Chapter 35. Birthday

There is a sense of pleasure, happiness when celebrating money year together.Of course this feels very different, especially with people who love you very much.

After returning home from the village, we were alone together at the boarding house, because Fian chose to go home with his parents to Masohi.

That afternoon, while enjoying a snack, we plan to start living frugally, by cooking alone at the boarding house, because during this week we are always wasteful.

After finishing cleaning and tidying up the kitchen, we took a break, then prepared to go to the grocery market.

"Dear you plan to buy anything on the market?"ask me Thomi while watching TV.

"A lot of Thom, but because in the refrigerator there is still a stock of spices, so I just want to buy, spinach, salted fish, cabbage, cucumber, the same potatoes, oh yes rice too."I answered Thomi.

"Because, I'm following you."Said Thomi.

"Let's get ready and we'll go." I said to Thomi.

"You go first, dear." Thomi told me.

"All right."Answer's short.

I quickly rushed to take a shower, after which I dressed up neatly while waiting for Thomi to get ready, for us to go to the market.

It just so happened that Eko left his bike at the boarding house, before he went back to the village, so we could use his bike.

"Honey let's walk, helmet, and mask you don't miss."Thomi told me.

"Yes Thom is ready."My answer.

Thomi's habit since I met him everywhere was always to use a mask, long before the coronavirus. At first, I wondered why he was wearing a mask.

It turns out that it is Thomi's habit, because in his former workplace, a lot of dust so if you do not use a mask, then be prepared to cough.

"Thom, do you feel like you're wearing a mask?" ask Thomi.

"Honey, it has become a habit of mine from my former workplace, so get used to it now."Answer Thomi.

After we arrived at the market, I rushed quickly to shop, as it was getting late in the afternoon, me and Thomi split up the shopping errands.

"Darling the day is getting late, we should divide the task of shopping yes, let's hurry."Thomi told me.

"Yes Thom, then you buy fish, same cabbage, also potatoes." I answered Thomi.

"Dear, let's go."Thomi replied to me, after finishing parking the motorbike in the parking lot.

We quickly shopped, and we met again at the motor park, then checked each other's groceries.

"Where's Thom, you got the groceries, right?"ask Thomi.

"Yes dong Darling, complete."Answer Thomi.

"How are you, complete, right?"ask Thomi.

"Yes Thom, complete, now let's go home."I replied to Thomi while standing checking the groceries.

"Let's go home, baby, your helmet's on."Thomi said while handing me the helmet.

"Yes Thom."Answer's short.

"Finally arrived at the boarding house, I cooked vegetables with fish yes, Thom you helped me cook rice yes."I said to Thomi.

"Yes, baby, ready to go."Thomi answered with a smile.

It was getting late in the afternoon, after I finished cooking, I invited Thomi to eat but, Thomi said she would be out for a while.

"Thom, let's eat, it'll be cold."I said to Thomi.

"Dear, if you're hungry just eat first, I'm gonna go out for a second."Thomi answered me.

"Where's Thom? don't be long alone."I asked Thomi.

"Dear not just up ahead."Answer Thomi

"Fool."My answer.

While waiting for Thomi to return, I took a shower and tidied up our clothes, after which I watched television.

Twenty minutes passed and the sound of a motorbike coming into the boarding yard, then footsteps up the stairs.

It was eight o'clock in the evening, and Thomi arrived with a black plastic bag.

"Hey, Thom where did you come from, you know long?" I asked Thomi with annoyance.

"Let's just in front, honey, let's eat I'm hungry."Thomi answered me.

"All right, I'll get it ready."I said.

After finishing preparing dinner, Thomi asked me to pick up the black plastic package she was carrying.

"Darling before eating I asked you to get me the black plastic I brought here."Thomi told me.

"Thomi Thiebelin really, he said he wanted to eat."I said to Thomi.

"Please, dear."Thomi said with a smile.

"This is your stuff."I said, handing the black plastic bag over to Thomi.

"Sit down baby, keep helping me open it."Said Thomi.

"Thom, when are we eating?"I asked Thomi with annoyance.

"Relax sweetheart after the new opening we eat."Thomi said with a smile.

"Yes, I opened it."I said.

"Yes dear."Thomi said with a smile.

After I opened the package, it turned out, a birthday cake with the inscription happy birthday dear. I Love you.

"Happy birthday dear, let's light the candle."Thomi told me.

"Thom, thank you, I can't believe you, you remember my birthday, I was upset because I thought you didn't remember my birthday, and you left me here alone." I said to Thomi.

"Have not been remembered later sad, now pray, after that blow the candle.

"Yes Thom, thank you I am so happy today."I said to Thomi.

After I finished the prayer, and blowing out the candles we cut the cake together and fed each other the birthday cake, I also got a kiss from Thomi on the forehead.
