60. Hostage.
Starla had just closed her eyes and started to fall asleep, but she had to get back awake as her phone ringed.
"Cckk, who the hell is calling? Just disturb! Don't know what if people want to rest!" gerutu Starla's.
Lazily Starla felt her phone under the pillow, she gasped when she saw the caller's ID on her phone screen.
Starla frowned, "Bang Dani? What's he doing video calls these nights?"
Curiously Starla also shifted the green button and video call from Dani's number was connected.
"Hello, my dear daughter."
The white-haired man greeted from across the street.
Starla was shocked half-dead, her eyes suddenly perfectly rounded and her drowsiness instantly disappeared from nowhere.
"Papa?" starla muttered in disbelief.
"How are you, honey? Long time no see."
"What the fuck? Why is Bang Dani's phone on Papa?" cecar Starla's.
"Oh so the guy's name is Dani?"
The middle-aged man pointed the phone camera at Dani who fainted in a bound and battered state.
Starla was stunned, her heart suddenly anxious and panicked.
"Oh my God, Bang Dani!" starla.
The middle-aged man's voice laughed triumphantly, making Starla emotional.
"What did Papa do to her?" ask Starla not to accept.
"Papa only taught him a little lesson for keeping your whereabouts a secret."
"I beg you to let him go! Don't hurt him, because he has nothing to do with any of this!" pinta Starla pleads.
"Papa will let him go as long as you want to go home and obey Papa's request, how?"
"I don't want to! I'm not going home let alone following Papa's crazy request!" refute Starla.
"Yes, then you'll see your Bang Dani taking a life."
Starla was getting panicked and frightened, "Don't! Please don't hurt him!"
"Take it home and follow Papa!"
Starla is in a dilemma and upset, she feels completely wrong at the moment. His heart was too heavy to budge but he also did not want anything to happen with Dani, because he knew how the middle-aged man he called papa was.
"Hows it? Are you ready to see his death?"
"Yes-yes, I'm going home! But please don't hurt him! I beg!" starla said with trembling lips and teary eyes, she had no choice but to give in.
"Well, how unfortunately you are with this loser guy, so you want to obey Papa for him? It's so awesome!"
Starla was unmoved and did not reply to the words of the white-haired middle-aged man, now was not the right time to explain how she felt and her relationship with Dani.
While Reyhan who had been silent just clenched his hand firmly and hardened his jaw when he heard the man's words, his heart ached a little to hear Starla loving other men.
"Alright, before seven o'clock tomorrow morning, you should already be here. If you don't come and you dare to mess around, you'll see the dead body of this loser floating in the river."
"Ok, I'll come before seven, and after that Papa has to let go of him, or I'll make Papa regret for life" Starla said.
The middle-aged man laughed out loud, while Starla simply held back in fury.
"My little girl has dared to threaten him."
Starla remained unmoved with eyes filled with anger.
"Then I'll see you tomorrow, baby. Papa will prepare a feast to welcome your return. Good night."
The man disconnected the video call unilaterally. Starla throws her cell phone into the bed and sits on the edge of the bed holding her suddenly throbbing head, she doesn't understand how Dani got caught by her papa?
"Why does everything have to be like this? How did Papa find Bang Dani?" Starla wonders to herself.
But suddenly he remembered something.
"It must be because of that damn video! Someone must have reported Bang Dani's whereabouts to Papa" Starla guessed.
"After this Bang Dani and Bang Deka will know who I really am, they must be angry with me because they have been lying" continued Starla.
Starla was really dizzy and anxious to think about everything, she did not expect it to be like this.
