7 Days With Althara

Restore the happiness that was lost

We all started eating at one table in Japanese food.

We eat by continuing to laugh because of their exclamation now and many jokes that my friends throw.

Edo is seen receiving a message from his cell phone. His face turned agitated, I immediately pretended not to notice. Edo got up from his seat and approached Althara.

“Al I want to talk for a while” said Edo slightly whispered to Althara's ear. And I kept pretending not to notice them beside me. I glanced at Tata who was telling me a funny thing but my ears were so sharp that I heard Edo speak.

“Oke” reply Althara.

“Alhena” Althara touched my arm. I glanced at him with a smile.

“I go ahead for a while ya”.

“Oh okay” answered me with a smile, even though I was wondering what was wrong with them until I had to whisper.

Then Althara and Edo came out of the restaurant and went somewhere.

A few hours later, our dinner was over. And we split up in the basement mall.

“Ya will tell you again if you go home” said Tata held my hand.

“Iyaa Ta, later if I come home from Jakarta I promise you guys ya”

“He will continue in Bandung starting next week” said Althara makes me lazy to hear him and do not want to stare at him.

All my friends look shocked and happy.

“Serious?” Ask Venna.

I shook my head and shook my shoulders, as if to say 'come on'

“I want to open Cafe here” more.

“Waahhh exciting dong make Cafe nih, we can hang out every day” exclaimed Ghea with so enthusiasm.

“You're not just hanging out. You can join the Cafe that” again Althara surprised all her friends.

“Hah?! Managed?” Shocked all my friends almost simultaneously.

Althara's friends were not surprised to hear that.

“I made the Cafe is not for Alhena only but for all of you, let you have activities, let's help Alhena, arrange the interior of the Cafe as you like.”

My friends seemed to be in disbelief, they kept throwing eyes at each other not understanding why they had to take part in the making of Cafe Althara.

Venna clapped her hands, Ghea and Tata still looked at me in confusion. Don't be them, I don't understand what Althara said.

Not including the men. Rizal, Kevin and Edo seem to know this already, because they just smile to see us excited.

“Yang actually Al?!” tata assured.

“We start talking about this seriously once Alhena has finished her work in Jakarta”, she said while staring at me.

It's a compulsion. Althara made it harder for me to resist her wishes for bringing my friends into this matter.

“Oke Al kabarin we ya” said Ghea.

“Ya we've come home first ya” said Venna hugged me. Followed by all my friends and friends Althara.

“We also went home yes tar” said Kevin shook Althara's hand.

“Euh Ghe, you bring a car?” Edo asked when they were all ready to part.

Ghea's face suddenly blushed.

“You want me anter?” Edo's offer made all of us who heard cheered the two of them who looked timid.

“Ya let's” take Edo.

“Bye all” Edo and Ghea waved to us.

Ghea glanced at me while glaring, she looks so happy yet she restrains her happiness from embarrassment.

I shook my head to see my friend's behavior that still hasn't changed.

Along the way I still can't believe Althara invited me to meet all my friends here. Even though during my return home Bandung several years, I rarely ever tell them. Because I used to be so afraid of looking so pitiful in front of them and even making them want to see me that messed up like that.

“Althara thank ya” my word to him who is seriously paying attention to the road.

Althara just smiled glanced at me for a while and returned to focusing on the streets.

He glanced at me for a moment while smiling.

“I know the purpose of why you live in Bandung Alhena. As long as I'm gone you still think of me, don't you? And it frustrates you. Finally you left all the things that had to do with me, and you actually left this place”

He knows everything, because it might be so obvious inside me.

“But Althara, I can just leave my work there and leave all my friends I” I mean is Riani because she is my only one friend so far who always accompany me in Jakarta. Rey will probably no longer count on me now.

“But how are you?”

Althara frowned.

“Your family there, your work there and your friends there” was so heavy when I mentioned my last sentence. Given whether all Althara's friends knew about us or not.

“Work I have flexible Alhena. I can do a job anywhere. For my family, they can all understand that. Distance Jakarta Bandung is not like Jakarta Germany who have to take a plane, and for my friends.”

“I can stay with them after I explain myself what really happened. And even if they don't want to accept the reality and still consider me a betrayal, I won't care about Alhena, because who will understand and trust only my friends here”
