The family room in that magnificent house felt piercingly cold. Everyone was silent, no one started the conversation. Caesar sat down indifferently, while Eva looked down like a man.

On the other seat, a young man with an arrogant attitude stared displeasedly at Caesar. His lips pout, humbling the man.

In front of them, a pair of elders sat quietly. The mother looks like a woman who loves her husband so much, and the old man next to her will occasionally massage the chest that feels tight.

"So, how's it going? When are you gonna give me a grandchild?" asked the old man who was none other than Caesar's father.

The stingy breath made his sentence cut into pieces.

"Father take it easy, in the near future we will definitely give father a grandson," said Eva so sure.

He glanced at Caesar who just silently did not respond, as if he did not care about all the treasures that would be passed on to him.

"Well, I'm waiting for the good news. How's your company, Caesar?" The man's gaze turned to his son.

Caesar let out a long sigh, not that he did not love the old man. It was just the woman beside him that made Caesar unable to live quietly. Moreover, they live far apart.

"Father, Dad. Looks like Dad's health is getting worse and worse, you better stay with us. There I could have the servants serve my needs," the boy said, sending the other three wide-eyed.

Eva is not happy that if the old man stays with them, he will not get freedom. The wife and young man who was none other than his son had his own plan why not agree if Caesar's father lived with him.

"Well, you're right, son. I really want to stay with you." He smiled feeling watched by his child. Then, look at the woman sitting at the side.

"If you want to stay here, I don't have a problem. Stay here, I want to live with my son. Sometimes you can visit there, instead I will be grateful if you also live in the house," he said this time it makes Caesar unhappy.

He just wanted to bring his father, not the woman and the young man.

"My husband. Actually I don't want to stay away from you, I want to take care of you every day. However, if I stay there with you, who will take care of this house. You don't have to worry, I'll come there often." He seduced while rubbing the man's arm.

Smiling bitterly as if hiding a secret. Caesar's father gently patted the woman's hand, smiling understandably.

"If so, I'll pack your clothes"

"No need, Mother. Dad's clothes are still a lot in the house. No need to bring clothes. I'll just take Dad right away" Caesar lowered the body of the woman who had been lifted in half.

While at home, Cempaka who had just cleaned up ran towards the kitchen. He had to ask Caesar's desired menu to Yudi which was in accordance with his taste.

"Sir Yud! Where are you?" He called out to the middle-aged man when he arrived at the kitchen door.

"I'm here, Miss. What's up?" Yudi came out of a storage room. Approaching Cempaka which looks different than usual.

"Sir, sir wants me to make him grilled chicken. Does Mr. Yud know what your favorite rooster looks like?" said enthusiastically.

This was Caesar's first request. In the future he would always make cooking for the man. Yudi smiled, feeling that there was a development in their relationship.

"Let's come with me, Miss. I'll show you the lady's recipe." Yudi invited Cempaka to enter a room.

"I mean, your real mother. He died when he was a child due to illness. Please sit down, Miss." He pulled a chair for Cempaka, and took a menu book left by the mistress.

Then, sit facing Cempaka, giving the book to him.

"This is the legacy of the mistress, the contents are dishes that the husband likes as well as his son. He kept this and wished I could replace it to make the dish" Yudi recalled the times when Caesar's biological mother was alive and well.

Cempaka stared at the amazement of the reading in it.

"It's stunning. The menu here is very neat and detailed. Complete and perfect. Ah, I like it. I want to try every menu in this book. Oh, take a look! It looks so good! Grilled chicken, grilled chicken. Where the roast chicken. Here goes!" cerocos Cempaka while opening each sheet to find Caesar's favorite grilled chicken recipe.

"You can try cooking them one by one. You like all the cooking," said Yudi made Cempaka stunned. Can't believe he's allowed to cook all that.

He lowered the book onto the table, looking at Yudi with sparkling eyes.

"really? Can I make it?" Enthusiastic asked with a passionate soul.

"Well, that's the daily menu I serve. Actually the master is not too fond of restaurant food, he likes home-cooked dishes made with his own hands. Especially his wife." Yudi looked at Cempaka meaningfully.

The woman was stunned, did that mean she was special? Oh, naw!

"If so I'll make some cooking. Ah, naw. The main menu and the menu will close. What do you think, sir?" Cempaka was very careful.

"Well, that's better. You've decided what to do, miss?" tanya Yudi made sure.

Cempaka nodded confidently, he said, "Can I bring this menu book? I want to learn it."

Yudi nodded in agreement, not because he wanted to hands off, but because Caesar preferred his wife's cooking. In the past, the man always wanted to eat food made by his mother's own hands.

"Thank you, sir. I promise I won't disappoint" said Cempaka, holding the book as if it was a valuable item he had to keep.

"I'm sorry to prepare all the ingredients first" said Cempaka as he got out of the chair and left the room.

Busy yourself choosing ingredients assisted Yudi and other kitchen maids. Yudi let Cempaka learn by himself without interfering. The woman was so persistent, like seeing the figure of the madam who had already left her.

While in the mansion, Eva pulls Caesar away from the living room. He needs to talk about Cempaka who lives in their house.

"What about that woman? Aren't you going to suspect him? What if I ask?" cecar Eva panicked.

Caesar sighed, it was not his idea. Because he wanted a full inheritance on the condition of a child, while Caesar was not so enthusiastic.

"You know what to do, don't you? Why are you still asking me? Do I need to buy her a house so she doesn't stay with us?" As if a suggestion, Eva sparkled in agreement.

"You're right. He better not be living in our house. He can stay in a small house." Not willing if Caesar will actually buy him a luxurious and large house.

"Whatever!" He left Eva, caught off guard by the wife's attitude that had so many rules for her.
