Will Not Be Substituted
Keep believing

Caca and Abhimanyu are having breakfast with their families.

Keanu and Celin as Dean's parents were also there. They were about to convey something to Caca, who was supposed to be their daughter-in-law today.

“Ca,”

Feeling her name being called, Caca lifted her head off the plate. He looked at the father sitting right across from him.

“Yes, Yah?”

Banyu encodes Kean to continue, as he calls Caca for the man.

“Caca,”

This time Caca's views turned to his former future father-in-law. He smiled, then nodded and focused on the middle-aged man. For a moment the sense of tightness reappeared, remembering Dean who never returned.

“Om and Aunt apologize on behalf of Dean. Sorry, our son did not attend and made you marry Abhimanyu,”.

Caca wanted to smile, but his lips felt stiff, remembering his lover who was somewhere at the moment making the recesses of his heart sad again.

“We've been looking for Dean's whereabouts, but until now we haven't found him,”.

Caca was still silent, trying to neutralize himself. The hunger that had stopped, had now disappeared. Replacing the pain that suddenly radiates into the chest.

“Om and Aunt hope, you do not hate us nor Abhimanyu. To Dean ...” The man looked at his wife.

“We will not prevent you from hating that child. We know, what he did this must have hurt your heart,” he continued while looking at Caca's shady eyes.

Budging. Caca couldn't respond to every word that came out of Dean's father's lips. The feeling that had subsided was now back to attack. The question of where Dean is, back in the head.

Taking a deep breath, Caca tried to smile. She knew, this was not the right time to be angry, especially now that her status as her in-laws was also there. He was certainly disinclined by the man and the woman, even though he did not know them very well.

“Om and Auntie don't need to apologize like that. After all there is no one to blame here, so is Dean, your son.” Pausing for a moment of her speech, Caca glanced at her father.

“I'm also sure, Dean didn't intentionally leave our marriage. But I can't believe where he is now either. I'm also trying to find Dean's whereabouts, and I hope he's okay, wherever he is,” he said.

There was a sense of dislike for Banyu when his daughter said so. How can Caca still think positively about the man, even though what Dean did was a mistake that was so fatal in his opinion. Banyu was completely inexhaustible with Caca.

“And to Om Arjuna and Aunt Nabila, I want to apologize in advance if I haven't been able to forget Dean. Because Dean means so much to me anyway. We love each other and once again I say, I still believe that Dean did not intentionally leave me. And I hope again, all of you and I keep looking for her whereabouts until she is found,”, the girl said as she stared at all her new family members.

He had no idea something like this would happen. The girl tried to take her breath back slowly to re-neutralize her tightness. His chest felt smashed by a large rock when again his memory returned to reality.

“We know that, Son. But, we hope that you can also still accept Abhimanyu as your husband. And never bother with us. After all, we are still your in-laws. Your second parent,” said soft Nabila. He looked at his impromptu daughter-in-law.

Caca just nodded stiffly in response to her mother-in-law's words. There was a lingering feeling in his heart hearing the woman's words.

“Abi”

This time it was Abhimanyu's turn to look at his uncle. He put a flat look at the man.

“Pardon the uncle and aunty who have dragged you into our troubles,” Kean told his nephew.

“Bang ...” Nabila felt bad to see the regret in her brother's eyes.

“Don't feel so guilty. We are okay,” said Nabila to the brother.

“Allowed, Bi?”

Abhimanyu squinted at his mother. Why did her mother answer? Here he is the victim, although he did not express clearly. And he could only nod forcefully as his mother gave a sharp glare.

“As a form of responsibility we will give you whatever you want, Bi. If, you want to stay alone, uncle will prepare an apartment for you, or maybe ru–”

“Not” cut Nabila.

“Abimanyu and Caca cannot stay alone. They will stay at home with us,” said Nabila was embraced by Arjun, her husband.

“True. After all, Abhimanyu has not worked fulltime, so it is better that he stay with us first,” said Arjun agreed to the words of his wife. Last night they had also discussed the matter of where their third son lived. After all, their two twins were no longer living in their homes, so if Abhimanyu and Caca also left the house, they would feel lonely. There will only be the two of them and their fourth child.

“Nothing right, Bi?” ask Arjun to his son.

Abhimanyu raised both his eyebrows. “Yes, I have to how else besides agree?” the man replied before continuing his breakfast.

“So, after this Kak Caca does not stay with us, Yah?” ask Bia–adik Caca suddenly.

“No, dear,” replied Banyu and Orange simultaneously.

“You can often go to Auntie's house, if you want to meet your sister. Your brother Ata is his friend Dio,”, Nabila told the teenage girl.

