8. Word and Jasmine

At Jasmine's house, Firman and Samira are waiting for Jasmine's arrival outside the house. It happened because at that time, the door of the house was in the lock and Jasmine was not in the house.

At that time, Samira and Firman looked very cold, his body looked shivering. Seeing that Samira was also cold, Firman took the initiative to embrace Samira to reduce the cold temperature felt by Samira.

A short while later, Jasmine came over drenched and with an empty look of eyes. Seeing that, Firman took off his embrace to Samira and he ran towards Jasmine who was seen walking dreamily.

When the Word was in the presence of the Word, the Word took hold of one of Jasmine's hands and pulled Jasmine into the shade. Realizing that her hands were being pulled by someone, Jasmine awakens from her daydream and hugs Samira when she realizes that Samira is cold outside the house. As he hugged Samira tightly, Firman tried to open the door with the key he got from Jasmin.

When they are already inside the house. Samira was sitting on the sofa with her father, while Jasmine was making tea for the three of them. That day, it was quite late at night, but the rain still did not subside. Samira who realized that asked the Word to stay in his house.

"Papa, will Papa come home?" samira asked her father with an occasional look towards her father.

"Of course Samira, if the rain subsides, I will definitely go home" replied Firman to Samira with a tight hug Samira and accompanied by a blanket covering their bodies.

Not long after, Jasmine had finished making tea for them. At that time Jasmine gave the tea with a brown tray. He put the three glasses of tea on the table in front of them.

After putting the tea along with her tray on the table, Jasmine sat down in front of the sofa that was in front of the two of them. Then by presenting the tea he made to Jasmine spoke to the Word about the rain that night.

"Mas, it's better tonight Mas sleep here. Because I feel the rain will not subside, if it subsides it must be midnight," jasmine said by giving tea to Firman and then he sat back in the chair in front of the two people.

"So Mama, Papa can stay here?" samira said after he realized that Jasmine allowed Firman to stay at Jasmine's house on a rainy night.

"Yes, Mama is serious and does not lie," Jasmine replied with a smile on her lips. Seeing that, Firman and Samira looked very happy.

Not long after, Firman looked towards Jasmine, Jasmine who saw that also returned the eyes of Word. When the two of them looked at each other, Jasmine's eyes suddenly glazed over. This happened because Jasmine recalled briefly the events in her past when she was pregnant with Samira. He lowered his head when he realized that a drop of tears were flowing down his cheek.

Realizing that, Firman turned his face away and he tried to keep smiling in front of his son.

Time passed so quickly, that day Samira was already asleep in her sleep in the arms of the father. Realizing that Samira is asleep, Jasmine asks that Firman lift Samira up and bring her into the room occupied by Samira. Hearing the request, Firman obeyed what Jasmine wanted and brought Samira into the room.

When Samira was already feeling inside the room, Jasmine and Firman walked together out of the room and sat on the sofa she had occupied just a moment ago.

As the two of them were already sitting on the sofa facing each other, for a while they were silent and did not open any topic of conversation.

"Thank you for letting me stay at your house" said Firman to open the subject after the two sat facing each other.

Hearing that remark, Jasmine sighed for a moment and she then answered the Word with a good tone of speech.

"No need to thank me, no papa. After all, even if we split up you'll never be my family and even if we split up, we still have a relationship that is Samira!."

Hearing Jasmine's good words, Firman just smiled and he looked very happy with what Jasmine said, but at that time his smile was not seen smiling loosely, it was like holding something that made his heart sad.

Moments later, Jasmine wakes up from her seat and she wants to go to her room to get another blanket for Word. However, when Jasmine just stepped foot, Firman stopped himself and he woke up from his seat by approaching Jasmine who was standing not far from him.

"Are you still unable to forgive me?" ask Word to Jasmine when he was standing before Jasmine. Hearing that Jasmine was silent with a thousand languages. He cannot speak with what the Word says.

"Do I have to answer? When you have seen, these tears are shed when faced with you" replied Jasmine with glassy eyes before the Word. After that, he stopped talking with eyes that looked towards the Word, yet he did not say a word to her for a while.

Hearing Jasmine's reply, the Word was silent and he did not say a word. But at that moment, his eyes continued to look at Jasmine who went to take an extra blanket for Firman, the ex-husband.

