Chapter 92

Coinciding with the day Sabiel and Laura return home to Bandung, Tomi comes to the private island. A few days he had not appeared since his conversation with Lady Laura first. Now the man seemed to smile with relief when he met his two masters. The relief comes from the good news he brings.

"Have you come?" sabiel asked to see Tomi entering his cabin. Since yesterday Tomi told Sabiel to follow him to the island.

"Already Master" he said while nodding.

"Sit"

Tomi sat in the front seat of Sabiel. Sabiel who was enjoying his snack thrust some dishes containing other snacks on Tomi. "Eat" he said while presenting a glass of water to his confidant.

Tomi nodded politely, her hand picked up one food and started eating it.

"How's your report? Is everything ready?" ask Sabiel

Tomi drank a glass of water Sabiel gave her before replying. "Already Sir. I've taken care of all the wedding needs, including the press conference that Mr and Madam will have to do in the middle of the event"

Sabiel did ask Tomi to prepare all the wedding needs once he was out of the hospital. The man wants to make Laura his wife.

"Good..."

"You coming, Tom?" Laura walked over carrying a tray of food from the kitchen.

Sabiel who saw his wife, stood up and walked over to Laura. He took over the tray that Laura carried with one hand, and walked while embracing Laura's waist with one hand the other.

"Yes Madam" Tomi stood up and nodded politely.

Sabiel kissed Laura on the top of her head as soon as she sat down in the chair next to him, with a tray of food that he had placed before his wife. Tomi's gaze was glued to Laura's food tray. A sizable vanilla ice cream waffle, a small bowl of oatmeal biscuits, a few pieces of fruit, and young coconut ice caught his eye.

"Don't be surprised, he's two-bodied. The portion of the meal doubled" said Sabiel, who realized the meaning of Tomi's gaze.

Tomi smiled in admiration, while Laura blushed in embarrassment at her husband's words. "Your Master's baby is asking for food, Tom" he said, easing his embarrassment.

Tomi smirked her smile, "It's okay, ma'am. Women who are pregnant are like that" Tomi said

"Eating dear, don't be shy" Sabiel said half-mockingly.

Laura patted her husband on the shoulder, "You're the one who embarrassed me!" laura's grunts were greeted with naughtiness from Sabiel. The tail of her eyes looked at Tomi who was smiling.

"Master, Madam... There is good news that I want to convey today" said Tomi made the two employers turn to him.

"What's that?" laura asked almost simultaneously with her husband.

"I've got an eye donor for the Milky Way" Tomi's eyeballs glow brightly.

Laura was shocked to hear the news. His eyes immediately looked at Sabiel who looked the same as him. "really?" Laura looked back at Tomi, she still could not believe the good news.

"Where did you get that donor eye?" Sabiel chimed in on his wife's question.

Still with her bright face, Tomi stared alternately at the two masters who widened their eyes at her. "yes Madam. An old friend helped me to get an eye donor at a Jakarta hospital" Tomi said

"Thank God. Did you tell Dr Fey?!" ask Sabiel. At a glance Sabiel turned to Laura and squeezed her fingers gently.

Laura breathed out her leg while replying to her husband's fingers. The good news that Tomi brought eliminated all the suffering that plagued his heart in an instant. His heart became very calm imagining the Milky Way who could soon look back.

"Not yet Sir. Once I got here, I headed straight here" Tomi said. "After telling Mr and Mrs, I'll tell Dr Fey"

Sabiel nodded slowly. He looked back at his wife who was blue, his smile expanding to look at the beautiful woman. "Everything's gonna be okay, baby. Your ex can look back"

Suddenly Laura's forehead creased. His lips pouted hearing Sabiel calling the Milky Way with the call 'your ex'.

"You're a bitch!" Laura grunted while hitting Sabiel's shoulder.

"Let's!" scream Sabiel dramatically. "He's your ex, baby" Sabiel said as he rubbed his shoulders.

Laura clenched her teeth, feeling anxious about Sabiel's ignorant attitude in the middle of the moving atmosphere earlier. "No need to be clear, Sabieeel" Laura pinched her husband's waist.

Sabiel immediately grimaced in pain. "Aawuu, my dear..."

"Ehem!" Laura cleared her frustration. "So when is it likely that the Milky Way can perform eye surgery?" ask her to Tomi who is getting serious again. He glimpsed Sabiel at a glance, the ignorant man was eating back his snack.