“Nothing, Tan?” ask the girl shyly.

“Nothing, dong, Bia gorgeous,” replied Nabila semringah.

The girl smiled in response to her brother's in-laws. Then go back to eating breakfast.

They all returned to eat the breakfast that was provided by the hotel.

When Abhimanyu finished first say goodbye to all who were there. He felt the need to relax his entire mind that felt so chaotic.

Standing next to the hotel's VIP pool. Abhimanyu looked straight ahead. His mind drifted to imagine what kind of household he and the girl were going to live in.******small* were heard from the man several times. It feels really hard to face all this.

“Bi,”

Abhimanyu glanced at someone who had called out to him. The figure of the father walked over and stood in line with him. Their eyes were equally straight ahead.

Without turning his eyes, Abhimanyu replied, “Just look for the wind. My mind feels suddenly full.” The man sighed for a moment, then asked the father.

“Daddy itself why here?”

“Let's you, afraid to plunge into the pool and no one will see,” Arjun's clumsiness makes his son snort.

“Yes, I didn't, I didn't have it all the time either, Dad,” timpal Abhimanyu. He invited his father to sit on one of the chairs, which was on the edge of the pool.

“So, after this the Caca will come with us?” That question should not be floated, because Abhimanyu himself knows the answer.

“According to you?” asked Arjun while raising his eyebrows.

“Yes, who knows Daddy and mom changed their minds and the kid didn't become my wife.”

Arjun chuckled at the words of his son who was impressed to make it up.

“So don't like you the same Caca. Beware of falling in love first, later,” kelakar Arjun got a sharp glance from Abhimanyu.

“Apaan anyway, Dad!”

A moment of silence filled around them. A female employee brought two cups of coffee to the father and son. The two looked at each other, because they felt they did not order the coffee.

“Who told you?” ask Arjun to the officer.

“Mother Nabila told me, Sir,” replied the hotel employee while bowing his head. He asked for permission to resign after completing his task.

Arjun eyes go around looking for his wife's whereabouts. However, he did not find the figure and finally refocused on Abhimanyu.

“Bi,” call Arjun.

Abhimanyu raised his chin, as if asking ‘what is it?’

“Dad knows, it's heavy for you. But, I hope you as much as possible to accept it. After all, you promised God in front of his parents to always take care of Caca. As a man, you must be able to keep your promises. Take good care of Caca. Ignore all your ego. Live everything according to the path God has given. I'm sure you can.”

Abhimanyu. He took a sip of that caffeinated liquid. Then put the cup back to its original place. For a moment he sighed before finally saying, “I don't know if I can do it.”

“You should be able to, Abi. You should try it!”

Silent. There is no more conversation between the two until the coffee in the cup is toilet, and Arjun chooses to move on from there.

“Why should I, Lord?” abhimanyu muttered while ruffling his hair.

Put your feet on one large yard. Caca sighed quite slowly. His eyes scanned every corner of the house that was much larger than his.

Is it true that now he has to stay here?, Caca's mind is inexhaustible.

“Come in!”

The mother-in-law's soft voice led Caca away from her daydream. The girl smiled awkwardly as well.

“Iya, Tan,” she answered nervously.

Nabila laughs. “Kok, auntie anyway! Call mom, dong, kayak Abi. You are now the child of Mother too,” said the woman while pulling Caca's arm.

Caca nodded awkwardly. His steps followed the steps of his mother-in-law. Behind him was Abhimanyu and his father-in-law.

“Bi, bring your Caca luggage, yes!” tell Nabila to the son.

“Brought to where? Warehouse?” ask Abhimanyu with a flat face.

Caca widened his eyes hearing that. Truly this one human, Inner Caca growled.

“Yes, to your room dong, Darling. Don't be the same Caca. Mother does not like the horror,” exclaimed the woman. Then, he turned to look at his daughter-in-law.

“You follow Abi, yes. Do not hesitate, now this house is your home too,” said Nabila.

Caca could only nod and obey her mother-in-law's words.

“Later, if Abi macem-macem is with you, talk to Mommy. Let the angry Mother Abi later,”

“Loh–“

Abhimanyu's speech was cut off with a sharp look of Nabila's eyes.

“Serah!” abhimanyu pasrah.

Caca smiled. Looks like the girl will easily get along with her mother-in-law. And of course Caca has one defender now.

“Udah now you follow Abi. If you need anything, yes. Don't hesitate,” said the woman again.

“Iya, Bun. I went upstairs first yes, Dad, Mother,” said Caca to her two in-laws.

“Sok sweet!” muttered Abhimanyu while climbing the stairs.
