Ep. 48 Doha's Cunning Plans

The next day on a clear morning, Louisse and Leonard were debating something in a park that connected the road to the First Prince's and Second Prince's palace.

"Should we do this?" Leonard asked hesitantly.

"Of course, you have to do well, we've had a hard time planning this. This is the best way to stop the rumors. Don't fail because of your ugly acting! Because Oscar's been working so hard to help us." Louisse reminded Leonard seriously as he pulled Leonard's hand so that her husband could be closer to her.

"Yes.... I get it." Leonard replied resignedly and began what they had planned that morning.

Queen Media rejected Doha's offer.

"I didn't ask Your Majesty to kill the First Prince, we are only testing Princess Louisse's true purpose through this poison." Light of Doha reassured the Queen once again.

Then the next day is the day of the offering ceremony for the God of Earth as a form of love for the abundant harvest. It was not an important event, so every year the people from the Empire would take turns performing this ceremony. And that day was Leonard and Louisse's turn to do it. Early in the morning, however, before leaving for the temple Queen Media called Louisse to meet him.

"What's so early in the morning he called me?" Louisse asked in his heart.

"I'm sorry, I called you suddenly like this." The Queen of Media.

"It's okay, Your Majesty." Louisse replied with a smile, but in his heart he was crying.

"I suddenly called you because I have something to show you." Said Queen Media who then called one of her servants who carried a tray in her hand. On top of the tray was a small glass bottle that had no idea what it contained.

"Is this poison with Ravless flower extract?" Ask the Queen to the servant.

"Right, Your Majesty, just a single drop of this poison can paralyze a person's entire body and die slowly." Answer the waiter while explaining the effect.

"I remember the name Ravless flower once appeared in a novel. It was a pecking poison from a rare Ravless flower. It seems like the media is planning something dangerous. Can I be here and listen to all this? But poisoning people isn't the style of a media man." Inward Louisse until he heard something he never expected from Queen Media at all.

"Order the priestess of the God's messenger there to put it in the cup of wine that the First Prince will drink!" Louisse was immediately stunned with round eyes hearing the Queen's orders to the maid.

"Okay, Your Majesty." Replied the servant who immediately resigned from before the Queen.

"For Leonard?! What kind of situation is this?!!" Shouts Louisse's heart.
