Drowsiness almost ambushed me when the roar of Mas Bayu's car was heard entering the yard. Satisfied you are! Until late at night just feel enough with a woman other than your wife. Very upset with heart.
I buried my head in the bolts I hugged, ignoring Mas Bayu who entered the room.
"That picture why did you let Fahmi take my picture and Dini's?" Mas Bayu blocked my arm, like he knew I wasn't asleep.
I took a deep breath, gathering patience.
"Blame yourself, I didn't even know Fahmi caught you. Our son is a teenager, he can judge for himself how his father behaved." I clap Mas Bayu's hand, sit on the edge of the bed and tell him about the incident in the mall this afternoon.
The man I believed to be a faithful man, responsible for his family and worthy of service until the end of his life, was nothing more than a man who did not hold fast to loyalty only because of past temptations.
Mas Bayu grabbed my hand and held it tightly. "You misunderstood. Me and Dini are just close friends. Dini still needs support, she's the new guy who joined my company."
"You think I'll believe your words? It's obvious your admiration for that woman."
"I just had a good working relationship, Dini being my boss in the office right now. Shouldn't I take his heart? Kilah Mas Bayu's.
"Fahmi sees for yourself you join hands with the woman, friendly! He who is still snot can smell your affair!"
Mas Bayu lowered his head, he could not dodge anymore. I pulled my hand from his, but he quickly caught my wrist. In his arms I forcefully.
"You have to trust me. I do still love Dini, she is still beautiful and smart as before. But I can't afford to lose you and Fahmi. I'm not gonna cheat again. Mas Bayu tightened his embrace.
"Mas, you're a mental illness! How could you want to do it yourself so. You think I believe in your talk after coming home late to spend time with Dini?"
Like a nightmare, I had to hear my husband ask permission to be with another woman. What kind of marriage would I live in if there were an Early shadow that would definitely carry my day in the dark.
I shook my head strongly. Mayu has forgotten the sweetness of our love story. I was late to sow back the fabric of our closeness of heart, as the re-establishment of the figure of Dini in his heart.
"Please let me go with Fahmi. Just bring that woman into your life." I screamed while pushing Mas Bayu's body so that his embrace no longer supported me.
Selfish guy! How can I let another woman inhabit my husband's heart while I am still his wife! Especially obviously, he's been hiding his old love back.
"You have to choose! That woman or me and the kid!" my bluff is not afraid.
"Can't you just give me a little space to stay with Dini? I promise I won't get too far with him." Mas Bayu is still making crazy requests. She intercepted me in front of the bedroom door, gently rubbing my lips.
"Alright, Fahmi and I will stay away from your life." I pay no heed to Mas Bayu's gentle strokes anymore.
"Don't take Fahmi away, or I'll stop supporting you!" her threat gritted me too.
I did not shrink, I was sure there would be a way if I had to part with my husband. It feels impossible for me to defend again after knowing that Mas Bayu really can not end his love for the woman.
"O, I know. You have a big head now because you can find your own money, right? Dare to take Fahmi away!" yelled Mas Bayu, his eyes so sharp that they stretched out to the clear of my eyes.
"Mas wants to be able to have a relationship with Dini, but also wants to remain my husband? Don't dream!" I blocked Mas Bayu's hand firmly, giving him a warning to realize I'm not a weak woman.
The tall man closed his body to me, as if he wanted to convince her that his charm was still firmly in my heart.
"Are you sure you want to get away from me? Fahmi is still far from his future, you can take care of him until independent?" teasek Mas Bayu while singing a grin at the end of his lips.
"Yes! tonight I can get out of here" I replied firmly.
Bayu was surprised to hear my courage. He took a step back, rubbing his face in annoyance.
"Mom, Paak!" Mbak Min's voice suddenly called out to me and Mas Bayu while knocking hard on the door of the room in between our quarrel.
"Yes" I said out loud, it seems like something is important.
Mas Bayu opened the door quickly, finding Mbak Min standing anxiously.
"Grandmother was so limp, in question just silence. I was afraid why-why."
Hearing the news our maid gave me, I quickly stepped into my mother's room. When I took my mom to dinner last night, I was less pleased. Mother was asking Mbak Min to be put in a whitewood oil bath, and I left her to the room to rest.
What about mom if I leave this house while she's still lying sick? I hesitated towards my mother's room, considering my intention to leave as soon as possible.
'Mother-in-law needs your presence at this time' My conscience whispered, shaking off the intention to go with Fahmi whom I had already decided.
I continued to follow Mbak Min's steps towards the room of the old lady who always compared to Dini.
'You deserve to live a quiet life, without being haunted by another woman, without having to fight over my husband's love." whispered my little heart, pushing to ignore the mother-in-law who needs my attention. I stepped more and more gamang, choosing to keep going or stay put first to stay in this house.
Mas Bayu stepped quickly ahead of me. The tall man looked anxious as he passed my foot swing, the mother-in-law was the woman he cared about so much.
"Mom, mother why, what do you feel?' my husband asked worriedly as soon as we got to Mom's room.
I felt my forehead and mother's body, a little feverish. His hands drooped, his face was also pale. It seems like mom had a lot of thoughts until her condition dropped. I held the irregular mother's pulse, her breathing also seemed to hunt.
Mother could only shake her head weakly, she pointed at her chest, perhaps feeling heavy to catch her breath.
"Take to the doctor right now, Mom. Let it be handled quickly." I'm giving you advice.
"Sir Min, please support the head and body of the mother. Go to the clinic, yes" I asked the patient woman.
"Well, how is Min? You're not going to go nganterin?" asked Mas Bayu annoyedly when he saw me closing the car door.
I'm satisfied. Let her realize what I mean, then imagine that I'm not by her side anymore.
