Chapter 8's

With very graceful steps, Vey walked confidently towards his study. Early in the morning he did his job like the secretary.

"I can't wait for her to arrive" she said smilingly waiting for her husband.

Not waiting for a long time, the figure who was waiting for arrived with his charm. A man with a tall body straight like a model, walking with his haughty face.

The arrival of the man with strong charisma instantly caught the attention of everyone. They immediately paid their respects.

"Good morning, sir!!" greet all employees and no one is responded to.

They all thought it was natural. After the news of his boss' accident the other day, his boss' attitude changes drastically.

If in the past Davin was a friendly boss, and a cheap smile. It is very different from Davin now. Sharp gaze, attitude that is sometimes cold and irritable.

The man just passed them by, as if he had not seen them at all. Especially since he is currently busy fiddling with his phone.

"Good morning, sir."

The young woman who occupied the table located in front of her room immediately stood up to welcome the arrival of the man. The woman who is none other than Vey with a million charms.

Davin just glanced at it and just passed it without responding to his greeting. Something strange happened to her husband this morning.

Suddenly Rizal patted his shoulder from the side. When Vey was about to step up to meet her husband. Vey turned to look at the person standing next to her in surprise.

"Don't be surprised by the attitude, sir. Davins. It's so that the person becomes strange every day" said Rizal.

Vey nodded, she would make a glass of warm tea for her husband. Perhaps his mud instantly improved.

"Later to talk. I'd like some tea for you sir. Davin, sir."

After making a warm tea for her husband, Vey went straight into her husband's room. She saw her husband holding her head.

"Technya, sir!!"

Davin just cleared his throat, his face enduring the pain in his head. Vey approached, helping her massage her husband's head.

"What are you doing!!" he snapped, making Vey instantly shocked. What's more, Davin's hand thrust him to hit the wall.

"Ach, sick!!" his great-grandson after his forehead hit the wall.

Davin didn't help her get up. He just looked at her with a cold expression. Vey felt a strangeness in her husband. Very different from Davin yesterday, which can almost be broken.

"Who are you?" ask Davin.

Davin's question surprised him and was also astonished. She knew her husband was having amnesia, but Davin's amnesia was very strange. How could he forget everything in a day.

"I'm your secretary, right? What sir. Davin forgot?"

Davin glanced at the name tag on Vey's chest, which read Vey's secretary. He can't remember anything and anyone but Renata. Seeing her husband's attitude like that, Vey's worry grew.

"So you're my new secretary?" ask Davin.

"What kind of question is this? Why did he forget my position in this office?" gumam Vey.

"Why are you still there? Stand up and work on all these stacks of documents," he ordered in a harsh tone.

Davin has never been rude to her. She was once subjected to harsh treatment from her husband. Vey's heart was hurt, wanting to cry but reality made her aware of her husband's current condition.

"Strong Vey, you must be strong!!" he murmured, strengthening himself.

Vey kept on putting on her sweet smile, despite the flat, cold face of her husband she found. Her hand picked up a pile of files on her husband's desk. Move it to his desk and start checking it.

"wait. Have we met before? Does your face seem familiar to me?"

Again Vey was stunned by her husband's question. Until Vey is increasingly curious and wants to explore what kind of amnesia suffered by her husband at this time.

"Of course we've met, you're my boss and I'm your secretary, sir" Vey replied later.

"Oh yeah, I think so too, come out!!" Davin's orders.

Vey walked out towards his desk by pressing on his chest. His current sense of heart being mixed collided with his thoughts. She was curious about her husband's change. Though last night they both just channeled the desire of both. In the morning, her husband changed and forgot about everything.

Vey stared at the pile of files before his eyes. All of Davin's work, was given to him. Maybe Vey will be a little overwhelmed and overtime tonight. Looking at the pile of files in front of him was not just one but very many.

Vey is convinced, the company's slump during his coma. No one wants this company well enough. Given her husband's condition. Makes Vey think about taking over this company. But not now of course, he will see the next situation and conditions.

In the afternoon Davin told Vey to order food for him. Vey who was still busy with a pile of documents in front of him also stopped his activities.

Without wasting time, Vey walked out of the office to the mall not far from the location. She knew what her husband's favorite food was.

Unagi-no-kabayaki, an eel dipped in sauce and roasted over charcoal. Vey knew very well that one Japanese food was her husband's favorite.

She would gladly buy it for her husband. If they used to eat a plate together. For the time being it seems that it can't be, given the condition her husband doesn't remember at all.

After getting Unagi-no-kabayaki. Vey walked back towards the Wing corporation. In the middle of his steps, he suddenly stopped his steps. His eyes caught two women who were currently in a hate shop in the Mall he went to.

"Clean, leech, sycophant, enjoy the treasures of the people as you please. Just enjoy the rest of the money in my husband's savings, before it all turns to my hands. Do not think that by damaging my household, controlling my husband and also some of my property, you can live a good life forever. I'm the one in control of all my property" Vey said staring in dislike at Renata and Retno squandering her property.

Overwhelmed, Vey continued his steps back to the office. Surely Davin was starving because he was waiting for him.

Ten minutes later, Vey arrived in front of her husband's office. He knocked on the door from outside.

"Look.tok!!"

"Get in!!" Davin's orders.

Vey immediately entered after getting an answer from within. In her hand was a bag of food ordered by her husband.

"I put it here, sir?" he pointed to the guest table on the right side of the entrance. 

Davin who closed his eyes immediately opened his eyes again. Look at the bag of food her secretary brought.

Davin got up from his seat, after his nose smelled the scent of his favorite food. His feet stepped towards the place where Vey had put food for him.

Vey had served her complete with a bottle of mineral water for her husband. Davin was made to wonder, after seeing the food menu that Vey served.

"How do you know my favorite food?" he looked at Vey.

"Of course I know. Because I'm your wife, baby" she murmured inwardly.

"Oh, so this is my favorite meal sir. Davin's? It just so happens that our favorite food is the same, sir. I bought it at first. Not old sir. Davin likes it, thank God."

"Yes. You can come out!!" said it.

Vey bowed respectfully and then walked out of her husband's room. If her husband doesn't change and stays like yesterday. Of course Vey chose to stay in the place and feed her very affectionately.

Of course he had to undo that intention. In addition to Davin's very strange condition today, on the other hand the pile of work is waiting to be done.

At least Vey was happy enough. Of all the things her husband forgot. Her husband's favorite food is the same.
