Saturday night this Sunday, Erwin asked me out, but not for a date. However, attending a company birthday party where my future husband works. Actually I was lazy to go to such parties, but because Erwin kept begging and urging me to come to the party. I finally fell down and accompanied him.

The party starts at eight in the evening, and Erwin and I set off an hour early. Fear of being stuck in traffic on the road. However, along the way to the event venue, I only heard the flirtation of dreadlocks and silly words from his mouth that could provoke laughter so that an hour of travel did not feel missed.

The venue for tonight's party is in a ballroom of a five-star hotel in central Jakarta. Erwin and I arrived at the ballroom where the party was held. The invitations have started to arrive and then as usual the party. My eyes then turned to brownies, cheese cakes, and red syrup. I rarely eat food like this. So I took the three and immediately wanted to devour them while waiting for Erwin to return.

However, my match changed when an MC announced the arrival of Syailendra Dwiki Aditama and Mother Carlina Indra Guna his wife to enter the middle of the event. I was curious about that guy. Immediately rushed to take a closer look who the person named Syailendra was? But because the large number of people clustered made it difficult for me and could only see it from a distance.

I'd better step back and continue eating the cake I took. Then I looked for a chair to finish the food and drinks I had taken. Besides, this stomach has been rumbling to be filled. When I almost finished the food. Suddenly Erwin came with his wide smile

"Kay, come with me for a minute, yuk, "he said as he pulled my hand.

"Where are you going?" I was confused while continuing to eat the cake.

"Udah come along" he said, pulling my hand.

"But I haven't finished ma-,"

With a long step Erwin still holding my hand stepped to where he wanted to go, while my steps remained balanced while carefully following his fast steps, he said, not forgetting my left hand was carrying the handbag I had been holding since, while my mouth was still filled with food I had not chewed.

Erwin then poked at someone who was standing facing backwards. The person was busy chatting with other party visitors. I hurriedly finished the cake I was chewing on while turning my back to Erwin.

"Happy twenty year anniversary. Hopefully this company will be more advanced and successful, Mr. Syailendra," he said.

"Aamiin, thank you very much for your prayers, Mr. Erwin. Come here the same, who?"

"Just like my future wife, sir,"

Erwin then poked my shoulder, and I quickly turned back, However, my eyes immediately widened when I saw someone in front of me.

The wallet in my hand fell down.

"Are you okay, Kay?" asked Erwin who immediately sped up to pick up the dropped wallet.

While I was still frozen, I stared at him without blinking.

"Kay, this is Mr. Syailendra. My boss's in the office,"

There was no response from me or the boss, Erwin then disperse my daydream by flicking his finger at my face.

"Hello, Kay. You why? Oh yes this is my boss, his name is Mr. Syailendra,"

Boss Erwin reflexively extended his hand, but I did not respond at all. Instantly my chest tightened, my eyes warmed up. It's not strong anymore, I want to avoid this party. Seeing the change in my face. Erwin was confused.

"Are you okay, Kay?" tanyakanya.

I was still shaking, my eyes started to tear up.

"Maybe he's tired. Just find a chair for him to rest on," the boss chimed in a cold-sounding voice.

"Yes, let's find a chair for you to sit in" said Erwin.

Erwin then took me to the seat that was reserved for the guests. After I sat down, Erwin bailed to find some food. While I just nodded. However, after Erwin left the boss came to me.

"Hi Kanaya, long time no see" said the boss.

Spontaneous I stood up and wanted to leave this party immediately.
