Chapter 20's

Vey is dressed up so pretty tonight. She was wearing a lilac dress that Davin bought yesterday afternoon.

Time has shown at seven o'clock in the evening. Yesterday, Davin said he would pick her up. Vey is still waiting for her husband to come pick her up.

Actually Vey is still angry at her husband for Davin's attitude yesterday. But he tried to throw away his ego and tried to forget. Davin must have forgotten about yesterday.

At the Davin house. Renata whines to join Davin. Seeing Davin's appearance is very neat and fragrant. And remember Davin Dan Vey yesterday just went to the boutique. Renata is sure, for sure tonight Davin will be out with Vey.

As if I didn't want to be cheated for the umpteenth time. Renata doesn't let Davin go unless Davin takes her.

Davin is confused, because he has promised to pick up Vey. How could he pick up Vey, while Renata asked to come along.

They entered the restaurant, looking for the owner. Until Davin's eyes found the figure of Devano walking towards him.

Devano looked at Renata with a foreign view. At once his eyes search for the whereabouts of Vey, who he suspects departs with Davin. In fact, the assumption is wrong, not Vey who is in Davin's arms, but a woman who is not foreign to him.

"Good night, Mr. Davin," he said, but his eyes still glanced at Renata. Davin, who realizes Devano's glance, introduces Renata.

"Include the woman next to me is my fiancee, Mr. Devano!!"

Devano smiled shaking Renata's hand, with a different look. Another case with Renata who was surprised to see the figure of Devano.

"I'll finally find you, con man!!" muttered Devano with a horrible smile.

Renata is nervous, it seems like his decision to follow Davin tonight was the wrong decision. Devano invited his guests to a special table that he had prepared.

The three of them sat down where they had been prepared. Devano still glanced at Renata, as if he wanted to kill the woman right then and there. But there was Davin next to him.

"Hmm, by the way, where is your secretary, Mr Davin? Why didn't he come?" ask Devano.

Davin had guessed before, surely Devano would question Vey's whereabouts. Even he himself still felt guilty towards Vey. He didn't mean to break a promise. But Renata suddenly messed up his plan.

"I'm here Mr. Devano. I'm sorry I'm late!!" vey said, very loudly and his eyes glanced sharply at Davin and Renata.

Davin was surprised, not expecting Vey to be present as well. He thought, Vey would not be present without her and it turns out his conjecture was wrong.

Devano approached Vey, and kissed the back of Vey's hand. Vey let it go, Devano kissed the back of his hand. As well as the punishment for her husband that made her feel upset tonight.

"Thank you for the compliment, sir. But you overdo it, when my makeup was mediocre" Vey responded, then received Devano's helping hand.

Devano was delighted that Vey received his helping hand. "Beautiful women always say that if anyone praises them" she smiled and took Vey to her side. Vey is facing Davin. While Devano faced with a woman who had been holding back his emotions.

"Good night, Davin!!" greet Vey, just greet her husband and ignore the woman next to him.

Vey was not aware, since his presence until now, Davin continued to pay attention to him. Even he also noticed when Devano treated Vey very special.

Vey smiled looking at Renata's face that was holding back anger. Even Renata seems possessive to Davin. Afraid that Davin would come back to Vey.

"Sir Davin, please enjoy the meal while it is still warm. Miss Vey, you have to taste the menu at this restaurant is delicious."

Devano picked up some menus for Vey to taste. Devano's attention to Vey was very disturbing Davin's vision. Even Davin had clenched his hands because of the jealous flames that were present all of a sudden.

"Darling, don't you want to take it for me?" point Renata at one of the dishes in front of her. He doesn't want to lose to Vey who gets Devano's attention.

Vey heard Renata say, and he wanted to laugh right then and there. No one noticed Renata, so she begged her husband for attention.

"Based on the female fox," he murmured, then enjoyed the dish Devano had taken for him.

"How's Miss Vey? Is it very delicious?" ask Devano.

Vey tasted and weighed the taste on one of the menus. He was like a chef judging the taste of a cuisine. A few seconds later his eyes sparkled. True said Devano, the menu in the restaurant is very delicious.

"God, this is the most delicious food I've ever tasted, sir. You're very good at choosing the place with the most delicious dishes" Praise Vey sincerely.

Devano smiled, even as if the world only belonged to Devano and Vey. While Davin and Renata are only the audience of their conversation.

"That means our taste is the same Miss Vey. Next time I will invite you to try other culinary," said Devano later.

Vey smiled nodding, accepting Devano's invitation. The corner of her eyes glanced at her husband who was burning with jealous flames. Vey wanted to laugh, let alone Renata's face also staring resentfully at him.

"This is a punishment for you, my dear husband!!" vey muttered with a smile towards Davin.

Vey moved from his seat. He's gonna let her go to the toilet for a minute. Devano was about to drive him, but Vey forbade him. Vey walked alone to the toilet not far from where he was sitting.
