Ep. 51 Towards Greenlive Village

This is the story of Leonard's childhood in the novel Louisse had read before they were both married. At that time as usual Leonard went out of the palace secretly and walked around the village without the slightest fear. At that time Leonard was less vigilant despite hiding his identity and he was attacked by someone suddenly. Luckily near the spot was a security guard patrolling so he was spared from a more dangerous situation. Although injured but fortunately not severe and the perpetrator of the attack was also caught. It turned out that the attacker was a boy who was a few years older than him who stared hatefully at him despite being caught.

After treating his wound, Leonard went to the prison to meet the boy who attacked him earlier. Without fear Leonard came to see him and asked him to speak.

"Did you attack me because you knew I was a prince?" Leonard asked the boy sitting inside the prison indifferently regardless of Leonard's presence.

"Right, I who saw a prince walking without a bodyguard thought it might be my chance!" The answer was stern without fear.

"Revenge? So you're not Willhem's family man?" Little Leonard asked the little boy who was a little confused.

Leonard looked straight at the boy in front of him, as if remembering something.

Shouted the boy with a sad face mixed with anger with tightly clenched hands.

"Not satisfied until there, because you our tribe must live by looking to hide!" Continue with hardened teeth.

"So then you're targeting me who's a prince?" Leonard asked which the boy had not answered.

Then without fear and hesitation, Leonard opened the prison's iron door and went in to approach the boy inside.

"A what?! What do you want to do?!" Exclaimed the boy who seemed to lose his sense of courage.

"Then kill me!" Leonard's exclamation suddenly made the boy shocked.

"Just kill me if it can avenge you, but after that you will be put to death for the crime of killing members of the Empire." Leonard continued with a serious flat face.

"Hey boy! You're playing me, aren't you?! You are indeed a Prince who has no fear of what?!" The cry of the boy who actually felt goosebumps hearing Leonard's words just now.

"I don't think it will solve your problem. In exchange what if you cooperate with me? In the future I will be the Emperor who will change such a system of injustice. In order to make a peaceful abode where there are no tribal and racial differences, I need your cooperation. Let's change this country together."

That's what little Leonard said. Instead of punishing the boy, he offered a cooperation to change the Empire like their dream. And that was the first time Leonard and Rodrigo met. Rodrigo paused for a moment and then spoke...

"Is it okay if the road through the village is difficult?" Ask Rodrego. Hearing the question, Louisse's eyes immediately widened and with a smile saw Rodrigo he immediately answered...

"No problem! Then I'll get ready first. Don't leave until I come!" After saying that Louisse immediately turned around and ran out of Leonard's room.

"Ah... I want to trust the Princess if I see her seriously worrying about the Prince like that. Well... There's no other way, if we fail to get the antidote I'll just steal it, right?" Think Radorego.

After successfully persuading Rodrigo and conspiring with Anne his personal servant who fabricated the story as if Louisse was lying ill in his room. Louisse with Rodrigo and Edmund went to the Greenlive village to get an antidote.

"It's okay, it's just a small wound." Louisse said as he paused for a moment his horse and tied his handkerchief to his injured arm to stop the blood coming out.

"Come on! We don't have time!" Louisse said after tying his wound and immediately pulled the reins of his horse to continue the journey.

"Good." Edmund and Rodrigo nodded.

Meanwhile somewhere else, in the First Prince's palace... Julian who was waiting for Leonard in his room seemed restless. It was two days after Louisse and Edmund left for the village of Greenlive.

"It's been two days but Prince Leonard's condition has not improved. The medicine that the doctor gave me did not react at all, the magic that I installed so that the poison would not spread to the heart would also not last long.
