The two guards carried Vice Prawira Utama Bhayangkara into the detention room, the man continued to thrash and shout to be released, but the Governor's men dragged him along and tied the man's hands to the ceiling of the detention room.
A moment later Mr. Timoti followed from behind and the man was seen holding a whip with a small knife tied at the end.
"You leave us alone and stay on guard outside!" mister Timoti exclaimed to the two guards nearby in a cold voice, both of them stepped out leaving the Coastal Lord with Vice President Prawira Bhayangkara who was still tied up in the middle of the detention room.
The eyes of Vice Chairman Bhayangkara look nanar looking towards the Governor with a restless face,
"Sir, please listen to my explanation first."
"I really don't understand the meaning of the master's words," said the man trembling.
"I was actually in my family's residence outside the city and my health condition at that time was not possible to carry out the task." added Vice Chairman Bhayangkara with a stammering voice trying to influence the mind path of Mr. Timoti.
But Mr. Timoti did not budge with the sound of the man before him.
"You don't have to mince words anymore,"
"Say! are you involved with all the chaos that's been going on lately in the Coast Country especially in the Manguntur banjar?"
"Who's the one who told you to do all this?"
"And what reward did he promise you that you would betray and break a Bhayangkara's vow?" asked Mr. Timoti to Vice Chairman Bhayangkara who was still bound in front of him, the face of the Governor was cold by restraining his anger.
"I don't know what you mean."
"All I've said to you, sir." replied the Bhayangkara Deputy Chief with a deathly pale face.
A whip blister landed on the man's body.
Ctaar!
"Ohhhhh!" a groan of pain rang out from the lips of Vice-Leader Bhayangkara as the tip of the small knife-bound whip landed on his body.
Ctaar!
back the lash landed on the man's body and groans of pain were heard back.
"Tell me honestly!"
"Who told you to!" hardik Mr. Timoti is back.
Whip after whip continued to float on Vice-Leader Bhayangkara's body and master Timoti coldly did so and ignored the slashing screams from the man in front of him.
Blood began to seep from behind the clothing of Vice-Leader Bhayangkara, the groan of pain from the knife-edged whip at the end that tore through the body of Vice-Leader Bhayangkara was painful and coldly Mr. Timoti continued to land the whip.
"Quick say!"
"Who's behind all this!" hardik Coastal State Leader, the man continues to swing the whip in his hand.
Shouts of pain continued to be heard to the outside of the not-so-wide detention room.
The guards outside shuddered to see Mr. Timoti's sadistic treatment of Vice-Chairman Bhayangkara.
After a long period of scuffles and whips mister Timoti made the deputy leader of Bhayangkara who became sickly now lost consciousness, the man with his hands bound was blinded with a fainting condition, fainting, but it did not dampen the torture given by Mr. Timoti on him.
Seen the Governor of the Beach Country stepped into the corner of the room and took a bucket containing salt water in it.
With one hand, Mr. Timoti sprinkled the salt water on the body full of injuries Vice Chairman Bhayangkara unconscious.
The man who became sickly was awakened from his stupor. Limb and groan of pain rang out from his lips, his entire body was full of wounds, felt the pain doused in salt water done by Mr. Timoti, but again the Governor did not budge.
Now Mr. Timoti approached by holding a hot iron in his hand.
"Tell me who's behind all this mess!"
"You want to confess or not!" hardik mister Timoti with a cold face.
"Do you want more cruel torture than me?" added Mr. Timoti while gripping the face of Vice Chairman Bhayangkara using his left hand.
The Patient still with the answer as before, the man still did not want to admit his actions.
That made Mr. Timoti even more black, the Governor now leaned the hot iron he held on the cheek of Vice Chairman Bhayangkara, a man who was helpless with a body full of wounds, now screamed loudly until it was heard outside the detention room.
The guards outside the room again shuddered to hear the agonizing voice of Deputy Chief Bhayangkara as a result of the torture carried out by Mr. Timoti, a slashing sound made the bristling of the nape of anyone who heard it.
But the Governor still ignored the screams of the man in front of him, the leader of the Beach Country was increasingly inflamed with the silence of Vice Chairman Bhayangkara who still did not want to admit his actions.
"I want to know how strong you are to endure my torment!" whispered Mr. Timoti to Vice-Chairman Bhayangkara.
The governor of the Coast State threw the hot iron he was holding, now he stepped towards the pile of burlap sacks and picked up one of them.
The man who usually looks calm and dignified, now drastically changed his war, Mr. Timoti looks very cold and cruel when torturing the prisoners, and he is very sad, including now Deputy Prawira Utama who betrayed especially in the unity of Bhayangkara.
The leader of the Nirvana piece of land was seen cutting half the sack he was picking up, in half conscious Vice Prawira Utama saw what was done by Mr. Timoti, who was not aware, the sickly man did not know what torture would befall him again, he could only guess between conscious and not from his stupor, about what the governor of the Coast Country would do.
