CONFINEMENT
CH 35 - REUNION

Sariwati's mind glared at her uncle Timoti master's words, there was a sense of worry in her chest when she knew that Habsari the older brother had returned from the Wind Continent. He knows very well how the nature of his eldest brother, in addition to being firm and uncompromising, Habsari was able to do anything to achieve his wishes.

"Uncle, can I come out for a minute? I promise it won't be long, before dusk I make sure it's home." said Sariwati.

"Where are you going?" ask the governor to the girl next to him.

"I want to visit Surau An Nur, it has been a year since the incident I did not go there and meet my best friend Muhibbin, I have not had time to thank him for all his help so far to me"

Sariwati's gaze implored Timoti.

"I feel guilty, because all this time I've never told uncle." he concluded.

"Uncle will allow you to meet the young man, but you must also be good at carrying yourself. Remember you're no longer the homeless woman you were a year ago, you're a descendant of a respectable family that should uphold the dignity of your extended family!" said the governor.

The face of Sariwati changed,

"Why did uncle say that, Uncle as if acting like a papi. Measuring association only with caste and degenerate, what's wrong if I get along like most people?" answer Sariwati.

"It's not like that uncle meant, you heard uncle's explanation first. We are a distinguished family. You can be friends with anyone but never involve feelings let alone to like people you do not know their background. Seedlings, bebet, the weight of a person is very important Wati for our extended family."

"Uncle you know, the young man is a good boy. But we don't know who he is and what family he came from?" said the governor.

"Uncle has thought so far about Muhibbin."

"Wati has nothing to do with Muhibbin. All this time we were only friends and he helped me a lot during the difficult times in this country, moreover he also saved my life from the rampage of the citizens of Manguntur and Setyanto's stifle at that time."

"I owe him a great debt of gratitude uncle, it is time that I repay his kindness."

Sariwati kept looking at her uncle.

"Alright, Uncle let you meet the young man but remember well the uncle's message, don't embarrass uncle and the big name of the Harsuto dynasty."

"Uncle will meet Mr. Sirkum first, there is something uncle needs to discuss with him." said Mr. Timoti passed away leaving Sariwati.

With a slightly obstructed feeling, the girl rushed into the magnificent building, picked up a book and woven green ikat cloth from her closet.

"Fuuffh"

"It was very hot today, the wind felt like lazing blowing," murmured Muhibbin.

The young man tidied the pandan mat and cleaned the ceiling of Surau An Nur from dust and cobwebs.

Suddenly Surau's gripping fence creaked open. Seen a virgin ayu leaning her wind train and began to enter the courtyard of Surau.

"Assynnya!" his screeches. His eyes swept over the deserted area of Surau An Nur's courtyard. It looks a variety of orchid plants hanging neatly and the flowers of the thumbs blooming yellowing add to the beauty of the place. Japanese and sandat trees began to rise.

"Greetings waalaikum!" muhibbin replied from inside Surau, He is still seen carrying a broomstick that he used to clean the ceiling of the room.

His eyes stared intently at the virgin in front of him, he returned the smile and nod of the girl.

"Will Ni Sanak pray? please Ni Sanak if you want to pray, I stay behind first, I happen to just finish cleaning inside and if Ni Sanak wants to be holy, next to Surau there is a place to take ablution water." greeting Muhibbin to the woman in front of him, it appears he immediately walked towards the back of Surau toting broomstick pole and floor cleaning cloth.

"Hi wait, Ah!" the girl's voice choked to see Muhibbin passed, her hands waving but Muhibbin did not see her.

"Here you go, I'd better pray first" the girl muttered as she stepped beside Surau.

After a short time Muhibbin returned to the front yard of Surau, in his hand there is a tray containing a jug of water and a glass. He sat in a bamboo hall under a Japanese tree. The scorching afternoon air forced him to flick the sacrificial cloth that never escaped from his neck.

No matter how long, the girl he saw earlier came out from inside Surau, her ayu face behind a pink veil and long robe clothes still looks wet by the water. The girl approached Muhibbin who was busy struggling with his papers and writings.

