32. Stories of the past

" Is Marinka asleep?". Ask Mr. Mike who is sitting on his couch in his study.

"It's Uncle ". Answer Marvin. She was actually confused as to why her uncle called her a work room. Usually it happens if there is something important to talk about.

" I want to talk to you about something important ".

" What is uncle? ". Marvin asked while sitting on the same couch.

" It's about Arina. He's back, and I'm sure you know, right? ".

" Yes uncle, I met him some time ago at the change ". Marvin said a little nervously.

" Do you still have feelings for her? ". Ask Mr. Mike a little stressed.

" no.. I don't know... I don't know ". Marvin said a little.

" I hope you didn't hurt Marinka. I just don't want him depressed because of your news today ".

" I'll try even if it's hard ".

" What's so hard, Marvin? You haven't met " in a long time ". Mr. Mike's tone was a little upset.

" I know uncle, but uncle certainly knew we were from childhood together when we were replaced. And even though I've been here, we've been seeing him there a lot. Until I went to university and I lost him for so long. And now he shows up while I'm living my life with Marinka ".

" I also don't know why Andrew suddenly took her away. Taking it as if you really want it. Then he brought Arina to come suddenly too. I'm afraid he's planning something ". Mister Mike said a little worriedly.

" Yes... They're involved in Marvin's complicated past. Andrew and Louis used to love the same woman. But Louis got it. Louis married her and Marinka was born. But the woman did not survive while struggling to give birth to her daughter. And Andrew was very angry about it".

Hearing the words of his uncle Marvin.

"Then what makes uncle anxious? ".

" I'm afraid she's using Arina for her sake ".

"Why is it so complicated. What is the purpose of Mr. Andrew doing all this. Is Mr Andrew really planning something? Butwhat? ". Marvin was confused thinking about it.

" I don't know.. Uncle was confused too. Uncle dared not say anything. But uncle sensed something was going to happen. I can only ask to take care of Marinka, don't let anything happen to her. If that happens I won't forgive you Marvin ". Mr. Mike said.

" I understand uncle. All right, I'll be back first, I'm afraid Marinka's looking for me". Marvin walked out of the room.

Marvin enters his room on his bed and hugs Marinka from behind. Marinka who had yet to fully sleep was shocked beyond measure. And trying to hit Marvin.

" Marinka's.. This is me calm down".said Marvin while holding Marinka's hand that was about to turn hit him.

"Jeez Marvin you surprised me ". Marinka held her chest. His face suddenly pale and sweaty.

" I'm sorry to surprise you. This is drink ". Marvin offered a glass of water to his wife. Marinka to the toilet. Then handed the empty glass to Marvin.

" What are you thinking about that makes you so surprised? ".

" Who else if not David ". Marinka replied annoyed.

" He wouldn't dare ". Marvin replied with a smile amusedly looking at the look on Marinka's upset face.

" Where are you from? ".

" I went to see uncle. There are things to talk about ". Marvin said, patting his arm so that Marinka lay there.

" Really.. ? ". Marinka asked suspiciously while putting her head in Marvin's arms.

" You don't believe it? ".

" all right.. You can ask uncle tomorrow ". Marvin hugged Marinka.

" You're not calling your girlfriend, are you? ". Marinka.

" Jeez Marinka, don't start when we're gonna see ".

" Marvin, can you stay here again? ". Aunt mouli asked while she was having breakfast.

The question suddenly made the two brothers who were eating it trouble swallowing their food.

Because if Marvin and Marinka live here then automatically Dania and David must leave the house. And David didn't want that to happen.

Because in fact, even though David and Dania were distant siblings, aunt Mouli still chose Marvin over the two brothers. Marvin can be relied on in any way while the two brothers usually only spend money.

"I don't know aunty yet.I'm up to Marinka just ". said Marvin casually while putting the sandwich pieces into his mouth. Makes Marinka confused as to what to answer.

" But they should live with their aunt, it's not good if they live here. It'll bother them. They also need time together after a long day at work ". David is at length. And it made Marvin smile amusedly.

" Of course David. It's good for newlyweds even though they've been married for a few months, but togetherness without the distractions of others is most important ". Said Dania to justify her sister's speech. Marinka was surprised.

" You're just afraid you don't have anywhere to leave? ". Marvin said. Making the two brothers could not hide their red faces withstanding embarrassment.

" ah.. You overdo Marvin, we can stay together like always ". David said stale.

" I wouldn't be so stupid as to let Marinka one roof with you.

"That's it, we'll discuss later. You eat the right ". Mr. Mike mediates.

" I think my uncle and aunt know my answer if next time you ask me this ". Marvin said later.

" all right.. I'll think about where David and Dania live ". Aunt mouli's words made Dania not accept.

" Aunty.. You're gonna kick me out? ". Dania.

" No dear.. You have to work too, you left your boutique long ago. You have to take care of it, right? You can stay back in your apartment like you were a while ago. From there it's closer to your boutique, right ". Aunt mouli's soft words.

" Then I how's aunt? ". Ask David to rile.

" You can go back to your crotch. Working as usual ". Aunt mouli.

David and Dania could not speak. They can't do much if they still want to get some fancy amenities from Uncle Mike.

" If you want to come here, don't hesitate. Come if you want to come ". Aunt mouli ketus. Marinka who was just quietly enjoying her food and chose to be a listener finally stopped her movements. Trying to digest aunt mouli's speech.

" Are you mute ". Aunt mouli's words were rude but Marinka liked them. It was just the stiff attitude of her aunt who had silenced her some time ago.

" Yes aunt I understand, thank you for allowing me ". Marinka said with a smile. Marvin also smiled and rubbed the back of Marinka's hand, happy because aunt mouli had changed a little.

" I'll just take you here. I've been bad luck ". Marvin said to Marinka after parking his car in Marinka's company.

" Well it's okay I can go in by myself ".

" You didn't give me a kiss to encourage me to work? ". Goda Marvin's.

" Wouldn't... ". Marinka said then rushed out of the car while sticking out her tongue.

" Freakin' shit.... ". Marvin smiled.

Drtts... Drtts.....

" Sister, I'm in your office, I brought you breakfast ".

That was the message from Arina. Marvin rubbed his face rough.

" What else is this.... My morning will be a little messy like ".