A moment later mister Timoti stepped towards Vice Prawira Utama and his hand swiftly covered the sickly man's head with the burlap sack he cut off, the hand of the head of the Coast Country tied the cover of Vice Prawira Utama whose condition was half conscious, the sickly man thrashed when his head was covered in a gunny sack by Mr. Timoti.
All the eyes of the guards who were outside the room did not dare to look at Mr. Timoti, they just silently watched the Governor continue to drag Vice Prawira Utama's lunglai body to the back of the prison, where there is a Blumbang filled with sewage water with a size not so large.
"Guard, come quickly!" mr. Timoti shouted at the guard of the holding room.
Some guards in a hurry ran towards Mr. Timoti.
"You tie this traitor's human leg to the gallows in the middle!" exclaimed Mr. Timoti while pointing towards the middle of Blumbang where there is a block of wood transverse above it.
With the guards swiftly carrying out the orders of the Governor, now the body of Vice Prawira Utama hangs with the position of the head is below and the face is still covered in burlap sacks, the sickly man continued to wriggle and scream begging to be released, blood continued to seep from his body full of whipping wounds and hot iron snoops he had previously received.
"Download!" lord Timoti's orders were on the two guards who were holding the rope. Slowly Vice Prawira Utama's body slid into Blumbang filled with sewage water contained in it. The man was out of breath when his body was in the sewer.
"Pull!" mr. Timoti's orders are back. The guards again pulled Vice Prawira Utama's body out of the water.
"Do you still insist on not confessing, who told you to?" the voice of Mr. Timoti was heard again, but Vice Prawira Utama with a breath of sting due to the water that soaked his head covering was still unmoved.
"Download!" returning master Timoti's orders to the guards, the body of the sickly man slid back into the water.
Many times Vice Prawira Utama's body was lowered and pulled from the water, the man looked limp with hunting breath and occasionally coughed as water entered the throat into his body.
Suddenly there was a groan from Vice Prawira Utama,
"Let go of me, I'll tell you everything" the man stammered.
Now Mr. Timoti rose from his seat and approached the sickly man in front of him.
"Say, who told you to!" exclaimed mister Timoti coldly. The leader of the Beach Country opened the face cover of Vice Prawira Utama.
With a stingy breath the Patient said,
"Ni Mas Habsari, sir." said Vice Prawira Utama lirih before his body again lost consciousness.
As if struck by lightning in the middle of a hole hearing Vice Prawira Utama's confession made the body of Mr. Timoti tremble, his molar rattled with a red face extinguished with anger.
"Bad!"
"It turns out Habsari was the mastermind behind this whole mess." he murmured inwardly. His clenched hands depicted an already unstoppable anger.
"Guard, take this traitorous human back to his holding room, I'm still not finished with him!" said Mr. Timoti to the guards in front of him, the leader of the Coast Country then stepped away from the place and headed to the treatment room where Cokro the Prawira Utama Bhayangkara was treated.

"Is the Governor inside?" the man asked the guards upon arrival in front of the guard post.
"What's up, man? He is inside." replied the post guard of the Bhayangkara army command center.
"I have to see Him immediately, there is an important message from the house of His family" the man replied to his colleague.
Without waiting for long, the messenger was delivered to face Mr. Timoti who was inside. both of them entered the room with impressive wide strides in rush and emergency.
Arriving inside, the two did not enter immediately, one of the post guards asked the messenger to wait, the man then stepped inside when he saw Mr. Timoti in the treatment room where Cokro the Prawira Utama Bhayangkara was treated.
"Sorry sir, there is a residence guard the master wants to face." the command post guard told Mr. Timoti.
The head of the Coast Country turned his head and looked to be linking his eyebrows,
"What's wrong?"
"Why did my housekeeper come here?"
"Send him in." replied Mr. Timoti to the command post guard.
The man stepped out of the room and no matter how long back with his colleagues facing Mr. Timoti.
Seeing the second arrival of Bhayangkara in front of him, the Governor swung his steps and approached.
"What are you here for?" ask the man to one of the Bhayangkara who is none other than the guard at his residence who has just arrived.
"Sorry sir, I'm at Ni Mas Sariwati's order to pick up Mr."
"Lord Bendowo is currently unconscious at the residence, sir" the messenger replied to Mr. Timoti.
The Governor's face looked surprised,
"Did you say, Wati my son sent you here?"
"When did he come and what happened to Kang Mas Bendowo?" ask Mr. Timoti.
Briefly, the messenger recounted what had happened at the governor's residence including the arrival of Sariwatii and Habsari's quarrel with Mr. Bemdowo.
Hearing the news from his men, Mr. Timoti immediately stepped out of the treatment room accompanied by the messenger towards his residence.
