Why We Married?

Why We Married?
A Traitor Like Me (S2 is Over)

I woke up in a car that was traveling at moderate speed. The sun that pierced my eyelids made my consciousness gradually recover.

As both of my eyes slowly opened on their own. I see, the blue expanse of the sea welcomes me along with the strong wind that brushes my hair and hits my face.

I remember what happened to me until I was here. But I didn't find any answers until my eyes were on the taxi driver.

When I woke up, he immediately noticed it and glanced at me behind the rearview mirror.

"You're sober?"

The sound confused me in a moment. Because, although repeatedly remembered, this voice sounded familiar in my ears.

"If you're still sleepy, get some rest!" Said again.

I approached and with my fingers trembling confirmed something that was troubling my mind.

"Libira!"

He immediately turned to me by showing his face.

I flinched backwards into the body of the chair until my body hit.

He grinned with a triumphant look.

"You quickly realized it!" Libiru glanced at me.

Instantly I panicked and looked back and forth in agitation, then realized everything that had happened to me at the taxi stand.

"Where's Honey?" My sultry words with confused breath.

Libiru did not answer, she continued driving the taxi at a moderate speed.

"WHERE IS MY DEAR?" pekiku panic.

"Calm down!" Answer her who looks smiling with satisfaction while glancing at me behind the rearview mirror.

"Down me now!" My love.

But Libiru ignored me, she kept driving.

"Libiru, put me down now!" I'm losing patience.

"Don't you see where we are?" Ask.

I stopped hysterically and opened the window. At that time what I saw was a stretch of ocean with a beautiful blue sky accompanied by a cliff road that plunged towards the shoreline which was filled with sharp and dangerous rocks.

I was silent for a while after finding out that in this place there were no cars passing other than this car, the condition of the road looks very lengthened even no signs that there are other vehicles passing through this area.

"Do you now understand my reason for telling you to stay calm!" He glanced at me behind the rearview mirror.

I bowed for a moment and threw my face towards the steep cliffs and also the waves of the sea that looked ferocious crashing on the rocks.

"The world is very narrow, Anya!" He turned to me, "very narrow even your existence can be felt with a single breath!"

I did not respond and threw my body into a chair. Libiru smiled grinningly looking at my resignation.

"Where are you taking me?" I looked at his neck. "Are you going to kill me again like that day?"

Libiru smiled at my words.

"God. It turns out you were still angry with what I did back then!!" He laughed until his teeth were seen. "Well. It turns out you're a vengeful man!"

"Then, where are you going to take me to other than to be wiped out!" I'm angry.

The atmosphere was silent for a moment. Libiru was silent while focusing on driving her car, and only the sound of waves breaking on the rocks that collided with the roar of the wind.

"So your memory has returned?" Ask.

I glanced at him behind the rearview mirror.

"It must have been hard for you after knowing the truth. But the world has to keep going, even if you're destroyed!" He keeps babbling.

I don't give a shit.

"You know Samusi?"

Instantly I was immediately stunned and stared intently at his face behind the rearview mirror.

"He's a big, powerful man I told you about the other day. He gave me the offer to eliminate you and recruited Arya as an accomplice. And looking at your reaction at the moment, maybe you just met a few hours ago while chatting with each other." Libiru returned my gaze behind the rearview. "Is my guess right?"

I gulped my own saliva hearing his words.

"The influence is really strong. Somehow he subdued the great men of the country and acted as if he were a god!"

He doesn't stop babbling.

"But as great as Samusi. It turns out, the old lame man can fall also because of remembering sins!!"

I turned to look at Libiru's back with bated breath.

"Maybe because he was old and felt his life was no longer meaningful. He tol*l and ignored the orders of his superior. Basic bod*h. Why do parents always act ignorant..."

"What do you mean?" I stopped Libiru's rant.

Libiru.

"What are you talking about. Why would you say such a thing about Samusi!" My toot.

"Hey, you don't understand either!" Reply Libiru smiled smirk.

"What did you do to Samusi?" I froze.

"You should know that better than anyone!" The answer. "You should have realized right away when I kidnapped and took you to a place like this."

I was silent for quite a while with a pale face, until Libiru again glanced at me with a look of disdain.

"Of course you know the end of the story of a traitor. One in a thousand people who commit treason will always end up tragically like me." The answer.

My head is like being hit by rocks on a steep cliff with a swooping position. In an instant, my gaze faded along with the tightness that filled my breath.

Damnit. Do I have to hear something like this again. Do I have to hear someone die and sacrifice their life again for this.

"Either Samusi is bod*h or clever. But, if I was in his position and in the direction of choice as he did. Maybe I'll choose power over anything else. But I don't know, I almost became like Samusi!!" He's choking on his own ketololol.

