Destiny Love Maira

Destiny Love Maira
Farewell

Today is Brian's graduation day. Also his last day was on the campus. And not only the last day was in the campus, but the last day he was in Jakarta. Because tomorrow, Brian will already go to Newyork to continue his S2 studies there.

Brian looked handsome with the formal suit he was wearing. The graduation ceremony just finished. And his toga shirt has also been removed.

Brian's parents sat down and joined the other parents, while Brian seemed to look back and forth looking for someone.

Will he not come today?

Will they not meet again?

At least not for a parting sentence.

Brian breathed slowly. Looking at the doctor Danar and Maira who were talking with the company officials.

Yes Danar doctor came to give a word of greeting to them, also giving appreciation for outstanding students. He is the largest shareholder in the university. And an important event like this does require his arrival.

Brian had just finished taking pictures to take memories with his friend. He was lazy actually, but for the last time, he understood.

Brian sat in a chair, not far from the auditorium and where his parents were. His breathing is quite heavy.

Though a few days ago, during the engagement of Dika and Putri, Brian had said that today was his last day in the campus and in Indonesia. After that, Brian won't be back in a long time.

Brian's choice at his request to Nindi at that time to marry him, has not been discussed Nindi to date.

Did the girl forget about it?

Or did she want to marry Brian?

Hasn't Nindi liked her since?

Then..why now so this when he had hoped.

Brian's breath was heavy.

It is true what Doctor Danar said. You should not expect anything from a human.

Wish God who has everything.

But Brian is just an ordinary human who has just learned to improve morals for the better. A little, far from his hypocritical heart, he still expected Nindi's arrival.

If they do not want to say something about their relationship in the future, they can at least say goodbye sentences for the last time before separating.

"Dreaming what. Home yuk. It's done. Mom and Dad are waiting!"

The voice of the Kemala doctor, Brian's brother immediately made Brian gasp a little.

Brian smiled faintly and nodded. Once again he looked towards the faculty building of economics, but there was also no one he expected to emerge from there.

"Waiting for the girl?" ask the Kemala doctor

"It seems he forgot" Brian replied.

"If matchmaking, surely meet again" said the doctor Kemala while rubbing his brother's shoulder.

Brian just smiled and nodded slowly. Until finally he decided to head to his parents who had been waiting for him to return.

"Sister Brian, congratulations on the graduation. Hopefully after this more successful" said Maira who walked closer to them.

"Thank you" Brian replied with a faint smile.

"Are you leaving today?" ask doctor Danar

Brian nodded

"Yes mas. It's three o'clock this afternoon" Brian replied

"Be careful there, do not forget all your obligations" said Dr. Danar. He also considers Brian to be his own brother.

"Insha Allah mas.." replied Brian.

"Of.. Aunt, sorry. Maira and I couldn't get to the airport. Maira's stomach is a little crampy" said Dr. Danar.

"It's okay, son. Next time bring your wife home. You have not played at home for a long time" said Brian

Doctor Danar nodded and smiled, as did Maira. Doctor Kemala's parents were really good to her husband. And it turns out they were close enough. Even Maira can still see if in fact the Kemala doctor must still store the taste in her husband.

But he was quite salute with the doctor Kemala, he really can keep his view and attitude.

"So your content is good, son. Don't be so tired. Kemala said it has been almost five months right" asked Mama doctor Kemala while rubbing Maira's stomach gently.

"Iya Aunty, sometimes the wayward Maira, still want to play" Maira replied with a small laugh, making the mother doctor Kemala also laugh.

"Law, you're young. But still have to remember the womb" said mama doctor Kemala again.

"Yes aunty" replied Maira.

"If so we say yes first, two hours Brian's plane will leave" said Mama Brian again.

"Yes Aunty, I'm sorry, I can't take you" Maira replied

"What's up. We know how" said papa doctor Kemala anyway.

"Heart in the streets of Auntie, om" said Maira while kissing the back of the hands of both parents Kemala doctor. Alternate with Danar's doctor.

"Yes, son, we're going first. Assalamualaikum" pamamu doctor Kemala

"Waalaikumsalam" replied Maira and Danar's doctor

"I'm leaving mas" Brian immediately shook the hand of doctor Danar.

Doctor Danar nodded and patted a glimpse of that burly shoulder.

"Aamiin insha Allah" he answered

"Maira.. I send greetings to him" now Brian turned to Maira who nodded and smiled.

"Mama Nindi is sick. Maybe that's why he couldn't come. Brother, don't be angry" said Nindi

But Brian immediately smiled faintly and shook his head.

"She didn't tell me, and I can't see her now either" Brian said

"What is it, brother. They must understand" Maira replied

"Come, you'll be late" the doctor asked Kemala

Brian nodded slowly.

"Maira, don't forget to come tomorrow to check your womb yes" said the Kemala doctor before leaving there.

"Maybe the doctor" answered Maira.

Eventually, Brian and the Kemala doctor begin to go after their parents.

But arrived...

When going into the car, someone immediately stopped Brian's steps.

"Sister Brian!!!"

Nindi ran from the outside of the building in a hurry. Even the hijab she was wearing was seen waving along with her footsteps that were walking quickly.

Brian turned his head towards her, and immediately smiled seeing the arrival of the girl he was waiting for.

Same with the Kemala doctor.

"Go, see for a minute" said the Kemala doctor.

Brian nodded and immediately got back down from the car. His parents' car left first.

Nindi's breathing panted. Even he was seen chugging his thickened saliva.

"Huh.. fortunately not late" he murmured.

"Why don't you tell me your mama's sick" Brian asked.

Nindi smiled and shook her head as she noticed Brian's performance was so dashing with his formal suit. Masha Allah, very handsome.

"The sick mother arrived sis, her heart was weak and this morning was just taken to the hospital. So sorry, I really can't attend sister's graduation today" said Nindi so sorry.

"What's up. I also apologize for not being able to look at your mother. My flight is just around the corner" Brian said

"Don't you leave today?" nindi asked, her face turning sad.

Brian nodded slowly

"I told you yesterday" replied Brian.

Nindi bowed and sighed heavily.

But after that he immediately took out something from inside his bag.

A small black box.

"Brother heart there yes, take good care of yourself. Our meeting today may just be this limited. But thank you for everything you've ever done to me" said Nindi

"This is for sister, open it later when you get there." Nindi immediately handed the box to Brian.

Brian accepted it with a sad heart. It seemed like the intention to have Nindi was still too far away. For now, maybe they just admire each other.

"Thank you. You also take care of yourself here" Brian said.

Nindi nodded and smiled. But his eyes look watery now.

"I want to get this back to you" Brian pulled something out from behind his suit.

Nindi's eyes widened looking at that.

"The diary book" murmured her so flabbergasted

Brian smiled and nodded

"Hopefully if we meet again, your feelings are still the same" Brian said

Nindi looked at Brian intently, but only at a glance as her hand reached for Brian's book.

Since when was this book with Brian????

"I'm gone" said Brian who immediately turned his body.

Nindi gasped and looked back at Brian who wanted to get in the car.

"Sister" call Nindi

Tears were flowing on his face

"Heart" he said so softly.

And for the first time. Brian smiled widely and nodded, although his eyes were also glassy seeing Nindi who was seen crying let go.
