31. Insinuated.

After changing her clothes that were wet from the rain earlier, Starla also prepared dinner with a sullen face. Deka who had also changed clothes came down and approached the dining table.

"Let me get it!" Starla filled the Deka plate with rice and side dishes as usual, it has been a month that she always does that, serving Deka when the man eats.

Deka was stunned staring at Starla, this simple thing and everything the woman did made her feel appreciated and loved. All the care and attention Starla gave her made Deka feel comfortable near the woman.

Starla placed the full plate in front of Deka, and she took the rice and side dishes for herself. Not to forget he also filled a glass with water for the man.

The two then ate in silence, there was no talk at all, only the sound of spoons and forks clashing with plates.

After finishing eating, Deka went up and went upstairs. Starla has the dining table.

Before long Deka came down again and was wearing a jacket.

After doing all her chores, Starla walked into the living room and dropped down on the sofa, turning on the television. Today there is a cool Hollywood movie called John Wick that will air and Starla wants to watch that movie.

Starla sat alone, watching the movie starring Keanu Reeves. But suddenly Deka came home and sat beside him while thrusting the package.

Starla frowned, "What is this?"

"Snack, where fun to watch if there are no snacks," Deka replied casually, apparently he was out buying some snacks to accompany Starla to watch.

Starla was dumbstruck, she had not expected Deka to have this kind of initiative. He thought the man really did not want to accompany him to watch, but it turned out that his conjecture was wrong. The proof is now Deka is focusing on staring at the television screen.

Deka was still unmoved, even though she felt insinuated by Starla's words and made her a little emotional.

"Unfortunately not everyone can forgive easily, especially those who are hurt by those we care about. You won't know what it's like to have a painful loss that brings hatred and resentment into your heart" Deka finally replied while holding back his emotions.

"Albert Einstein once said, Revenge is only for the weak, for the strong can forgive."

Deka stares intently at Starla, "But to me, that strong person is the one who is able to survive and avenge her!"

Starla was suddenly scared when she saw Deka's cruel gaze and seemed to harbor anger.

Deka's phone suddenly rang, she took her eyes off Starla and grabbed the communication device.

Deka frowned when she saw a call from a foreign number, but she ignored it.
