The night is getting late. The air was getting colder, but it was unable to cool the soul of someone who was currently burning. Dean clutched his phone tightly. The pain came back to his chest as he looked back at the photo his ex-girlfriend posted on social media.
Many times Dean tried to eliminate curiosity about every activity that Caca did. Many times it was also her curiosity growing more tempestuous. Dean was confused by his feelings.
Why and why? That question always pops into his head when he visits Caca's social media accounts. In the past, the account was filled with their photos. But now their photos are not left at all.
“Aarrrggghhh! Goddammit! Goddammit! Goddamn it!”
The young man was upset. He was angry, but did not know who he was angry with. To reduce the heat in him, Dean contacted Crystal. Someone who is always able to change his mood.
“Halo, De? Why?” ask Crystal after their phone is connected.
Momentary silence. Crystal's voice made Dean a little calmer. When Crystal asked what was going on, Dean answered.
“Nothing, Crys. You're asleep?” ask Dean later. Crystal's voice was still quite fresh and it seemed like the girl had not slept.
“Not yet, this is my job again. Why?”
“Besok lo can meenin me streets not?”
“Can only, as long as you buy,” replied Crystal joking.
“Mild. Tomorrow morning I'll take you home. We go to college together. How?”
“OK, I have class at 8 o'clock. Don't be late.”
After saying ‘oke' Dean disconnected their phone. Dean said good night to Crystal, who he had always loved. Someone he took revenge on Caca.
Dean exhaled slowly. He was grateful to be able to calm his mind again just by listening to Crystal's voice. That way, Dean can reassure himself, that he is not at all jealous of Caca and Abhimanyu. Maybe the feeling is only limited to not liking those who are currently happy.
The next day Dean actually picks up Crystal at his house. They went together to the campus. After arriving and finishing parking his car, Dean and Crystal walk together to their respective classes.
Just as they were about to climb the stairs, they bumped into Caca. For a moment Dean was silent when he looked at the ex-lover. After the incident some time ago they had indeed not met again. Fate is like distancing the two. Keep Caca away from someone who betrayed her.
Caca's steps were glued to the end of the stairs. His eyes were on the ex-lover. This is the first time they've met again after Dean's confession.
There was no look of remorse from Dean as Caca dived into his gaze even if only briefly. A speck of disappointment suddenly burst into his chest. He did not understand how someone could hurt others just to avenge someone they loved.
“Lo, why stop, anyway,” Maya scolds without staring ahead. He was busy looking down to confirm the location of his watch.
“Ca, ay–” Maya's speech was interrupted when she knew the cause of her best friend was silent since.
Maya's eyes turned sharply glaring at the same Dean and Crystal who were silent in their place. Without saying hello or giving another sentence, Maya drags Caca's arm and passes the two people casually. Maya is so reluctant to meet the two self-informed humans, that she chooses to step in with no clear direction of purpose.
Dean regained his senses as Crystal shook his arm. His mood suddenly changed just like that after his unlikely encounter with Caca. Reluctance to continue the steps suddenly approached. Makes Dean's smile fade slightly from his face.
“De, come!” Crystal pulled Dean's arm back up the stairs.
Dean followed Crystal without much protest. Really, Dean felt his efforts to build his mood today was very futile, because in fact after meeting Caca his chest again thrashed. His head was filled with all his memories.

Caca smirked his smile hearing Maya's endless grunts. Since meeting Dean on the stairs until now they are in the cafeteria, Maya continues to curse Dean.
“I swear, they are not shameless!”
“Ca, you can't forgive them so, even though now you are happy with what you dapet. They're so mean the same, lo!”
The sound of Caca's small laughter drew a cynical glance from Maya. The girl in a black toad suit combined with a dark green long-sleeved shirt was screeching cynically. He was eager to eat this human figure beside him. Caca laughed when he was very irritated.
“Gue perematin, lo! If you apologize to them easily, I do not want the same anymore, lo!” maya's sweat while pointing at Caca's face with her index finger. He narrowed his eyes to show his threat was not playing games.
Caca is getting stifled. He lowered Maya's finger, then took the girl's arm to take her to the empty table on their right.
“Iya, Mayaaa,” replied Caca still with a small laugh on her lips.
Caca likes to see his best friend's behavior at this time. They always act like an older sister to Caca, because Caca is actually the youngest among the three of them.
“Gue promise, will not forgive them easily. At least they should know first their mistake,” Caca said later.
“Abi is also unlikely to let them enter my life again. After all, Dean is just as outrageous as I am. Well, even though now I understand what happened to my life,” added the girl. In his heart he was grateful for what he was feeling right now. Not to forget he also prayed to God to always give him and Abhimanyu strength if later they were given trials.
The following evening after dinner with her husband's family, Caca caught up with Abhimanyu who had already entered the blanket. Caca laid his body beside Abhimanyu who was focusing on his tablet. He hugged her lightly, looking at what Abhimanyu was doing.
“What did you read, anyway?” ask Caca. He rested his head on Abhimanyu's arm which was deliberately opened for him.
“Again read the history of the father's company, the same learn what is in the company's court,” replied the young man without taking his eyes off the screen of his tablet.
“Tumben, make what?”
“Bang Riyo asks me to take over his position if I have passed S-2. During that time, Bang Riyo wants to start her own company.”
Abhimanyu turned off his tablet after he finished reading, then placed it on the nightstand next to his bed. Abhimanyu twisted his body, hugging Caca's waist very tightly. Not to forget he kissed all over Caca's face, until the girl felt careless.
“Abi, dong already!” Caca laughed a little. She put away her husband's face with her tiny palm.
“Geli tofu, Bi!”
“Salah itself is very passionate,” goda Abhimanyu.
“Where is college today?” asked Abhimanyu while tidying up Caca's hair that covered part of her beautiful face.
“I just met Dean with Crystal,” I'm Caca honest.
“They were both diem at the same time as me. Not knowing because they feel guilty or because of shock to see me again after the incident at the restaurant at that time,” Caca story. The girl smiled at her smile that felt bland.
Abhimanyu knew his wife must be feeling sad. Reuniting with them–especially Dean, is tantamount to reopening his wounds that are still wet. Abhimanyu could understand his wife's current feelings. He also moved his arms back to his wife. Gently rubbed the girl's back. Not to forget Abhimanyu pinned a small kiss on the girl's forehead.
“Udah, don't think about him. If he realizes he will definitely be lazy because it has left you and hurt you.”
Abhimanyu gave his sweet smile to his wife to give her spirit. Abhimanyu's hand moved again to sink Caca's head in his chest as he spoke,
“If you want to cry, cry. I will not ban you. My chest is ready to catch all your tears.”
After saying so, Abhimanyu felt Caca's body tremble. Maybe Caca had been holding back his own feelings. Abhimanyu did not want to force Caca to remain strong, because he was destined as a husband who must be able to be a protector, tranquilizer, and a place to pour out all his wife's feelings.
