"Can I meet my granddaughter?" pinta mister Arya with a glazed look.
A lecherous, something painful slowly wrapped around his heart. He looked down, playing with the damp fingers. Biting her lips strong, as hard as it convinces the heart, still fear comes approaching.
"Son! Father will never separate you because a child can never be separated from his mother. I just want to see it, and if allowed I want to linger here to see the growth and development" said Mr. Arya again looks more sad.
The agony of losing half the soul that had been hidden, now appeared in both eyes of the old man. Cempaka raised his face, looking at the two dewy beads belonging to the old man before him.
"Just look at it because it's asleep. Tomorrow come again, and play here" said Cempaka in the end agreed to bring them together.
Mr. Arya nodded his head in agreement, looking a twinkle of happiness in those two eyes. They went to the room where Cempaka and his son were asleep. Mr. Arya knew himself well enough, only nailing himself in the doorway without any intention of stepping inside.
"He's the kid I saw this afternoon, he's so beautiful just like you. I'm sure Caesar would have regretted taking off a good woman like you, son. Especially when looking at that face, a face that was a little similar to her," said Mr. Arya in a trembling voice.
Can see it, it is enough to treat the pain of his heart. He closed the door and led Cempaka back to the front.
"You know, son. When I first saw the child Eva was born with, I had absolutely no emotional attachment to her. It's so different when you see your son. That familiar feeling I felt even at a great distance." Mr. Arya looked at Cempaka, rubbing his shoulders gently.
"Thank you for giving birth to the Aryan family, and thank you for allowing me to meet with my granddaughter" Arya said with a feeling full of joy.
Cempaka grabbed the wrinkled hand, grasping it gently.
"Dad has the right to know him even though the Aryan family will never admit it. You have a strong blood bond, how is it undeniable." Cempaka smiled, relieved to have introduced his daughter to the grandfather.
"Night has gone, Dad. You better go to the room and rest. In the morning I'll ask the waiter to deliver tea to Dad." Cempaka looked attentively at the old man before him.
Mr. Arya feels he has a daughter, rather than Eva who is the legal son-in-law in the Aryan family, better Cempaka who treats him like his own father.
"Thank you, son. Maybe I'll stay here for the next few weeks. If you have time, go visit Dad's villa." Mr. Arya looked expectantly at the woman who no longer had family ties to him.
Hearing the word villa, Cempaka's forehead frowned. He talked about the building.
"Villa's? So, that villa belongs to Dad?" tanya Cempaka made sure.
Mr. Arya smiled, nodding lightly.
"You know that already? It's Dad's, but it's been a while since Caesar's mother died, I've never been to him again. The villa was built on his wishes. We used to stay there often. Spending time together, staring at the twilight on the western horizon. He loved the view of the sea. If there's time, I hope you can visit there."
There was hope in both of his eyes. This made Cempaka unable to refuse the request of the old man in front of him. He nodded his head to agree to visit.
The smile on the wrinkled lips rose perfectly, there was happiness to peek in the recesses of the soul to be reunited with the surrogate woman of the wife. Again, Mr. Arya does not want to lose them. He didn't want Cempaka to leave his life again.
"Alright, if so, please excuse me. Have a good rest." Mr. Arya smiled once more before turning around and approaching the secretary who was still faithful waiting for him in the gazebo.
"Master!" Fierce, the man stood up when he saw his master coming.
He followed the master to the resort where they were staying. The night is getting late, the employees at the resort are doing their job of cleaning the restaurant because the visitors have begun to quiet.
Behind a bush, Lucy and and Dinda peek. Keep an eye out for old men who just came out of their homes. After learning that the one who came was the master of Arya, Dinda immediately went to tell her mother.
"Mom, are you okay?" whispered Dinda worriedly.
"Mom doesn't know. Come on, we'll make sure of it." Lucy pulls her son's hand to go to the house, making sure Cempaka's. What was in their minds, was he who was crying bitterly because he would be separated from his son.
"Miss!"
Brak!
Lucy opens the door rudely as she shouts from Dinda, her son. The two continued to search for the whereabouts of Cempaka with a panicked look on their faces.
"Manda!"
"Lucy's? What's up with you guys? Is there a problem?" Cempaka who heard the commotion immediately appeared from the direction of the kitchen. In his hand was carrying a spoon, it seemed like he was just about to eat.
Cempaka looked at their sweaty pale faces, his forehead frowning in confusion. Like there was a problem at their place of business.
"You all right? Did he hurt you!" Lucy groped Cempaka's body, checking every inch of it.
Cempaka rolled his lazy eyeball, obviously he looked fine. They're overreacting.
"Hey! I'm fine, Lucy. What's wrong with you? Why are you the one who looks so nervous?" Cempaka's eyeballs rolled to Dinda, the teenager was as pale as his mother.
"He didn't do anything to you, did he? He's not gonna do anything, is he?" smithy Lucy remained with a panicked and agitated tone that was so obvious.
"Lucy! I'm fine, we're fine. Nobody's hurting us, okay? There aren't. Don't panic like this." Cempaka shakes Lucy's shoulder, resuscitating her from excessive panic.
"Dad only came to see his grandson, he had no intention of separating us. It's not like what you had in mind, Lucy. We're fine." Once again Cempaka shook the woman's shoulder.
Convincing him through the eyes when their eyes cluttered. Lucy gulped, sighed and rubbed her face. He collapsed on the sofa, the excessive panic made him tired.
"You're too worried, Lucy. But there is nothing to worry about. Mr. Arya is not like his heartless son. He even asked me to call him Dad. He's a good man, Lucy. You don't have to worry." Cempaka sat beside the woman, gently rubbing her trembling back. Calms him from all anxiety.
Lucy sighed, turned around and hugged Cempaka. She cried.
"I'm just afraid he'll make you suffer again. I'm afraid it's happening to you again." Lucy sobbed, the bond between them was no joke.
Cempaka was moved, hugging Lucy lovingly.
"Thank you, yeah. Thank you for accepting me so sincerely."
