CHAPTER 23

Tora Sin as a disciplined and extremely harsh commander. He does not hesitate to arrest any offenders. But this time even Tora snapped at the child wandering around in the middle of the night very loudly. Ario watched his commander. Not usually Tora did this, even the child had pleaded Tora still ordered to take them to the police station.

Tora gets cruel when she finds drunkards on the streets. Ario could not stand the behavior of his commander. Ario finally acts by pulling Tora.

"Stop it.." whispered Ario.

Tora glanced at Ario. "What?" ask Tora.

"You're not what you used to be, stop it." said Ario again.

Tora finally realized it. He sighed. He returned to the patrol car and handed over his duties to the other team. Tora leaned her body in the car seat, her mind so far away to Sherly. Eagerly hugging the woman now, Tora was sure Sherly was suffering right now.

A few minutes later Ario approached Tora. "You better get back home now. Let us continue our patrol. It's also 3 in the morning. I speak as your best friend Tora." said Ario.

Tora looked at her watch. 2 more hours their task was done. That's very against the rules of duty. Tora shook her head. "It's still Sergeant's duty hours, don't set me up for work" Tora said.

Realizing his mistake, Ario immediately did a push-up. "Please forgive me my attitude commander" Ario said as he did so.

Tora is comforted by Ario's self-punishing attitude. Tora let Ario do that while chuckling. "Get up, we're not done yet." Tora ordered.

Ario stood up straight against Tora. "Ready and do it." replied Ario.

They again completed the task by continuing down the quiet road Waykanan. Tora was a role model for his men, he never used his position. The man remains disciplined whatever problem he is facing.

Sherly can't sleep at all. He saw the clock of Tora's room wall, it was almost 5 in the morning but Tora had not returned. Sherly's mind remains bad about it. He thought Tora must have avoided him. He got out of his bed and went to the bathroom, he would take a shower and prepare breakfast for Tora. He really hoped that Tora would not think about parting with him at all.

Over the past month with the man, Sherly has started to fall in love with him. Tora's attitude that is very considerate of her and always makes her comfortable, that's what ultimately makes Sherly not want to let go of Tora.

At 6 am, Sherly had prepared breakfast and waited for Tora, when it was morning like this, Sherly actually felt drowsiness. He eventually fell asleep with his head on the dining table.

Tora returned home, hurriedly entered and went straight up to the 2nd floor to her room. Sherly is not there at all, she goes to the next room the woman is not there either. A chaotic feeling raged in Tora's heart, the woman actually ran away from her.

He went back downstairs, he checked the kitchen the smell of food was still smelling new. While going to the dining room, Tora felt a tremendous relief. The woman he loved fell asleep at the dinner table. Tora touched her lover's cheek and kissed him.

"Thank you baby, you're still waiting for me." whispered Tora.

Sherly awakens and is shocked when Tora is smiling beside her. "Sir Tora." said Sherly. He got up and hugged Tora. "I miss you." Sherly whispered in Tora's arms.

"I miss you a lot too" replied Tora. "I don't think I'll find you in the house, baby, I'm so afraid you're disappearing from me" Tora said.

Sherly chuckles. "You know, my house is just a few steps away from your house. Escape is very easy to find." he said.

"Don't try Sher, even if it's just your house. If you want to go back home, not alone but with me." Tora ordered.

"I was sweating because I was looking for you on the 2nd floor" Tora replied.

Sherly chuckles again. "You're overreacting, brother, I'm not going anywhere, unless you kick me out" he replied.

"If I kick you out it's because you're having an affair. So don't try." said Tora. "Well, I take a shower, don't go anywhere." - Tora.

"Ready and carry it out." replied Sherly like his men.

"Damn it, you're so adorable." Tora pulls Sherly and kisses her enthusiastically. Sherly wasn't stiff anymore when Tora kissed her. Because they do this very often. Tora pulled herself, because Mr. P asked for more. He didn't want to do this before they got married. Tora did not want to make love and was not ready to know the fact that this woman was no longer holy.

"I'm taking a shower now baby." said Tora as she kissed Sherly's forehead and left her.

Sherly still feels the pounding of her heart, she desperately wants more touch from Tora. But the man was very different from Ferdinan. Her ex-boyfriend always tries to touch Sherly when they kiss. But Sherly never let it. But this time it was Sherly's body that wanted a touch of Tora.

Sherly let out her breath hard and sat back down waiting for Tora to finish her bath.

"You want to go now?" ask Tora. "When are you going to resign? I told you I wanted you there when I got home from work. When can we be together longer" Tora added upset.

"Sherly clasped Tora's hand. "I promise you this last month that I worked, brother, when we got married I was already unemployed" Sherly replied.

"You won't be idle dear, as the wife of an Inspector, you'll be very busy beside me. Social activities among bhayangkari mothers. You'll be busier than you are now. But at least you're next to me" said Tora.

"Aren't you going to get tired of seeing my face every day?" ask Sherly.

"Omong empty, your face is the cure for everything, baby. I'm going to knock out every guy's teeth that's looking at you intensely." Tora threatened.

Sherly laughs. He couldn't hold his laugh. "You're so scary, brother, they just look on not touching." he said.

"Don't laugh baby, if you do that, I won't let you go to work." Tora tweeted.

Sherly shut her mouth. "Well, dear Inspector, will you take me or not?" ask Sherly.

"Don't be asked, of course I'll drop you off and pick you up as usual. I won't let you get kidnapped by a striped-nose man." replied Tora.

"Don't remind me of that, sister, my body gets goosebumps if I remember" Sherly said.

Tora clasped Sherly's hand. "Don't I let anyone hurt you, baby, I don't care even if the cheap gossip spreads. All you have to know is that I love you for who you are." said Tora.

They enjoyed their breakfast together. When she finished, Tora took Sherly to her car and drove her to work.
