Chapter 37's

Vey was in an ambulance. Vey accompanied her husband to the hospital. But so panicked, he did not realize there was Rizal who participated in the ambulance

"Mas Davin's. I'm sorry, this must be all because of me. It must be because my words made you this way."

The ambulance was still driving to the hospital. Five minutes later they arrived at a hospital that was not just a hospital for amnesiacs like Davin.

Vey knew where to take her husband to get the right help. The back door of the ambulance opened, ambulance officers immediately brought Davin into the hospital to get immediate treatment.

Vey and Rizal follow behind, Vey cries and Rizal is unable to do anything but guard her from behind. Even until now Vey has not realized there is Rizal nearby.

"Please my husband, give him the best care!!" vey shouted, as hospital staff began to take him inside the special care room.

Without anyone knowing Rizal's surprise when Vey said the word husband before. But Rizal tried to hide his surprise as well as his curiosity more.

The door of the room was closed, Vey and Rizal were not allowed to enter during the patient's handling period. Vey's body weakened so much that she almost collapsed on the floor. Fortunately Rizal swiftly helped her and took Vey sitting in a waiting chair.

"Pak Rizal's. You here too?" asked Vey who had just realized.

"Yes, mbak. I was next to Vey. But Vey seemed to have just realized me," said Rizal scratching his head that did not itch.

"Ah, I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were there" Vey said.

Rizal continued to watch Vey sitting next to him. Vey's hands clasped tightly together, holding back her fear of her husband's condition.

Before long the doctor who handled Davin came out, who was none other than Doctor Danu. Vey immediately got up from his seat to see Dr. Danu.

"What's Mr Davin's condition, doc?" ask Vey.

"If you can tell if you're Davin's family?" ask Doctor Danu.

"I'm his wife, doc!!" vey said later.

Doctor Danu asks Vey to come with him to his room. There's something that Doctor Danu wants to tell Vey.

Before Vey follows Danu's doctor, Vey says something to Rizal. "Please keep everything you know about me and Mr. Davin secret" he said, leaving Rizal.

Rizal was still staring at the spot, feeling that his hearing was not wrong. He felt his hearing was wrong. But when Vey asks him to keep everything he knows a secret, Rizal Pun comes to his senses.

"So right, Miss Vey is Mr. Davin's wife!!" muttering lyrics. Like there was a desperate tone to Rizal's words. She has secretly loved Vey ever since Vey proposed to be Davin's secretary.

In a fairly large room, Vey has now been in the room doctor Danu. Danu's doctor showed a wound in Davin's left head. Vey almost cried, but she tried to hold him back.

"Actually Mr. Davin is my patient. In recent days Mr. Davin has often seen me to check his nervous condition" said doctor Danu.

"So my husband knows his current condition, doc?" tanya Vey nods to doctor Danu.

Doctor Danu also told what Davin experienced. Including about Davin's secretary who invited Vey's attention.

"What my husband means is me, doc. I was her secretary, I purposely disguised myself as her secretary in order to be close to my husband. That's all I do because my husband doesn't remember me, doc."

"It's appropriate that Mr. Davin complains that his head hurts after interacting with you. Maybe the pieces of his memory with you start back. But my advice is not to force him to remember. Because there's still a wound that hasn't healed completely on his left head."

"Calm down, miss. Mr. Davin will soon be conscious. Maybe in the future he will often be like this. Don't be afraid, just watch. His nerves begin to react to collect the missing pieces of memory. Be patient, your husband will remember you back, "doctor Danu tried to convince Vey.

Vey smiled, at least there was still hope in her husband remembering it. Vey was very grateful to Dr. Danu. She also pleads with Dr. Danu to help her provide the best treatment for her husband.

Vey leaves the doctor Danu's room with relief. His eyes looked at the seat that had been in his place with Rizal had been filled with people.

Vey searches for Rizal's whereabouts, but his eyes don't find him. He was afraid Rizal would tell other employees about his secrets.

"Of course, even if it should be revealed early. I better see Davin's mas condition now!!"

Vey stepped into her husband's ward. At the sight of him Davin was conscious and his eyes were on him.

"Sir Davin. You're conscious, sir?" tanya Vey approached Davin.

"What happened to me, Vey?" ask Davin confused.

"You passed out and were rushed to this hospital. Is your head still hurting, sir? Did I call a doctor?"

Davin shook his head, he wanted to go back to the office. He wanted to rest in his room. He felt uncomfortable in a room that was unfamiliar to him.

"Well, I asked Danu first, if you can leave this hospital!!"

Davin held Vey's hand, when he was about to leave. He shook his head, asking Vey to sit down and not leave.

Vey glanced at his hand, Davin immediately released his hand which was still holding Vey's hand. Shortly the door to Davin's nursery opens, featuring Renata and Retno approaching him.

"Dear, what's wrong with you? What the hell is going on with you?" asked Renata with her voice made spoiled. Vey stared dislikefully at the presence of the two women he hated the most.

Retno looked at Vey as if she wanted to challenge Vey. The old woman is wrong behind the destruction of Vey's household and Renata is the pawn she moves in order to get what she wants. But until here the mother and child are the same, equally greedy and ambitious.

"Darling, you know after I got word you passed out, I was scared. What else remembers my current condition. I'm afraid something will happen to you, I'm afraid our baby is born without a father" Renata said, glancing at Vey.

Seemed shocked on Vey's face, making Renata and Retno look at each other. Not only Vey, Davin was also surprised after hearing Renata's words. Vey was still trying to be ordinary while squeezing her dress.

"I'm sorry, sir. There are already those who take care of you!!" 

There is a sense of unwillingness in Davin to see the departure of Vey. His weak body was unable to catch up to Vey's departure. What's more there's Renata and Retno there.

Vey came out of Davin's ward. Once outside, she shed the tears she held back. Vey felt her dream come true.

"No, I must have heard wrong. There's no way Renata's pregnant. No, none of this can happen."

Vey walked out of the hospital with mixed feelings. His body felt weak and his chest felt tight.

Inside there Retno came out of Davin's ward. He reached into his cell phone which was inside his bag.

"Stop that woman right now!!"
