Behemoths

The gate behind them closed and again separated the Human Realm from the Devildoom. With a strong determination Riel and his Team again continued their journey towards the Behemoth Palace, where the Devil lived.

"By the way, how does Behemoth form?" ask Riel.

"Ah, right too, I haven't explained it to you guys" Keinn patted Riel's shoulder. "The original shape resembles an elephant, hmm more precisely Mamoth. But, while fighting he would display the form of a Giant Golem with lava flowing inside his hard body. You could say that he is immune to physical attacks, so your weapons won't work against him." Keinn replied, finishing explaining.

"Eh?! Then how can we defeat him?" this time Seira asked.

"Eitherway? Maybe with a strong determination? Because that's our greatest strength as a human being, isn't it?" keinn replied, smiling awkwardly.

Silent.

Everything was shrouded in an overwhelming fear of the invincible figure they would face after this.

"I'll beat him!" riel said, breaking the silence.

His spirit flowed to Keinn and Seira, their fear slowly fading away being replaced by the blazing flames of spirit within Riel's body. They re-established their intentions, erecting tired bodies in the middle of the journey, rounding up the slowly disappearing resolve inside their chests.

"You're right, Keinn. We only have a strong determination, so we must remain optimistic in order to carry out our current mission" said Riel who then embraced the two friends.

After walking for about 10 minutes, they could see an enormous Palace with walls made of magma rock flaming from a distance. They could also hear the sounds of the fight supposedly coming from the Guild Adventurers who were challenging the Behemoth in his Palace.

They immediately ran towards the source of the sound. And now in front of them was standing a 4-meter-high Golem with a body filled with hot lava that was seen flowing from between the body of the stone, and also 5 Adventurers who had run out of energy after fighting long enough with the Golem.

"Hey, are you okay?!" riel said to one of the adventurers who carried a large shield in his right hand.

"Who are you?" ask the Adventurer.

"We are also adventurers like you, only we haven't signed up to a Guild in the Capital, so we're only limited to Wild Adventurers who carry out missions at will" Riel replied.

"Wait, you're Keinn, right?" said one of the Adventurers who used a magic wand as his weapon.

Keinn was surprised to hear the man's question, scratched his head and replied, "How did you know me?"

"How could I not know a man who had almost defeated the Behemoth." the man's reply left everyone there shocked, except Keinn and Behemoth.

"Well, it looks like I'm meeting him again, and this time I'll make sure I beat-"

"We." said Riel, cutting off Keinn's speech.

"We will defeat him." continued Keinn, brandishing his fist at the Behemoth.

"You lowly creatures should just die!" Behemoth raised his right hand and smashed it into the ground.

The desert where they stood began to tremble. Suddenly a huge hole appeared under their feet and made the Adventurers almost fall if Riel and his friends did not pull them out of the hole.

"Ah, thank you" said an Adventurer.

"No problem" replied Riel. "Let's start the party!"

Riel jumped over the large hole before him and immediately ran towards Behemoth, this time he did not use his great sword, but instead used an arrow that had been strengthened by Lularia when he stopped at Peme Village.

"Force!" Riel released her arrows. Along with the arrow released from his bow, Riel's body released a dark aura that threw sand under his feet.

His arrows shot very quickly towards the Behemoth's head, but the Behemoth easily repelled Riel's attack just by blowing hot steam from its mouth. Behemoth laughed off seeing Riel's extremely weak attack just now, he took a deep breath and exhaled his hot steam even stronger so as to give a burn on Riel's skin.

Despite receiving a fatal wound, Riel was still standing tall defiantly before the Behemoth, infuriating the Devil, raising his right hand, preparing to launch his next attack. Keinn who saw Riel still in his place immediately ran over to Riel, and managed to pull him back from the Behemoth's deadly punch.

"You stupid or what, huh?!" keinn said, scolding Riel.

Riel just kept quiet and smiled wryly looking at the Behemoth that looked extremely angry towards him.

