12.3 [May] Avoid

This morning I asked Lyra to come get me. So I don't have to go with Kara. Actually, my attitude like this will actually make Kara more aggressively approach me. But how else, I don't want to meet him.

Fortunately Lyra wanted to pick me up, even though she protested because it was too early.

"Lo tuh ya, really make me bother. Lecture in the morning only starts at 8, you know, this is 6 o'clock already ask for a pick up.

"Sorry, because I'm running away from Kara."

"What else is he doing?" Ask Lyra.

"Make breakfast together, but I'm still angry with Kara about yesterday. I still feel guilty about Rhea."

I explained why I asked Lyra to come get me. To be honest, I was very reluctant to meet Kara, before she apologized and made up with Rhea.

The campus was still deserted when Lyra and I arrived. Obviously, because we arrived at the college at seven and that means it's still an hour away until the lecture starts.

"That's right, May. We're tight going, same security guard aja our part."

"Sorry, I was lazy to meet Kara. So I chose it like this. After all, it could even be relaxing this abis."

I saw Lyra no longer refuting me, it seemed like she was tired of arguing with me. It is only Rhea who can always argue with me.

Speaking of Rhea, I still feel guilty about what happened the other day. I didn't think Kara would say that.

My efforts to avoid Kara were not in vain. I was safe from Kara's interference all day. But even disturbed by Zayn and Lyra. Huh, it will never be able to calm down if you have a friend who is active too late.

"Ra, how's Rhea doing?"

I ventured to ask Rhea. I'm still worried about him. Because just yesterday I saw Rhea crying like that.

"Relax, the kids are fine. Don't worry. Wait a minute, he'll be the one who's coming for you." Lyra Sahut.

"May, this abis your activity what?" Further.

"Gue college one matkul abis it's probably band rehearsal. Why, Ra?"

"My college is empty dong turns out. Now it feels so futile I go to college." Sesal Lyra's.

"If you want to go home please. I'm starting class, too,"

Lyra just shook her head slowly and focused on her phone again. It seems Lyra is not too concerned about her unclear lecture schedule.

I rushed to class as soon as the clock was 8 o'clock. Because this class I can't be late and include the matkul part that I like.

I let Lyra stay put. Because I was also confused myself what to do because I still have a lecture to complete.

Today's class finished sooner than usual. I took the time to go to the library, because there were some tasks that I had not done due to my unsettled thoughts yesterday.

Honestly, yesterday was a shocking incident. I thought there would be such a commotion.

I remember it was Kara. I don't know what he was thinking until he made such a fuss.

"Gue Cariin from earlier turned out to be stuck in the library."

Zayn eagerly came to me. Huh, after this there will be no day without talking and snacking.

"I'm Zayn again and please don't have to be noisy." Said Zayn and immediately kept quiet as I requested.

"Yes, yes, I won't be noisy." Excited Zayn who seemed to enjoy time in the loop.

"How long is it, Mei? I'm sleepy." Rengek Zayn was like a boy who wanted candy.

I ignored Zayn's whining and still remained focused on my task. So that this task will be completed soon and I can accompany Zayn to chat.

An hour has passed. I finally finished doing all the tasks that had to be collected. And intend to invite Zayn to move to the music room.

But soon I broke my intentions after seeing Zayn fall asleep. He got tired of waiting for me. I let Zayn stay asleep and chose to read the book while waiting for Zayn to wake up by himself.

"Eungh... You're done in May?" Zayn said a little unclear.

"Huh? What did you say?"

"Lo is done? If so, move to the music room.

"Udah, let's go to the music room. But you wash your face first"

While waiting for Zayn to wash my face, I cleaned up all my belongings. So that Zayn finished we stayed out of the library.

Arriving at the music room, it turns out Kara has been silent waiting for us. Looks like he was deliberately waiting here because this morning did not meet me. Hopefully there's no commotion after this.

"Where are you from, Mei?" Todong Kara as soon as she saw me at the end of the stairs.

"The morning lecture. Why the hell?"

"Lo promised I would eat breakfast. Lo forgot? Or intentionally pretend to forget." Said Kara while trying to hold my finger.

I brushed off her hand and didn't let Kara touch me in the slightest. I'm still mad at him, I'm disappointed with Kara's attitude.

"Lo again, boss I see you."

"I should have said that." Zayn said a little hooked.

"Whatever, I'm here to see Mei instead of lo."

"Gue wait until you finish training, after that you have to go home with me."

Duh, how to escape from Kara.  But if I run away again, Kara will definitely keep chasing me until she gets her wish. Selfish indeed, but that's how Kara's nature is starting to look today.

The music practice started, I tried to focus on the practice and not care about Kara. Thirty minutes early, I could focus and not care about Kara.

But it turns out my negative thoughts are more domineering. I thought of all the worst possibilities of going home with Kara.

Though actually, my main goal was to get away from Kara so that Rhea would no longer misunderstand me.  But Kara kept getting close to me and she didn't even seem to care about Rhea.

I ended up going home with Kara. And as I promised yesterday, I accompanied Kara to a meal. Supposed to have breakfast but since I ran away this morning it's being replaced now.

There was no conversation between us on the way home. Even during the meal there was no chat at all. We both ate in silence.

I did do that on purpose, because I was reluctant to talk to Kara. Hoping after this Kara kept her promise to no longer bother me. And contact me only when he has business related to me.

It may sound evil, but it's better that way. Rather than the same misunderstanding, it kept me away from my two best friends.
