57. Inquiry

"Priest, in my room now!" captain Bagas called me without further ado and switched off his phone call even though I hadn't been able to answer.

I knocked on Danki's room door, then walked in. I saluted Danki, "sit down!" said captain Bagas.

I took off the beret and sat in the seat right in front of Captain Bagas.

"There's a summons for you from the pomal about the kidnapping case. Are you involved?" ask captain Bagas.

"Attraction? Wh who? I don't understand what Commander means," I'm still confused.

"A doctor named Utami Puspita in Malang. From the development of the case, you are the one who is strongly suspected of being involved in the case!" obviously captain Bagas.

"Utami kidnapped? I really don't know the news of this kidnapping. Where's Utami now?" I was immediately worried to hear this news.

"Last Sunday was Utami's wedding day with Aaron's doctor, all preparations were finished, but suddenly the night before H's residence Utami's parents were broken into, some valuable objects were missing including Utami. Are you involved?" captain Bagas asked me again.

"Ready, no Ndan, I haven't had any contact with Utami since we broke up a few months ago" I said.

"Remember, not a single guilty member can escape the law!" hardik captain Bagas.

"No, Ndan. I have never met, never been in contact, never heard from Utami again. Even I just knew that yesterday he was going to get married, I think it was from yesterday-yesterday his marriage," I said.

"Don't you think, you're close to Danyon, you can escape the law!" snapped captain Bagas.

"Ready, I will prove that I am not involved in the case" I said out loud.

"Bring this summons to Mako Pomal. Ask for directions from Danyon before leaving there, I was already sounding to him!" Danki.

"Ready, go!" I received the summons, and then I read it carefully. After I finished reading the summons, I stood up and saluted Danki and left the place.

The Danyon Room was on the third floor, I half ran towards his room. Although Danki was angry and accused me, but he still directed me to ask Danyon for advice before going to Mako Pomal.

Arriving on the third floor, a kowal sitting in front of the Danyon room immediately directed me to the room of Colonel Teguh. I went into his room and saluted him.

"Who is Dr Utami?" ask Colonel Firmly before I sit down.

I sat in the chair and said, "Utami's my ex-boyfriend Ndan. We broke up a few months ago. After that I never knew or associated with him again. Even I just found out that he just wanted to get married yesterday, I think he's been married to Dr. Aaron" I replied.

"Do you know Dr Aaron?" ask colonel Teguh.

"I met once, and never met again. In front of me, Utami chose Aaron's doctor over me. From there I took it off, and stayed away. I never knew or intentionally found out about him" I explained.

"You are in danger Mam, Dr. Aaron is an influential person in Malang. If you're really involved, I can't help you!" colonel Teguh looks doubtful to me.

"Ready, Ndan. I won't do that much" I said.

"Well, now you go to Mako Pomal, tell the investigator the truth. Bring the unity's good name. And don't forget to pray" colonel Teguh said.

"Ready, go!" I stood up and saluted. Colonel Teguh held both of my shoulders, "be careful, their questions can trap you, don't stop dhikr. They will make you angry, emotional, stress, soy sauce, confused and so forth. Focus up!" 

"Ready, Ndan!" yell loudly.

I arrived at Mako Pomal at nine o'clock and forty minutes. I prayed, got meritorious, asked for God's protection and called Hendrik, "hello Ndan, where? Captain Bagas was wanted!" 

"I was called to Mako Pomal. Utami went missing yesterday before her marriage to the doctor, I am suspected of being involved in Utami's disappearance. Please pray yes!" my answer.

"What is Ndan?" Hendrik doesn't believe it.

"Yes, I picked up a guy! Before coming here I've been facing Danki and Danton for directions. Ask for help, yes!" I told Hendrik.

"Ready, Ndan!" replied Hendrik loudly.

For about an hour I waited in this room myself. Then a pomal member called me, he led me to the investigation room.

The first thing the investigator asked was my identity, then my relationship with Utami and the others. All the messages that Colonel Teguh said were evident, the investigator's questions made me desperate, emotional, nervous, confused and others. Tired, I feel it. The marathon examination lasts until nine p.m., with a short break, which is meal and prayer time. It's just amazing.

"About Utami deliberately escaped was she really kidnapped?" ask Frans.

"I don't know, he said the window of his room was broken from the outside. Many valuable things are also missing," I explained again.

"It is very certainly the doctor Aaron the commander, the invitation has been spread. Even the bride again," said Hendrik.

"If Utami purposely runs away, then she still hopes for you Mam!" said Suryo.

"Yes, but if the gini will even make her relationship with her parents damaged," I said.

"So gini, once I had a dream, Utami was held captive in a house, I managed to enter and paralyze the kidnappers Utami, but finally the kidnapper's boss shot Utami dead. For now I still really want the same dream, the dream seems real. Then Lita said that tomorrow I would be called and punished by Danki, it felt all related and very real," I stared blankly at the front.

"Well, what does Lita say?" ask Hendrik.

"But it just so happens!" answer Erwin. 

"But Danki is not punishing either! Just call doang. Tomorrow it looks like he's checked, because I was talking to Colonel Teguh, he said tomorrow called in Mako Pomal. If Danyon is called, then Danki is also called, right?" suryo.

"Times?" I asked, "tomorrow my schedule was checked again with Utami and Aaron's parents!"

"Yes, if tomorrow there is still another investigation, it's better to rest tonight. We don't know what time the check will be tomorrow. Tomorrow we gather again here yes," Suryo gave the command.

"Don't bother tomorrow, I'm going to sit down tonight!"

"Please bro, tomorrow we gather again, Dimas, Ritonga this malem is not coming, tomorrow they must come. We all support you, Mom!" erwin said patting my shoulder.

"Thank you!" my friends loved me one by one and went home.