The journey was felt as far away as possible, and the car in the drive drove slowly while in a windy place with a steep ravine that jutted like a labyrinth.

"I'm replacing Samusi to eliminate you. Although I don't know who the mastermind who hates the Yuaga family so much, is so eager to eliminate the source down to the roots." He turned his head towards me, "but I think that your memory must have been something very precious until that person lowered the order to chase you to this country!!" Libiru continued to babble.

"So you're gonna kill me?" I'm spontaneous.

"But I can't die under these circumstances" I replied spontaneously.

Libiru and I fell silent and looked away.

"I haven't done much to avenge my suffering!" Next after.

Libiru.

"You can do it in the next life." The answer.

We both looked at each other through the rearview mirror.

"we believe, if the man in the previous life is a lot in the thickets of distress and suffering, then in the next life, when the die is reborn, then the person will get luck during his life!!" Reply Libiru was like he was conveying his last words to me.

"I don't believe in things like that!" My answer turned my face away.

Libiru smiled hearing me.

Not long after, from a distance, I saw a car speeding from the opposite direction. For the first time after lingering on this road, there was finally a car passing by.

I glanced at myself in the rearview mirror, exhaled deeply and read the prayer in my heart in preparation.

Libiru threw away my face when I saw my boring last moments before death.

"But you're right!" I returned Libiru's face-throwing expression by approaching her shoulder side.

He was shocked for a moment and glanced at me.

"Did you still remember our last conversation about destiny?" I whispered near his ear.

Libiru became wary with a stiffened face glaring at me.

He shook his head quickly, as if his instincts were detecting an oddity.

"I actually agree with you!" I said near him. "You said that time that fate was an illusion. The reason destiny only affects those who are told in fairy tales, but..."

He trembled even more until he no longer paid attention to the body of the road.

I hooked my arm on the steering wheel chair body that was sat by him while bringing my lips close to his ear.

"I'm a nutcase. Destiny doesn't apply to a madman!!" my whiskey.

He turned towards me.

Tiiiiiii....

A car at high speed was speeding towards us.

And because the distance was so close that it almost collided, Libiru moved quickly and frantically slammed the steering wheel towards the ravine barrier.

Instantly the car we were riding broke through the ravine barrier and plunged freely into a stretch of rock with a height of 15 meters from the ground.

I saw the world go back as in slowmotion. The sea breeze that was so fierce turned into a caress gently gushed down my face like a touch of dandelion.

I've never felt this comfortable in the face of death. It was as if God was smiling looking at me behind that blue sky. And he said 'Please wait, see later' by shadowing me with the fragrance of heaven.

Byyuuurr....

After 2 times adrift in welcome by sharp rocks, this car finally fell into the ocean.

I can't feel my body anymore. I was lost in the dark.

***************

I woke up in an unfamiliar room with unfamiliar hospital equipment, strangers, foreign languages and unfamiliar atmosphere.

I don't understand what's going on with me, what I'm doing, and why I'm in a place like this.

My body was covered in wounds, even one of my legs was on a bandage. My head hurt, and the most terrifying sight was that my right arm was full of long stitches from the upper arm to the lower arm like a spiral-like twisting motion.

I move my aching body slowly using a body support aid. Then walk out to find the answer to what happened.

But not yet reaching the exit, a hospital nurse realized my actions and immediately shouted hysterically stopping me with a language that I did not understand at all.

Shortly thereafter. In droves the doctors and nurses helped me to rest back on the bed.

They used a foreign language that I thought was Japanese, and asked me the same question over and over again.

I shake every time they ask. And just silently looked into their confused eyes.

Until finally came a man who was different among them.

He was acting impolite. When he saw me, he immediately hugged me, crying like a trance, and he was the only one who spoke the language I could understand.

"Finally you're aware too. You don't know how worried you are about waiting for your unconscious cave for 4 days!!" She sobbed crying hugging me. "Gua thought you'd be dead for real. Panic cave just as you said from the airport."

I shut up and listened. Maybe he's my friend, or maybe my brother, or maybe my husband, or my brother-in-law or my half-sister, maybe my adoptive father, or my mother's boyfriend.

I really don't remember anything related to this guy.I don't remember a single one.

"Well. You're all right?" Ask to take off her embrace.

I noticed her beautiful eyes waiting for my answer.

"Him!"

He kept calling me because he found something unusual from me.

"Lu, isn't it papa?" Ask again.

"You.." I pointed at him while looking at him fixedly.

He waits.

"You, who?"

Bruck...

Suddenly he moved away from me.

He's dumbfounded.
