CHAPTER 9

Half an hour later, Ario just walked into the room. "Excuse me madam, am I interrupting?" ask Ario.

"When did you get here?" ask Tora.

"About half an hour ago I was outside" Ario whispered to Tora. "It's just that Mr. Tora." said Ario again so that Sherly is not ashamed. "Here I take your change of clothes Tora, take a shower and clean yourself up. I'm horrified to see your blood." she continued.

"Thank you, Ario, you're a concern." But Ario's foot was stepped on by Tora.

Ario chuckles. He knew that Tora was so embarrassed now. After Tora disappeared into the bathroom. Ario gave Sherly a change of clothes. "This is a new dress from my wife Miss Sherly, so you don't have to worry about returning it, this is for you said my wife." said Ario.

"Oh my God, you're so good Mr. Ario. But I don't want to bother you, I'll have my friend take my shirt, sir." Sherly said.

Ario. "Take this, my wife gives it, accept it. And just call my name, I sound so old" he replied.

"Don't keep teasing Sherly, help me change clothes. This fucking hand hurts so much when I pick it up." Tora shouted from inside the bathroom.

Ario chuckles. "Damn you just bother me." said Ario and went into the bathroom.

Sherly just smiled looking at the scene. A few minutes later, they both came out of the bathroom.

"Don't listen to what Ario says. You call him father. It's appropriate for a man who has two children" Tora told Sherly.

"Damn you, my age and your age are the same, how can I be called a father while you're a brother?" Ario's upset.

Sherly chuckles at their behavior. "What age are you?" ask Sherly.

"Tora and I are both 33 years old, we're young, right?" Ario.

Sherly widened her eyes.33 years is the life of her rescue man. "Do you know how many of your friends are the same age?" tanyakanya.

"Of course, Sher, our force has hundreds of people and even our duties have been split. Someone was moved out of town as well" Tora replied. "What are you asking?" ask Tora.

"Can the police officer also move?" ask Sherly again.

"of course. Even among the police officers there are already serving as inspectors like Tora." replied Ario.

"You mean Tora was a police officer?" Sherly surprised. It would be easier to ask Tora later.

Tora nodded. "I'm from polantas, and so is Ario." said Tora.

Tora and Ario know Sherly's intentions but both choose silence. "I'm going to persuade Jack that today you can get out of the hospital" Tora replied.

"Thank you brother, thank you for everything. If there wasn't you, I might have caught up with my mom and dad" Sherly said sadly.

"You're talking Sher's bullshit." Tora is out leaving her to see Jack's doctor.

"Don't talk about death in front of Tora Miss Sherly. We have faced more than a thousand deaths. But we hope to continue living for the sake of the people we love." said Ario.

"I'm just telling you the truth, I almost died at the hands of my ex-boyfriend if Tora's not helping me" Sherly replied.

"That's what Tora continues to regret, he's almost too late to save you" Ario said again.

"It wasn't his fault, why did he feel guilty?" ask Sherly.

Sherly could not understand Ario's intentions, when she wanted to ask him more. Tora and the doctor came back in. The doctor checked on Sherly. "Alright this afternoon he can get out of here" said Jack.

"Thank you again Jack, you helped us a lot" Tora said.

"Thank you doc." said Sherly.

"Please take care of Tora as well as Miss Sherly, if she makes another mistake with her hand, then we'll amputate her" Jack threatened.

Sherly gasps but Tora kicks Jack's leg. "You scared him damn doctor, go there." Tora.

Jack chuckles. "So you thanked me, now you're kicking me out. You fucking Inspector." replied Doctor Jack.

Tora ignored him and continued to push Jack's body out.

"Take regular medicine for you and Miss Sherly." Jack shouted again before disappearing.

"Don't listen to Doctor Jack. My hands are fine." said Tora.

"But Jack's doctor was right, brother, your wound could be infected and it's very dangerous" Sherly said.

"You're just as chatty, we're going home this afternoon. Get ready." said Tora. "Can you take us home from Ario?" ask Tora to Ario.

"Ready ndan can very much." replied Ario firmly.

Tora smile. "I'll take care of his administration for a while" he said.

"Later I'll replace it, I don't bring any money now" Sherly said.

Tora just smiled and left the room again.

The infusion hose has been removed from Sherly's hand, she changes her clothes in the bathroom. The clothes that Ario carried were very fitting in his body, but the color was very striking. Sherly never wears colors like this. Ario and Tora were waiting for him while tidying up his things. The two are shocked when Sherly comes out of the bathroom. The woman was very beautiful while wearing brightly colored clothes.

"Wow amazing." said Ario could not hold his mouth.

"Control your eyes Ario or I'll report it to Ica." Tora reminded.

Ario chuckled at Tora who was possessive and jealous.

"What doesn't fit. It's the first time I've ever worn a color like this." Sherly asked.

"It's a great fit, but I hope you don't use colors like that. Because it'll invite the dappled nose." replied Tora.

This time Ario let go of his laughter. Tora kicked her leg to be quiet but Ario just laughed out loud. Seeing this, Sherly was confused. What's so funny about Tora makes Ario laugh like that Sherly thought.

They finally came home. But something goes wrong, Tora takes Sherly to her house. The man didn't let Sherly go back to his own house.
