96. Sacred Intentions.
This morning Starla and Deka were having breakfast together, while Reyhan still seemed to be sleeping in the guest room. Last night after a hot fight, Starla made dinner. After eating, he asked Reyhan to go back to rest in the guest room.
"You know your brother's address?" ask Deka suddenly.
Starla shook her head, "No. Why why?"
"I plan to propose to you" Deka said casually.
Starla was flabbergasted to hear the Deka's confession, "Any serious call?"
"Yes, I don't want to keep going like this. I want us to get married and live quietly."
Starla's eyes suddenly heated up and with the clear liquid quickly inundating her, she was deeply moved to hear all that.
"I'm so happy, Bang. But what about Bang Dani?"
"I've decided to tell him all this after work, I hope he can understand."
"Yes, hopefully," Starla hoped.
"Yes, then I go first. You're fine at home, and don't get too close to Reyhan!" Deka moved from his seat.
"Yes, don't worry!" sahut Starla also rose.
Both of them walked towards the door.
"Don't forget to lock all the doors, I'm afraid your papa's men are coming again" Deka said.
"Ready, boss!"
Deka then kissed Stara's friendly lips, right along with Reyhan who came out of the guest room and saw all that. Suddenly Reyhan's heart was hit by a big stone, tight and sick.
"I'm leaving." Deka rushed into the car after releasing her kiss.
Starla just waved her hand with a sweet smile seeing Deka's black Pajero sports car moving out the gate.
Today he was really happy because of Deka's sincere intentions, although there was a bit of anxiety in his heart at the thought of Dani's reaction when he knew all this.
"You're in a relationship, huh?"
Starla who was still glued to the terrace was shocked and turned back, it turned out that Reyhan was standing behind her with a sad face.
"Rey, are you awake?" Starla asked back.
Starla smiled, "Yes, Rey. We're dating, and Bang Deka wants to marry me."
Reyhan's heart ached more and more, but he tried to act normal and smile.
"Congratulations, yes. May you be happy" said Reyhan Lirih.
"Thank you, Rey. Oh yeah, you had breakfast first, huh? I've prepared for you." Starla closes the door and locks it, then pulls Reyhan's arm to the dining table.
Starla and Reyhan sat side by side, painstakingly taking the bowl of chicken porridge that she had deliberately made for Reyhan. He knew Reyhan's lips were injured, it would definitely be very difficult if the man ate something hard.
"This, please! I've made porridge for you" Starla explained as she thrust the bowl before her little friend.
"Thank you, yeah, La."
Starla nodded and smiled sweetly, a smile that always shook Reyhan's heart upon seeing her.
Reyhan scooped up the porridge and put it in his mouth, a warm and savory taste immediately melted in his mouth.
"So what are your plans after this? You can't go back to Papa's house, can you?" cecar Starla wants to know.
Reyhan shook his head, then swallowed the food in his mouth before speaking, "Of course not! I'm planning on going back to my parents' village and finding a job there."
"You mean to go back to the reed village? What's it gonna do there?"
"Fishermen. I'm tired of living in the city and being an errand boy, I want to live in peace and quiet."
"I'll come visit you often."
Reyhan smiled, "I'll wait."
Although her heart has been broken by getting the reality that Starla already belongs to another man, it does not necessarily make Reyhan angry let alone hate the woman he loves. He will love Starla at any time.
Meanwhile, in a room that was quite luxurious and large, Jhon Kotto was lying weakly on the bed. His face was scarred and bruised from his fight with Deka last night, almost dying at the man's hands.
"I must avenge the son of a bitch and take Starla back" said Kotto.
Jhon Kotto does not want to give up, he is determined to eliminate Deka and bring Starla home to be married to Datuk Ramzi who is currently bound to be angry with him.
She had treated and raised Starla like a child herself, it was nice that the woman wanted to oppose and ignore her like this. Starla must return the favor and obey all her wishes.