"ANSWER ME!" jolt Keinn.

"Kein!" reprimanding Seira, looking at Keinn who was starting to lose his patience towards Riel.

"I know you're gonna help me, Keinn. I told you, the one who will defeat him is us, not me or you" said Riel who again fired his arrows at Behemoth.

The Behemoth did the same to Riel's arrow, but it gave Riel a clue to defeat the Golem.

"Seira, what spell did you use to increase the power of a magic?" ask Riel.

"Shtes?" seira replied, puzzled by what Riel was planning.

"Alright, I have a plan" said Riel who then explained his plan to his team.

"I understand." said the Adventurer who carried the sword.

"But this is quite risky, Riel." protested Seira.

Riel did not care about the complaints of her Elf friend, she replied with a confident smile that made Seira sure that Riel could do well.

"All right, let's attack!" riel exclaimed, leading the army.

"HOOOOOOOO!!!" tell the Adventurers behind Riel.

"Basic doesn't know yourself!" The Behemoth raised its hand, preparing to attack the advancing swarm of adventurers confronting it fearlessly.

"WOWYRRR!!!"

Behemoth swung his hand towards Riel and the comrades. However, an Adventurer carrying a large shield confidently raised his Shield, trying to resist the Behemoth's attack head-on.

"Shtes!" Riel focused her magic energy onto the shields of Adventurers who would soon clash with Behemoth's stone hands.

Unexpectedly, Riel managed to channel her magic energy into the Adventurer's large shield, so that she could withstand the Behemoth's attack and keep them safe for now.

Seira and the others were surprised to see Riel's action just now, they did not expect that there was anyone who could withstand the Behemoth's attack directly despite being helped by magic.

"Okay, it's my turn! Shpejtsi." As fast as lightning, Riel ran towards the Behemoth's legs which were many times the size compared to his body.

Riel took out her greatsword and swung it towards the Devil's heel. Too bad, his sword shattered into pieces, he did not even leave the slightest scratch on the Behemoth's body. The demon transformed into a huge Mamoth and immediately raised its front legs right above Riel's head, preparing to make the young man fuse with the ground.

Riel who managed to open the gap immediately gave a sign to his Team, he shouted, "SEIRA!"

Already understanding what he had to do, Seira and also an Adventurer who used a magic wand made a hurricane that blindly under the soles of Behemot's feet that almost hit Riel. The Devil had almost lost his balance and fallen before them, but it was a pity that the Behemoth could still land its feet safely above the barren wasteland. But, thanks to Riel's plan that went smoothly until now, Keinn managed to hit the Behemoth's head with his bare hands before the Devil had time to boast before them.

Once again, they were all made speechless, this time Keinn who showed his incredible strength, his bare-handed punch was able to make Behemoth bouncing up to hit the wall of his Palace, he said, keinn almost beat the Behemoth.

"This time I will definitely kill you" said Keinn whose hands began to emit a very bright light.

"Lord, in Your name I come, to You I return. Let this humble man deliver an offering to Your soul that has freed the universe from darkness. Go back to the void!" a sword that shone brightly out appeared just like that in Keinn's grasp. "SHPATAZORS!"

The light from the sword in Keinn's hand formed a gigantic pillar that pierced through the dark sky in the invisible Desert, the Adventurers in the surroundings including Seira could not see anything so bright, it was not, they closed their eyes. Without further ado, Keinn swung his sword towards the Behemoth, the light from the sword splitting everything that passed through it to the point that even the Behemoth Palace was split in two.

"YYESHOO!!!"

A very loud bang accompanied by a Behemoth groan in pain rang out after Keinn's sword hit the ground, he managed to inflict a very fatal wound on the Behemoth's body that was no longer immune to the attack. The Demon's body melted into a hot lava that flowed slowly and burned everything around it. Riel who was closest to the Behemoth carcass immediately ran away and approached his friends.

"Kein!" Riel immediately caught Keinn who already had no more strength to stand up.

