XVII. Akasa Game Festival (II)

Teja squirmed her body. Trying to straighten all his stiff joints. He just finished fixing the error system in the game. Apparently there is a bug that is quite difficult to overcome. But after giving a new patch, the whole has run flawlessly.

Varsha quickly pulled her body from Surya. The warmth he felt disappeared. His heart was beating hard and his body temperature kept rising.

The two then released their VR equipment. Varsha asked where the restroom was and then took a break and immediately darted away. But the beautiful woman was not in the direction indicated. He went to the exit.

“Ah, yes thank you, Mr. Surya.” Varsha's response smiled politely.

The two then walked through the festival. But the atmosphere between Varsha and Surya again became awkward. The ice wall that had previously melted finally stood as firm as before.

Both Varsha and Surya could not find a topic to discuss. Although the two were still walking side by side, they turned their eyes to each other in different directions. Trying hard not to remember the incident.

Since Surya and himself are just silent, Varsha's senses become focused on other things. Like the smell of fresh laundry from Surya hoodie that he has been wearing since. Mixed with fragrant musk and intoxicating woody that Varsha estimates comes from Surya perfume. Because he could smell the same scent on the man when their bodies touched.

“Ah that's her candy store. You said you wanted to buy marshmallows for Teja, right?” Surya asked breaking the silence between the two.

As soon as Varsha entered the candy store, Surya immediately let out a long sigh. He held his chest trying to calm his heart that was ready to pierce out at any moment. Then Surya drank his iced coffee and put his cold glass on the cheek. Any way to make it calm.

Even though his brain had tried hard to forget the incident at the VR place earlier. Now he is attacked again with the sweet appearance of Varsha. Why does she look so good wearing her hoodie. Although of course the most harmonious is when the beautiful woman is in his arms…

“Varsha!”

Suddenly a voice sounded from behind them. From a distance a man waved at the woman beside him. The man then walked closer.

“A..xel?” Surya was not sure.

“Solar Pak knows Axel?” This time Varsha asked.

“Yes. He was my friend when there was business in Australia first.”

“Aah.” Varsha laughed a little. “Then introduce Mr. Surya. This is Mario, twin brother Axel, as well as my boss.” Clearly then.

“Mario, this is Mr. Surya. Chairman Akasa Game, Boss Teja.”

Surya and Mario meet each other while shaking hands. Surya feels a little strange because even though this is the first time he met Mario, it is not certain that he never saw his face because of Axel.

“Actually we also met in front of Akasa Tower.” Said Mario.

Varsha widened her eyes. Then he quickly inserted three large marshmallows into Mario's mouth. Forcing her friend to chew her at once. Mario looked at Varsha questioningly but the beautiful woman only smiled awkwardly.

“Marshmallow output Akasa Food very good, Mar. What say?” Varsha asked trying to shift the topic.

“E.. ak.” Say Mario with his mouth full.

Varsha assumes her friend is trying to say ‘enak’. He then glanced at Surya next to him. I don't know why the look on Surya's face looks unhappy. Varsha could even see a frown on his handsome face.

Before long, Mario also said goodbye to Varsha and Surya. He had an appointment with his friend at the foodcourt so he had to get there. Finally Varsha and Surya decided to return to Teja's place.

Their journey to the DRF booth was as quiet as before. But this time there was not only a cold wall but a snowstorm was felt blowing between the two. Varsha did not know that the mood of the handsome man next to her was bad at the moment.

Mario, Axel's twin brother. He's Varsha's boss. He used to take Varsha and Teja on his bike. He was even so familiar with Varsha that the beautiful woman could bribe her marshmallows. Surya took a long breath.

I think he has a pretty tough rival.
