The meeting had been going on for almost an hour and a half, but a single decision had yet to be made.
Daniel was really anxious with the Taiwanese girl. He maintains that profits should be 60-40, of which his company gets a share of 60. The reasons and data he presented are very reasonable and based on facts on the ground.
Daniel was really worried about it. If it wasn't about his company's self-esteem, he would have given up. But that's not his nature. He is famous as the party who always wins in terms of business negotiations. But this girl in front of him was truly a formidable opponent. Daniel must try harder to find a strategy that can benefit his company more.
Calista stands. "I'm sorry, brothers can we postpone this meeting again until next week? Our time is running out without a deal. We do not yet understand in terms of each other's profit. How's it?" calista's proposal was immediately approved by all of Daniel's managers. Danielpun finally nodded in agreement.
It was Daniel and Calista.
"Sir Daniel, with no disrespect, you should be able to present predictions of market conditions that are more real for the next 5 years along with the risks. How can you convince my company if what is presented is not the result of a gradual direct plunge on the field?" calista said with a firm tone.
"I want the results of systematic work and not random." said Calista.
"So you mean, my managers don't really understand the field?" daniel's tone was high.
"Remember, your capacity is not to judge the performance of my employees.I have the right to say so!" Daniel looked straight ahead as he said those words.
"Please respect your interlocutor if you are speaking, Mr. Daniel. From that moment I noticed you talking to the wall without looking at me while talking." Calista grumbled with some emotion.
"My speaking style is so Miss, if you mind not having to look at my face while talking." Daniel looked at the clock on his wrist.the time had already shown 11.59.
"Sorry I have a deal. When you're done you can go home." Daniel said coldly. This girl completely drained her energy and emotions!
Calista stepped towards the door and then turned back to look at Daniel.
"Remember, I never judge the performance of your employees. If there are people who think otherwise, it means that the person is not a person who wants to be criticized and always feels the most right. I'm just giving advice for the good of your company, Mr. Daniel. But even if you feel it's a threat or a mockery, it's none of my business anymore. Good day."
Calista pushed the glass door in front of him and passed away leaving Daniel still in his place.
"Damn! The lioness. He thinks he's been as good at criticizing my employees' performance?" Daniel threw the pen he was holding with all his might towards the door where Calista had come out earlier. He admitted that what Calista had said was there was a point as well, but it really disturbs him.
Daniel squeezed out his slightly throbbing head for holding back his anger. "Just wait for you Calista. Slow sea I'll know your weakness. Just look at it later!"
Tut...
hape Daniel quivered, with the name Lizbeth on the screen. "Yes, Liz. Five minutes to go." Daniel immediately broke off the conversation and passed from the room to fulfill his promise of lunch with Lizbeth, his fiancee.
