12.2 [Lyra] Waiting

Since the incident at the Canteen yesterday, Rhea has been staying at home at the request of Kak Eza. I don't know when these two became familiar.

Even this morning, before leaving for college I left Kak Eza on Rhea and strangely the boy immediately agreed without protest. Though usually he will protest loudly when it comes to Kak Eza. It's a little weird, but I'm happy with the change.

I immediately left for campus after making sure that Rhea and Kak Eza would be fine left alone at home. It's nothing, I'm just afraid there will be a world war.

Rhea told me to hurry because Brother Bryan was waiting for me.

As soon as college ended, I rushed to the FISIP building to meet Zayn. I intend to interrogate him, because he was with me last May. He must have gotten a little information from Mei's story.

I and Zayn broke off the intention to enter the chamber and chose to wait outside until Mei was content to sing. Because I know, it's the form of distraction that May most often does when she has a problem.

It's been almost an hour for me and Zayn to wait outside the room. Finally May finished. He was a little surprised to see me and Zayn outside the room.

I cut off Zayn's words, because I know Mei doesn't like to be watched while singing like that.

We ended up tidying up the room of three, because Mei offered to help. After everything is neat, I invite Mei to rest while waiting for Zayn to finish checking all the musical instruments.

I tried to calm Mei down so she wouldn't feel guilty. Because yesterday's problem wasn't May's fault. But Kara's wrong plan and can not decide something quickly.

I and Mei quickly tidied up our belongings and followed Zayn who had already walked out of the building to the parking lot.

I say thank you because Zayn has delivered me home safely.

I nodded, confirming Brother Eza's words. Come to think of it, it's true what Kak Eza said. Maybe I should be patient waiting for Rhea and Mei, until they want a story by themselves.