"Did you tell Bin, can you see me standing and not let me sit?" the girl's smile.

"Oh, please Ni Sanak!" Muhibbin shifted his seat but still attached to his eyes to see the right woman not far in front of him with question marks.

"Ni Sanak is new, yes! have we ever met or met? tumben I saw Ni Sanak in this place." said Muhibbin.

The woman smiled at Muhibbin. "You forgot about me Bin?" still with a smile the woman asked.

"Who is it?" Muhibbin tried to remember the face of the girl in front of him.

"I'm Wati, Bin!" the girl smiled back, though,

"Sariwati," she said back.

"Sariwati?" muhibbin's eyes were wide open.

"Is this really you, Wati?" tanyanya back.

"Yes, it's me!"

"Yes pangling?" now the crisp sound of Sariwati's laughter is heard.

The man was seen rising from his seat and his eyes were watching from the tip of the hair to the tip of the woman's feet near him.

"Daddy, what's going on?"

"How can your appearance change like this?"

Sariwati who was sitting in the bamboo hall now rose to Muhibbin.

"Yes, it's me Bin!"

"Where, pretty?" sariwati's smile widened to see her best friend who was still surprised by confusion.

"Beautiful, but how can it be?" ask Muhibbin back.

"Don't you look like this?"

"Over the story, Bin." answered Sariwati briefly. His eyes glared far towards the beach Purnama with the pounding waves that were chasing look beautiful from the top of the hill where he stood.

"The Full Beach still hasn't changed like it used to? stay beautiful." she returned.

"Yes, I'm Wati,"

"What's your word, Wati? where have you been? long time no see."

"I'm fine Bin,"

"After the incident, I stayed with Mr. Timoti and helped Jero Balian at the Beach State health center."

"I'm sorry, if you haven't been here all this time and told you."

"My work helping Jero Balian is very crowded and I have not been allowed anywhere by Mr. Timoti due to the attack a year ago, he is worried that anything will happen to me."

Seen Muhibbin mangosteen-beard memperlumi.

"Then how did you look like this, Wati?"

"How's the story?" ask Muhibbin.

"It's all out of your role, too, Bin."

"Since I've known you, I have learned many lessons in self-improvement and at the medical center with Jero Balian I have tried to practice what I can to help others, Bin"

"Ah you're overreacting, Wati. What I did was limited to the fairness of fellow nomads. We should help each other out in terms of kindness, let alone you I already consider my own family."

"But how can your hair and skin be what it is today?" ask Muhibbin back.

"If so, I can't tell you the details, Bin."

"For sure, my change and recovery cannot be separated from your role and the pain I experienced was not ordinary pain." replied Sariwati still reluctant to tell me what exactly the cause of the change to Muhibbin.

"But one day, I'll tell you everything." said the girl smiling.

"Bin, here I have something for you." Sariwati saw taking something behind the cloth bag she was carrying and handing it to the young man.

"What is this, Wati?" muhibbin's hand grabbed something neatly wrapped from Sariwati's hand.

"It's nothing, Bin,"

"Open up, it's just a little gift for you" the girl said with a smile.

Slowly the package was opened by Muhibbin. "It's good, Wati! surely this is expensive huh?" muhibbin said after knowing the object in his hand, A sheet of green ikat weaving with gold threads knitted on each side.

"Ah that's not much, than your kindness to me all this time" replied Sariwati again.

"I want you to keep it, Bin."

"Thank you, Wati, actually there is no need to bother you to give me a gift like this" said Muhibbin.

"Oh, don't talk about it anymore,"

"Oh yes Bin, will you accompany me to Purnama beach as well, I miss playing sea water?" sariwati.

"Come, but I'll change my pants! cook to the beach with sarong cloth" Muhibbin replied with a laugh. Sariwati also laughed at her best friend's answer.

Muhibbin moved to his room located behind Surau, not long after he returned in a change of clothes.

"Come, if we go to the beach." take the young man to Sariwati.
