2.2 [Lyra] Knows Him

I got home before Sister Eza came home, so it looks like it will be safe. I can be free from Kak Eza's introductions for today. I rushed to clean up the groceries and keep some personal items that I bought in the room, because if you get to Kak Eza knew the items could end up in the trash.

"A lot of shopping Deck?" Suddenly Sister Eza appeared behind me with a man who seemed familiar.

"Yes, my best friend wanted to go. But that's not so, because they have business to finish." I answer Kak Eza's questions while still focusing on cleaning the groceries that are still scattered on the kitchen table.

"It's good, because today I want to discuss the project with Bryan," said Kak Eza walked into his study followed by a man who I just realized was the owner of the wallet in my bag.

"Sir, please make me drink. Abis it's deliver to Brother's study."  That's Brother Eza, my whole hobby. If you want to drink, you usually do it yourself.

"Oh my God, why not just now. I'm going to go to the room."

"Not much protest, keep anther. After that it's up to you to do."

Only then will I call for another protest, My beloved brother that one has disappeared behind the door of his room. I don't want to keep obeying his orders. Although I'm actually reluctant, because I'm not ready to meet that guy right now. I am still ashamed of yesterday's problems.

I entered slowly into Kak Eza's office, carrying a tray of two cups of tea and some cakes for snacks.

"Ah, thanks. Sorry I'm troubling you." The voice of the man welcomed me. I slowly placed the tray and its contents onto a table not far from where the man was sitting.

"Wait, sec. I want to thank you for last week. I'll change your money after my wallet is found" the man said. But I was confused as to how to respond to it and ended up just silent.

"You know each other?" Brother Eza, the person I was not expecting even showed up and made me even more awkward to be among them.

"Not known, only ever met and I just found out that he's your brother." The man spoke clearly to Brother Eza.

"Gue thought you guys knew each other. She's my sister Lyra, Azaela Lyra Pramudhita." I only smiled faintly when Brother Eza introduced my name to his colleague.

"Good name, I'm Bryan Alexander Bhadrika. You can call me Bryan." The man introduced himself formally. I do not think, it could be that Sister Eza has a friend who is very stiff like that.

"Udah, brother, I'm back in the room." I whispered softly to Sister Eza and went straight out of the study without waiting for a response from Sister Eza because I just told her, not asking her permission.

"Sister, do you know where Bryan is?" I am starting to be curious about Bryan began to ask Brother Eza, hopefully Kak Eza is not suspicious.

"He's also Papa's staff and he's his college friend Brother's first too. And now he's the same brother cooperation to make Rumah Baca, in helping the writing community as well." Eza explained what I asked very clearly.

"Gue wonder Kak, lo who like this can ya menemenan long same Kak Bryan. Honestly yes, my brother is too stiff." I voiced the astonishment that from this afternoon I was quiet.

"Now Brother is back, how can Mei be the same as Rhea at home meenan lo, Dek." Eza turned my question around instead of answering the question I asked.

"Not even behind the question." I sulked at Sister Eza because she didn't want to answer my question.

"Before the Deck, you suddenly know about Bryan. There is a want for sure," investigated Kak Eza who began to be a little suspicious. What I do is not my habit.

"What do you mean about Bryan?" Eza still doesn't understand what I mean. But yes it is my fault, which does not explain the purpose of asking about Bryan.

"You asked for help Brother turned his wallet around," my great-grandson was a little scared, because that should be my responsibility.

"Urus himself, I gave Bryan his number. Call him as soon as you can, 'cause he needs his wallet." After saying that, Kak Eza immediately went to the back porch to do his routine.

I immediately checked my phone and sure enough, Brother Eza sent a series of numbers that I believe belonged to Brother Bryan. But how did I tell him about that wallet, I'm ashamed.

"Sister, I'm behind campus to meet people first comment." I gave permission to Sister Eza before leaving, it was my habit since childhood. Yes, today I intend to see Brother Bryan to return his wallet. As agreed by chat last night.

"Yes, I know you want to meet Bryan. Don't bring a car, I'll take it to the campus. Later Bryan who picked you up on campus," said Kak Eza who seemed to have been waiting since.

I only obey without protest, because it will be longer if I protest against Kak Eza's decision. I may be late for first class.

It didn't take long, I was already on campus and preparing to attend today's course, which turned out to be just a self-contained presentation about Entrepreneurship and the material presented I had learned before because I had slipped into another class that happened to be discussing Entrepreneurship.

An hour has passed, but this lecture is not over but I am getting bored. "Well, why is it so long, I want to see Bryan. What's Bryan's brother about now?" I unconsciously muttered softly about Brother Bryan.

"Tumben lo not nanya, usually the most spirit of this nanya it up to the group that presentation keteransannya answer." One friend who memorized my habit asked me in wonder because today I did not participate in asking questions.

"By the next time, I'll ask." I immediately packed up so the moderators of the group that the presentation closed their presentation and rushed out of class.

Just like Kak Eza said, Kak Bryan really came to pick me up to campus.

"Sorry Brother, you must have waited a long time." I greet Brother Bryan a little awkward, because it's not unusual to speak as me-you.

"No, I just arrived too. Is this us going straight home or are you going for a walk?" Brother Bryan offered me a walk, of course I will not miss this opportunity. When else will I be able to walk free without reporting to Kak Eza.

"By the way it used to be, sister, gu-er, I want to buy something," said I who had not known since when to call myself with Me. It's kind of weird.

"Ra relax, don't be too stiff. Consider me like your other friends." Bryan realized my awkwardness.

"But how do I want to talk casually with you, brother. I'm so stiff as that, where to say I-you. I feel like talking to the lecturer if I think it's good."

"Yes Kak, but can't Bryan also say relax. Don't me-you, I feel like talking to a lecturer, brother." Finally I voiced also the protest that since just now I was circling in my mind.

Brother Bryan just chuckled at my request. It turns out sweet also him if again laughing like gini, do not look like super stiff fathers. But even look more handsome it becomes.

"I'm trying to do it, Ra. I don't usually talk like that" said Kak Bryan still with the remnants of his laughter.

"We eat first yes, after that it's up to you to go where else." Continue while turning the car into the parking area of a simple restaurant.

In the end, Bryan and I ended up having lunch together and went nowhere after that. As it turned out, I was too comfortable chatting with Brother Bryan and slightly forgot the time.