The next day, the house looks still quiet, but the Word has awoken from his sleep. He then looked into Samira's room, when it was seen Samira was asleep in his sleep. Seeing this, Word slowly entered Samira's room and approached Samira who was asleep.

When he was near Samira, he sat on the little bed left. After he had sat on the bed, Firman fondled Samira with tears that washed the eyes of the Word.

When he said that in his heart, without realizing it by the Word his tears dripped and fell down Samira's cheeks. Samira, who realized that, immediately woke up from her sleep and she felt her cheek that was hit by tears from the eyes of the Word.

Realizing that her father was shedding tears, Samira looked at her father and asked him why he was crying.

"Dad crying?" hearing that voice, Word immediately wiped his tears and he looked at Samira with a smiling face.

"No, I was just moved to see my son, asleep in his night's sleep," replied the Word to cover up the sadness felt by himself.

After hearing the answer, Samira woke up from her sleep and leaned her body against her father's chest. With a face that looks a little sad.

"Papa, is Papa sad because Samira is close to Om Ayan?" ask Samira to the Word. Hearing the question, the Word immediately fell silent and could not say a word.  After that he smiled, and then he kissed Samira's forehead as a sign of his affection to Samira.

"For the sad feeling? A father will surely be sad Samira, if his son is close to someone else. But... You shouldn't stay away from Om Ayan, you should still love Om Ayan!."

Hearing this, Samira kept her body away from the Word. After that he looked at his father with eyes that looked sad.

"Papa... Samira wants to ask Papa. Actually Papa is still in love with Mama or not anyway?" samira asked with eyes that looked sad for what she asked the Word.

Hearing the words, the Word was immediately silent for a few moments with a face that looks sad and glassy.

Realizing that Firman was sad after hearing his question Samira also finally chose to apologize to his father for making him sad.

"I'm sorry Samira Pa, because Samira Papa is so sad!" samira said by looking at her father. Seeing his son who already looked like an adult, Firman embraced Samira very tightly by giving a small smile on his lips. Receiving the hug, Samira also returned his father's embrace and in his father's embrace, I don't know what makes Samira sad. When embraced by the Word, Samira's eyes glazed glass as if to cry, but at that time the patter of tears he can still hold.

After a few moments of hugging, Samira released her arms from her father's body. Seeing that Samira's embrace had been released from her body, Firman asked Samira to immediately wake up from her sleep and immediately brush her teeth and wash her face into the bathroom.

Samira, who was obedient, finally got up from her bed and went to the bathroom. When Samira went to the bathroom, Firman came out of Samira's room. When she was outside Samira's room, still in her nightgown, Jasmine came out of her room and approached Samira to wake Samira up for school. However, Jasmine was late because the Word was over

used to go to Samira's room.

"Samira is awake?" jasmin asked after he found out that the Word of stone had just come out of Samira's room.

Hearing Jasmin's voice, Firman was seen silent for a while and he was standing right in front of Samira's room, after he stopped talking for a while, The Word replied that Samira had woken up from her sleep and was now washing her face and brushing her teeth.

Jasmin, who heard the words, kept quiet and went to the kitchen to make tea and breakfast for Samira and the others.

Moments later, Samira came out wearing a school uniform that she was wearing that day. He then approached the Word who at that time wanted to leave Jasmine's house.

"Papa, want to go now?" samira asked the Word who had tidied up the blanket he was wearing.

"Yes, Samira. I have to go now, I have to go to work!" answer Firman by wiping Samira's head that was standing nearby.

Hearing that, Jasmine came with a cup of tea for Jasmine that she gave to the Word. Jasmine had already changed her clothes before cooking in the kitchen.

"Mas, wouldn't Mas accompany Samira to breakfast first and deliver Samira to school ?" jasmine asked the Word who was standing before her.

"I'm going to drive Samira, but are you going to let me take Samira?" answer the Word in a kind tone and look bad to see Jasmine if she takes Samira away without getting permission.

"Mas, I'm not papa. As long as, Mas doesn't separate me, then I won't forbid Samira to meet Mas," Jasmine replied kindly and then looked a small smile on her lips.

Hearing that answer, Samira and Firman looked happy. Seeing that, Jasmine just smiled and she could not say a word to express her happy feelings seeing the happiness of the two people.