"It should be discussed directly with Dr. Fey, Madam" Tomi replied.

"Just leave it to Dr. Fey, baby. Let him set his own time, which must be the man of your past..."

"Sabieell!" laura's eyes were round commemorating Sabiel.

Sabiel gasped with both hands raised up, "Sorry baby, I forgot" Sabiel said grimly. "I mean Milky. Trust everything to Dr. Fey. He can definitely make the Milky Way look back"

"alright. I hope everything goes well" Laura said. "Thank you, Tom" Laura smiled sincerely at Tomi who nodded.

In the afternoon at the island's pier, Sabiel and Laura stand opposite the Milky Way.

After Tomi told him about the donor eye, the young Jakarta activist said she wanted to meet Sabiel and Laura before they returned to Bandung.

Tomi and a nurse lead the Milky Way to stand on the pier. At the end of the pier stands Fey's doctor, two other nurses, and some Sabiel employees on his private island. They of course gathered to escort his master to leave the island.

The Milky Way still clasped Sabiel's hand tightly before him. Laura stood next to her husband.

"I don't know what to say to say my gratitude will never be enough to you, Sabiel" said Bimasakti.

Sabiel smiled as he patted the back of the Milky Way's hand in a very friendly manner. "No need to be confused. I did it as a form of my apology to you for what happened between us in the past" Sabiel replied.

The Milky Way was stunned for a moment after hearing Sabiel's words. His mind rolled back the memory of the fierce fight between him and Sabiel while fighting over Laura in the past. A smile crossed his lips, when he realized how naive they used to be. After yesterday being satisfied to hear Laura's story, the Milky Way was already very confident that his decision to let Laura go and accept their marriage was the most appropriate choice he had to take. Sabiel is a good man, he really deserves to have Laura by his side.

"You don't need to apologize, the incident was not worth remembering. To be sure, now take care of Laura as well as possible" said Bimasakti. "Didn't our fights once stem from our same desires?!" continued later.

Laura who watched the conversation of the two men smiled. A warm feeling permeated his body realizing how extraordinary the two men were, especially the Milky Way. Laura is grateful that the man can accept his marriage with a chest. In her heart, Laura floated a sincere hope that the Milky Way could soon find the woman God destined for her.

"Master, it's time to leave" a man behind Sabiel reminded his master.

"All right, you heard it yourself, didn't you? Laura and I should go home soon. I hope your eye surgery goes well according to Dr. Fey. He's the best ophthalmologist I know, you don't have to worry about surgery" Sabiel said. "Tomi will accompany you here" he continued.

The Milky Way nodded with a smile. He was really impatient to be able to see back. "Thank you for the invitation, I hope my eyes can see when your wedding will be" Bimasakti recalled Sabiel's remarks yesterday that said he would hold an official wedding with Laura.

"I'll make sure that Dr. Fey finishes your surgery before my show" Sabiel said.

"Take care of yourself Milky Way" Laura said as she took the Milky Way's hand from Sabiel's.

The Milky Way patted Laura's hand gently on the back, the swish of love she still felt in her heart. But he tried to shake off all those flavors well. The Milky Way realizes that God only predestined Laura to stop in her heart, completing the journey of her life. In the end, Laura was just a guest in one of her heart's deepest chambers. But like other guests, he will leave once the layover time has run out. Now that Laura is taking on the role, she goes to settle in another heart chamber. "Take care of yourself, Laura. Take care of my niece" she smiled warmly.

Sabiel held onto Laura's shoulder, "Let's go, baby, we're leaving" she said.

Before long the two turned to face the yachts who were ready with their night trip. The Milky Way stands at the same place. His ears were watching the beat of Sabiel and Laura's steps accompanied by the rustling beach wind. While the impact of the waves broke the coral accompanied the departure of the woman of his tribe. "Blessed is Laura. You must be happy" she said as a prayer.

"I'll be happy, Milky Way. You should be happy too" Laura replied.

"Definitely" said Bimasakti sure.

Laura's footsteps again sounded faint, her fresh scent carried by the wind surrounding the Milky Way. The man inhaled it greedily. This scent is what he always misses, now he wants to be selfish even for a moment. Inhaled deeply all of Laura's intoxicating scent. He stored the remnants of that aroma in his heart, in order to settle into the most beautiful memories of his life. Not long after the Milky Way smiled with satisfaction, when he was sure that the traces of Laura would always remain in his heart, becoming a sweet memory that he would remember forever.
