face so pale? ".

" Just a little tired, aunt". Marinka replied weakly.

"Do you have a problem with Marvin? You've been crying? ".

" No aunt.. I'm okay ".

"Rest in your room. Let's talk later after you're a little fresh ".

" mm.. L'm...... ".

" Don't be afraid, they're both not here". Aunt mouli said as if she knew what Marinka was thinking.

"Alright aunt.. I'll rest first ". Marinka said because he really could not bear to lay down his body. To the extent that he was unaware Marvin contacted him many times. " Are you looking for Marinka? ". Guess aunt mouli

" Where does aunt know? ". Ask Marvin astonished.

" He's here on a break. Comeoverhere".

Marvin parked his car and ran into aunt mouli's house.

" Aunty... I came ". Shouted Marvin from the front.

" Dear aunt knows ". Aunt mouli said from the kitchen.

" Where's aunt Marinka? ".

" He's on break. He locked the door from the inside. I repeatedly hit him but there was no answer. Auntie was afraid something might happen. Since then, he has been quieter. His appearance was also chaotic. Did you guys fight? ". Aunt mouli asked full of questions.

" Just misunderstood aunt. I'll see it first ". Marvin said and hurried up the stairs. When he got to the door he tried to wake Marinka. Many times Marvin knocked on the door but there was no answer.

After a long time knocking on the door, the door opened a little. Only showing a part of Marinka's sad face. Marvin looked at his wife's face. Slowly Marvin pushed the door. Until finally Marvin can enter the room while Marinka can only be bowed not say anything.

Marvin pulls Marinka's body and hugs her tightly. No fight from Marinka. Only sobs were heard. Marvin rubbed Marinka's back to calm her down. His heart was immediately shattered hearing Marinka's cry.

"cry... I've hurt you too often ". Marvin lirih.

Marinka was crying and gripping Marvin's shirt. It felt like he wanted to hit this guy in front of him, but he couldn't.

" I'm sorry Marinka. I'm sorry for always hurting you. I've been trying to avoid it. But he always comes ". Marvin said softly while continuing to give a kiss on the top of Marinka's head. While the woman was only capable of being touched.

" I'm afraid you left me Marvin. I don't want that to happen. I don't want ". Marinka said choked while continuing to shake her head in Marvin's arms. Marvin hugged her tightly.

" That's not gonna happen. Be calm.. ".

" I don't want you to leave me either ".

" believe it... I'm not exactly a good Marinka. But I'm not leaving you ". Marvin said as he framed Marinka's pale face and then gave a soft kiss on both cheeks.

"Darling, eat a lot. You look so pale, are you unwell? ". Ask Mr. Mike.

" I'm not in uncle's taste. I just want to eat salad ". Marinka replied with a smile. Both of her eyes were still swollen indicating she had finished crying.

" What do you want to eat? Let Aunt Hana cook for you ". Ask aunt Mouli.

" Not now aunt, next time. Thanks ". Marinka smiles. While Marvin just stared at Marinka who only played her food without any intention of spending it.

It looks like Mr. Mike is eating.

" If you're done meeting me in the workspace". He told Marvin. Marvin just nodded. Marinka then went to clean up the rest of their meal.

"I'll see uncle for a minute". Pamit Marvin's. Marinka just nodded faintly. The incident did not escape the sight of aunt Mouli.

Aunt Mouli then took care of the dining table.

"Let me take care of aunt, I saw Aunt Hana was busy in the back yard. Let me clean the dishes". Marinka said while carrying the dirty dishes it was a kitchen sink.

"Alright.so it's up to you ". Aunt Mouli wanted to leave but then she turned to look at Marinka who was cleaning their dirty dishes.

" Have you gone to the doctor? ".

" Yes...? ". Marinka was a little surprised. Even though they had already exchanged greetings, it still looked stiff for Aunt Mouli. His tone was still crisp despite saving a great deal of attention. Unlike the old days who always greet warm and loving mother.

" Have you checked yourself out? You're so pale ". Deuteronomy.

" Not aunty, maybe it's not necessary. I'm just tired, aunt. There have been a lot of meetings in the office lately. So my eating and resting schedule is a mess ". Marinka replied as she continued to rub the dirty dishes.

" Have you got your period this month? ".

" Misunderstanding what? ". Ask Mr. Mike back full search.

" About Arina. Marinka met him at lunchtime. He came to my office and it just so happened that Arina was there too ". Obviously Marvin.
