I ran out of Hendri's car when I saw the front fence of my house that was bright blue.

Both my parents were standing in the yard with their heads looking back and forth trying to get through the high fence staring at the black car Hendri was carrying me.

My mother now looked calm and took a deep breath while rubbing the back of my hand.
