Every event needs money, even if it's a small event, it still needs money.
Without money, the event cannot take place, without money everyone cannot do anything.
Who are planning something, thinking about money, because of the condition of those who are still fairly just starting a career, surely they do not have savings.
So do Thomi and Ela who want to get married quickly, but they think about the cost.
After Thomi returned to her home for work, I decided to sell cakes in front of the house, with mediocre capital, while waiting for the harvest season to come.
This morning all the members of my family were busy with their respective work, so the atmosphere of the house looked quiet, I went to the nearest grocery store for shopping, ingredients for baking.
"Excuse me Buk, I'm buying."I said to the shopkeeper.
"Yes please."The shopkeeper answered me.
"It's a Buk."I handed him a piece of paper with the ingredients of the cake to be purchased.
"Yes, wait a minute." The shopkeeper said to me, while rushing to prepare the groceries for me.
After waiting a few minutes and the shopkeeper called me to pay for the groceries.
"Mr." The shopkeeper's mother called me.
"Yes Buk." I answered and walked to the cashier's desk.
"The total amount is one hundred thousand rupiah." The shopkeeper told me.
"Yes Buk, this." I answered while handing over a piece of paper worth a hundred thousand rupiahs.
.
"Thank you."The shopkeeper replied to me.
"Sama-sama, I'm sorry Buk."I said to the shopkeeper's mother, holding a bag of groceries.
Finished shopping, I returned home, on foot quickly so as not to waste time.
Upon my arrival at home, I quickly made the cake batter, the recipe is still stored in my memory, the recipe my best friend taught me when we made the cake together, at that time we were still living in the Orphanage.
"Ina, thank you for the experience you taught me, so I can make bread too." I said in my heart while making bread dough.
Moments after I finished making bread dough, I received a message from Thomi, she asked what activities I did today.
"Dear." He said in a message.
"Hey, yes." My reply
"Why so?"ask Thomi in a message.
"Just finished making bread dough."My reply.
"Seriously."Reply Thomi.
"Don't believe it?" ask in a message
"When did you learn to make bread?"ask Thomi in the message.
"From long ago." My reply.
"Yes, go ahead and don't forget to eat ya."Reply Thomi.
"Yes Thom, don't forget to eat either."My reply.
The result was very satisfying, with my spirit sitting in front of the house while selling my homemade cake. Soon after, the buyer arrived.
"Hi Mba, buy some cake." A daughter told me.
"Yes, how much do you want to buy?"ask the boy.
"Donat 10 and his fried bread 10." Answer the boy to me.
"Just a moment." I said, wrapping up the order.
"Yes Mba." Answer the Child.
"This is the cake, thank you." I said as I handed the child a cake pad.
Seen from far away a motor that drove towards me.
"It looks like this guy is going to buy a cake too." I said in my heart.
"Mba, buy some cake, 30." The young man said to me, sitting on his bike.
"Oh yeah, just a second, I'll get ready first." I answered the young man.
"It's the cake."I said to the young man.
"So how much is all Mba?"ask the young man to me.
"Thirty thousand in total."My answer.
"This is Mba's money." Said the young man while handing over two pieces of paper money worth ten thousand and twenty thousand rupiah.
"Thank you." I said to the young man, then the young man passed from my place of sale.
It was getting late in the afternoon, I was almost tidying up my sales, suddenly there was a mother who came to buy all the cakes, because there was a Thanksgiving at home.
"Excuse me Mba, is the cake still there?"ask that mother to me.
"Yes Buk, please." I answered while letting Mom see my cake.
"Maybe, wrap everything up." My mother said to me.
"Yes, just a minute."I answered while wrapping the cake.
"This is the cake." I said to the mother.
"Thank you." Mother said, while receiving a bag of cookies from my hand, also handing over the money for me.
A happy and happy smile was on my face, as my sales were all selling, slowly the money from my sales, began to accumulate.
Thomi has also started to set aside some of his salary for the wedding costs later. I refrained and wanted not to shop, because I focused on saving for marriage.
Finally what we wanted was achieved, we had saved for six months and our money was enough for our wedding.
