Will Not Be Substituted
Chapter 54: The Walk

“Ante Aca, no bandits, Ante Aca.”

Naya, a two-and-a-half-year-old girl, screamed in excitement as she watched street buskers dressed in cartoon characters across the street. They are in the car now. Caca insisted on taking Abhimanyu out of the house. Count on comforting Naya not to look for her mother.

“Badut Naya, not bandits,” Caca correction accompanied by laughter.

“Bandut Ante,” says Naya staunchly.

“Badut, Deck,” says Abhimanyu from behind the wheel.

Caca just laughed in response to Naya who did not want to lose. The girl was very stubborn, but also adorable and smart.

“Where are we going, Ante?” ask the little girl enthusiastically. The discussion with her was over a few seconds ago. Naya turns her body to face Caca. Her very clear eyeballs added to the beauty of the girl.

“Naya want to go where?” ask Caca back. His hand held the waist of Naya who was sitting on her lap.

Naya's index finger tapped on her chin. He seemed to think of a place he wanted to visit.

Abhimanyu and Caca chuckled together to look at the little girl's behavior. They are very anxious about Naya's behavior acting like an adult.

Naya pointed her index finger over her head along with her lips wide open.

“Aha, Aya has edi,” said the girl made Caca and Abhimanyu chuckle together.

“Ide, Nay. Not edi,” Abhimanyu said as he ruffled his nephew's hair.

“Ih Om Abi, Aya's hair is broken, nih.” Naya brushed off Abhimanyu's hand. Her lips advanced a few inches while tidying her hair back up.

Caca was still laughing at Naya's behavior. That little girl could be joking. Caca never thought where Naya could get such a vocabulary.

“H, Ante! Udah dong kawanya,” whine Naya who is still upset because Abhimanyu ruffled his hair.

Caca immediately closed her lips. Holding back the laughter that really wants to explode.

Naya knew her Ante Cacanya was still laughing. He folded his hands over his chest. Pretending to sulk so Caca doesn't laugh anymore.

“Oke-okay, Ante has not laughed again,” said Caca. A second later he closed his eyes. Breathe the air deeply enough before exhaling it slowly.

“Nah, now Naya says. Naya got the idea to go where?”

“Aya engen to timejone, Ante. Can, huh? huh uh? huh uh? yes?” ask the girl while shaking Caca's arm.

Caca's lips covered in a smile. He rubbed Naya's black hair gently, confirming her request.

The girl screamed. He lowered his body and raised his hands as high as possible.

“Don't jump around, Nay. Later you fall,” said Abhimanyu pressing slowly on the shoulder of the nephew, but his eyes remain focused on the road.

“Om, esc klim, Om, esc klim.”

Naya pointed at the ice cream shop that was not far from her eyes. His body leaned forward asking Abhimanyu to take him there.

“Said you were going to timezone.” Abhimanyu halted his steps, staring at Naya who was in his carriage.

“Iya, esc klim first, Om,” replied the girl. He tried to lower his body, but was unsuccessful because Abhimanyu held it tightly.

“Do not move. Later fall, Nay!” abhimanyu. His steps were followed by the request of his nephew. Take her to an ice cream parlor not far from where they stand.

After getting a seat, Abhimanyu sat Naya in the side chair which was also next to Caca's seat. Soon the ice cream they ordered arrived. Naya looked very excited as her favorite chocolate ice cream was presented in plain sight.

Caca smiled. He also took the initiative to feed Naya who was not able to eat alone. Occasionally Caca stuffed a scoop of ice cream into his own mouth. Enjoy the sweet taste mixed with cold. So delicious and fitting for a fairly hot air today.

“You're not cool, Bi?” caca asked before putting a spoonful of ice cream in her mouth.

Abhimanyu who had been staring at the beautiful face of the wife was now slightly stunned when the woman suddenly asked. A second later, however, he shook his head. His outstretched hand took out a piece of tissue that was on the table and rubbed the corner of Caca's lips that had a little ice cream left over there.

“I don't really like ice cream,” replied Abhimanyu.

Netra Caca. He was stunned for a moment by what Abhimanyu did. For some reason his wits suddenly disappeared a little from his place.

“Ante Aca, Aya want again.” Naya patted Caca's arm, making the girl sober up.

Caca cleared his throat awkwardly, then refocused on the small figure that was between them. Caca painstakingly feeds Naya again until their ice cream is exhausted.