"Are we winning?" asked Keinn who had been lying limp on Riel's lap.

"Yes, we won Keinn, you're amazing." replied Riel, smiling proudly.

"Liz should be cured by now" Keinn said. "Ah, if only I had managed to defeat him long ago, I would have been able to save him. But, I don't regret it at all, because I'll soon be able to meet him."

No one returned Keinn's words, all silent at Keinn's body slowly turning into beads of light floating through the air.

"You must want to know what sword I used just now, don't you? It was a fragment of God's sword that was destroyed during the fight against Lucifer. Awesome, right? Though it was just a small piece of his sword, but it actually had such a powerful power that it was capable of killing Devils in a single strike." Keinn spoke with a bit of his remaining strength. "Adventurer, I want to remember your name for the rest of my life. Introduce yourself one by one"

The 7 people who were around the Reflek straightened their bodies and began to introduce themselves to each other.

"I'm Riel, I'm adventuring to be reunited with the person I love."

Keinn smiled faintly, he said, "Basic, Young man."

"I'm Seira, I'm going on an adventure with Riel to gain new experiences that I've never had before, and also in return for saving my life."

"Hmm.. hmm..." Keinn nodded slowly.

"I'm Yuna" said an Adventurer using a magic wand. "I became an Adventurer in order to join a Guild and run various Quests with other Adventurers."

"My name is Xeno" said the Adventurer who was carrying a shield. "My ribs become an Adventurer who can protect the Kingdom from any danger, that's why my weapon is a shield."

"Include me, my name is Zephyz, you can call me Zeph if you want." said the adventurer who carried a Katana around his waist. "As a fellow user of Katana, it's an honor for me to meet you."

"You can't possibly not know me, right?" asked an Adventurer who looked older than the others, he used a large sword as his weapon.

"This voice..." Keinn was trying to remember something. "ah! My old friend, Todo."

"It's great to see you again, Keinn." said Todo.

"My turn?" ask an Adventurer who uses a bow.

Everyone looked at him, then nodded.

"Ah, my name is Laa, I became an Adventurer because... Emm... I think it's cool." said Laa, smiling awkwardly.

"Riel, Seira, Yuna, Xeno, Zephyz, Todo, Laa, you guys are really amazing!" keinn spoke with his voice growing weaker, then breathed his last in peace.

"May you be calm in Nature" said Riel, laying Keinn's body on the sand.

Their victory was hollow because there had to be a sorrow tucked between them, Keinn sacrificed everything to kill the Behemoth that had been troubling the Kingdom of Ere, his homeland. Adventurers also held a small funeral ritual to honor the death of Keinn who was very meritorious in their fight this time.

After finishing the prayers, Todo immediately lifted Keinn's body and carried him to the lava that flowed from Behemoth's body, putting his old friend's body on the lava, then let it burn without remaining.

"The mission is over, we managed to defeat the Behemoth thanks to Keinn's sacrifice. Let's go back to the Guild." Xeno twisted his body and walked first.

"You come along" said Todo as he pointed towards Riel and Seira.

The two teenagers just stayed in place, did not understand what was meant by Todo, obviously they will also go out there without being told.

"You are part of us now, therefore, you must come with us back to the Guild in the Capital" Todo said, clarifying his sentence.

"What's? We're part of you?" riel asked still not understanding.

"Well, the pokonya's coming along." replied Todo while turning his body, turning his back to Riel and Seira.

"But will you wait for us for a moment? There are things that we have to take care of before" said Seira.

"Well, well, we'll be waiting at the border gate. I'll see you later." Todo chased his friends who had walked first leaving the three of them.

"We should immediately meet Lux and Liz to determine whether Liz's curse is completely gone or not." Seira asked as she pulled Riel's sleeve.

"Yes, yes, patient dong!" riel's Protest

They all left the Invisible Desert and walked towards the direction of their respective destinations. The group of Adventurers head straight to the Border Gate, then Riel and Seira who head to the Cave where Liz and Lux live.
